I'm no expert on pho, but I have to say that I have not had the experience that some have had here. I eat here for lunch sometimes since its close to my work, and pho to go is what I usually get. Maybe its just better at lunch. I have never had the bad odor or pre-cooked bean sprouts that were noted by others. On the contrary, mon frere! The aroma is nice and the bean sprouts are fresh and crunchy! I like adding the hoisin sauce right in the mix, at least thats what i think it is... I also like the generous green onions! And yes, the tea comes in a can, perfect for take out at lunch! I'll be going back, i dont care what yelp thinks! HA read more

Portions were generous and fresh. Great choice to warm your soul. Staff was friendly and courteous.

More expensive and less tasty than almost all the pho places in town. I'll admit, I'm a frequenter of Pho Vy over on Sleater Kinney (a restaurant highly reviewed on Yelp). That said, when my friend recommended this joint to me I decided to cheat on my beloved and take a chance on a new spot. Don't do it. The broth here is tasteless. The meat is over-cooked. And the noodles are ramen quality, no real weight or feel to them. I ordered the duck and bamboo shoots, the meat of which was shoddily cut in such a way as to spread bone shards thoughout the meat rendering it inedible. The seafood pho is no better: overcooked. Save yourself the money and experience and head to Pho Vy. I promise it will be worth the drive across town. read more

Great place, great atmosphere! Despite some of the negative reviews, I can tell you that the Pho was not disappointing. I've had "the best" in more cities than I can count, and I've had the worst in just as many; and this Pho rated great. It was a bit sweeter than expected (I don't use Hosin sauce, just Scriracha), but still warm and tasty. read more

Same owners as Pho 111 in Tumwater but the quality is not the same, I'm sorry to say. We tried this location out this weekend instead of our usual Tumwater locale. The Pho noodles are weird. My dish of lemon grass chicken and vegetables was good but much too spicy to get through all of it in one sitting. I like some heat but not to the point of discomfort. We dine regularly at the pho 111 in Tumwater. Same owners, different ideas on dishes. I'd love to give the,m 5 stars but they didn't earn it at this location. Go to Tumwater! read more

All I have to say is YUM!!! The Pho was so flavorful. The spring rolls were delicious too! If you get a chance try the sesame rolls, they great!!! read more

Love their food haven't gotten a lot but their pho is very flavorful!! Love the egg rolls too!

BEST PHO around... great atmosphere and the food is wonderful. Excellent service, cost savvy, great portions and clean!! Love having lunch or dinner here. read more

I come here weekly for lunch and lean toward the beef pho. Tasty, fast, and a great price! Overall, this is a nice place with good service and it'll stay in my lunch rotation. I have brought several co-workers here as well and they liked it too. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I don't like writing a negative post but this place is just awful. The service was less than desirable. There was paper and hair in our pho. The Thai iced tea came in a can! Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

I love the spring rolls at Pho 111! The decor is very comfortable and the staff attentive and friendly! I have stopped in several times for a to-go order after slaving away at my rental property nearby and they are always quick to supply the food for my ravenous hunger! I thought the egg rolls were just right as an appetizer and we did do a sit down lunch with friends and everyone complimented the food, including the Pho soup! Definitely worth the trip to satisfy the hunger pains! read more

Very nice atmosphere. Brand new. Pho was pretty good. One of the better in Olympia area. Unfortunately, they don't speak any english, but that was ok. You just have to point to what you want to order. Prices were reasonable. I would go again. read more

Went there once, and decided to never go again. Bland food, bad service. Definitely not worth the time or money. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. read more

Been here 3 times, the only thing on the menu worth eating are the spring rolls. I tried the chicken soup, beef soup, seafood soup and they were all terrible. No flavor. My friend ordered the duck soup which smelled so bad I couldn't even try it and the duck had a texture equivalent to rubber. The waiter is always short with us and doesn't seem to enjoy his job. Do not recommend this place at all read more

The place is decent for take-out, but please DO NOT dine-in. The customer service here is one of the worst I've ever experienced. My husband and I would go and the waiter would seat us and give us a glass of water, but NEVER refilled it even after we asked. Like as soon as we received our food, we never saw our waiter again. read more

- Moving from Hawaii where I great pho was on every corner in downtown. This place by far match it. Pho 111 has the best broth for pho, I'm very picky when it comes to the broth on soups. The spring rolls are also always fresh. read more

I drive way to far to get this pho. I have plenty of pho by my house. I need their pho. I have tried most of the things on the menu. My favorites in the winter are the tofu soup and the wonton soup. In the summer I like the bun. It's like a rice noodle salad with chopped up spring roll and grilled pork. It is so refreshing and filling. I have to make myself stay away from the sesame balls. They are amazing. I go back and fourth between the shrimp or tofu fresh rolls . I enjoy both. The sauce for the spring rolls is the best I have ever had in my life. I try to duplicate it at home but they must have a secret to its deliciousness. Thank you for making the best Vietnamese food around. read more

Best pho place in town!!! The pho is delicious & the duck noodle soup is bomb! Egg rolls come in 5 pieces & the steam buns are good too! Great portion sizes. It's very clean inside. The workers are very nice. I'm surprised it's not as busy when I go in but no wait time is even better. You know the pho is good when a Vietnamese person cosigns it! They should add more to the menu. You get the basic viet dishes that every restaurant serves however the quality is there. Their bobba tea is made with the powder mix instead of real fruit which is the only thing I don't really like other than that everything is very good. read more

My first time visiting this establishment, and our last. The place is clean but smells like an open aquarium tank due to the funky AQUARIUM TANK in the dining room. Service was ok until the end and our server was friendly enough. We ordered 2 spring rolls and 2 bowls of pho. I've eaten pho at many restaurants in the area and Pho 111 is the least tasty. The noodles in my wife's bowl were thick udon style noodles and the broth in both bowls tasted like old organ meat broth. The spring rolls were room temp and had an "off" taste. The peanut sauce was also very thin. We ate both spring rolls and each had a few bites of soup and decided not to torture ourselves any longer. I asked for the check and our server did not ask if there was a problem or even if we wanted to-go containers even though our bowls were virtually untouched. I paid the $25 tab and politely declined their complimentary sweet buns that they proudly say are made in house. read more

I have been a regular here for the past year. It's not the best Pho, but it was decent. The Vietnamese sandwich is not up to par though...I don't recommend ordering it. Recently, the service has gone steadily downhill. In the past month I have gone on three separate occasions 30 minutes prior to closing, and they would not serve me. I was told I could have a "to go" order because they close in half hour. I eat Pho each time, and they have my order memorized, so I was a little surprised. It doesn't take long to eat Pho. Then today I called to ask if they were open, and what time they close, they said 7:00 pm. I agreed to meet a friend there at 6 pm, only to find them inside with the open sign off. I went in and was told, we are closed today. I explained that there lack of dependability recently was not good, and that I will be going back to my place several miles away. It's too bad. I really used to like this place, and its so close to my house I usually eat there several times a week. Customer service is king. I will go back to my favorite place on Sleater Kinney and Martin Way, Pho Sai Gon 8 . There pho is good, and their sandwich is amazing if you are looking for a really great Viet sandwich! read more

Cleanest pho place ever. Even the bathrooms are clean, private & spacious. Lovely decor. Favorite pho in Lacey. Too bad they don't open late nights. Staff is so polite. Broth is great! read more

If you just get pho to-go, it is incredibly fast. We've gotten Beef and Chicken Pho a couple of times, plus shrimp pad Thai one time. All of it has been delicious! We will continue to go here as it is close to our home and quick! read more

I eat Pho 111 a couple times per week. Most of the time I order to take out, but sometimes I eat in the restaurant with my daughter. They always seat u next to the big fish tank, which is nice because it gives her something to look at/do while we wait for our food. Fast service, generous portions, delicious everything. I usually order the special beef noodle soup and an order of spring rolls (they come with 2 fresh rolls and sauce). This is a very clean and classy pho joint with a nice bar that you can sit at and watch tv while eating lunch or by yourself. Very courteous staff and all-around good place. read more

Go here at least once every week and I love it, it's so close conveniently close to where I live. I absolutely love the food and this is by far one of the BEST pho restaurants around! And let me tell you I've eaten pho almost everywhere. I usually always order the meatball pho and a Vietnamese sandwich, I've have also tried their rice plates and am never disappointed of the outcome. They have amazing service and very friendly waiters, if you want to try pho for the first time I'd definitely recommend trying it here as well as trying their tai tea. Their proportions for food are very satisfying and more than enough in my opinion, only bad thing I could say is about their bubble tea but that's because I'm very picky and usually only go to bubble island for it. Also their bathroom is beautiful and very elegant, they are a very clean restaurant and can't say enough good things. read more

Yes! As friendly as they get! Finding good food is not a problem for me, finding good service is. You get both good service and excellent food here. The server was friendly and attentive. We had the chicken pho, pad thai, spring rolls and strawberry bubble tea. We enjoyed them all very much! The whole place was clean and bright, loved the decorations, especially the fish tank!! I will eat here again! read more

This is my family's tried and true spot for pho. I have tried out a majority of the menu and have found everything to be delicious. The Nam Vang is one of my favorites, but I'm also never disappointed with the Pho Bo. My boyfriend frequently orders a Tendon Pho (not on the menu) and they are always willing to prepare the custom dish. They definitely don't skimp on the tendon for it either. We have never had problems with any other substitutions or requests for extra basil either. The egg rolls are always hot and crispy while the spring rolls are fresh and served with a delicious peanut sauce. The boba tea is prepared in the restaurant (not pre-made and frozen) and they offer plenty of variety. The chili here is to die for! I haven't found one with a better flavor anywhere. The decor is pleasant and interesting to look at and the food is typically served very quickly after ordering. The prices are great and the hot tea is complimentary. The only downsides are that some of the servers are not always on top of water refills, etc (but others are great with it) and I really wish they would put a baby changing table in the bathroom. I have changed my young son's diaper on the floor in the bathroom on several occasions which is not particularly comfortable, but at least the restroom is kept very clean and I don't fear having to change him in there. If these two small details were corrected, I would give this place 5 stars instead of 4. read more

one star because I got take out pho for first time from here and found newspaper inside my spring rolls. I have eaten inside both lacey and tumwater locations and haven't had any problems til tonight. Best Phó place is Phó Vy!!! read more

This was by far one of the worst pho restaurants I have ever been to. I ordered the seafood pho to go and after three stop lights on my way home I decided to touch the broth container. Needless to say it was at room temperature, I called the restaurant up and explained to them that my broth was at room temp. The response to my complaint was "do you have a microwave"? I have been to a countless restaurants and I know that the broth is always hot to the point where you have to let it cool a bit but not to room temp. Then the lady asked if I wanted to come in and she would heat it up for me. This should have been done from the get go. I am truly disappointed with this restaurant that I will never go back. read more

i love this place! good pho and they have Bahn Mi ?? is that how you spell it... its not the best Bahn Mi I had but it does its job... fills me up... great for a quick lunch... i like the decor too very nice and very nice waiters read more

This restaurant has an odd odor. Both times I've been here it was present and annoyed the heck out of my wife. She says it's a dirty, fishy smell. Not the aroma of seafood being cooked but something wrong. Anyhow we stayed and just ordered small bowls of Pho for $7.25. The larger size is $8.25. I had the special beef Pho. The kind with the raw steak piled in the middle. She went with the chicken Pho and commented that the noodles were a little gummy and her chicken broth had real beefy flavor. The sprouts on the small plate that comes ahead of the soup appeared to be a little old and wilted. The basil, lime and jalapeños were nice. The lone bright spot of this meal were the fried sesame balls stuffed with mung bean paste. These aren't on the menu but sold up by the cash register for 75 cents each. What a deal! These were fantastic. Overall, the Pho was just okay. It needs to be seasoned better and served hotter. If you really looking for a great Pho fix, keep on moving. There are tons of other places to choose from with way better Pho. I can't say I would go back here again unless it was to snatch up a dozen of those sesame balls. read more

Decent place for Pho in Lacey. I've been here quite a few times for lunch. One side note: their card reader fails to read my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card. read more

The interior design and atmosphere looked very nice, but the food and the quality wasn't that impressive. We had a better Pho before and a hair was found in the soup. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend to go there for the good taste of Pho... I had the bun Bo hue also, but I could tell that the noodle wasn't fresh and it wasn't as good as we expected... Very disappointed. read more

I found this place by accident driving back to work (in DuPont) after making a lunchtime run to Costco. So I wanted to try it out since I am always wanting pho on cold winter days. My first impression when I walked in was "wow....nice place!" I got seated and handed the menu....which was slightly disappointing. They don't have a large menu selection, but I was able to find the Chicken Pho. Got my bowl and I was a little disappointed with how little chicken there was. Overall though, it was good and tasted great. I have had better pho, but I have had much worse! I will go back next time the pho bug hits me at work, and since DuPont doesn't have a pho restuarant, this place is close enough for me! read more

Not a bad place for a quick bite. Great interior look. But I just feel price, quality, and quantity need to be worked a little.

Went there today with my family and had pho, banh mi sandwich and pad thai noodles. Food came ready and hot pretty fast and with very cordial service. Portions were very good and, above all taste was amazing. The pho soup broth was so tasty as it came, I hardly had to add any more sauce or seasoning from the table. My wife and daughter loved the sandwich! The restaurant is super clean. I have tried Pho at many places in Lacey and Lakewood, and this is by far the best so far in my book! Looks like it's a family run business and service was excellent. We are looking forward to go back again! read more

PHo 111 is an amazing restaurant. Not only does it have wonderful atmosphere, and style, but the staff are so polite and friendly. The food is VERY good. The portions are generous. My buddy and I thought it'd be nice to try this place out seeing as how it looked decent from the outside. The decor on the inside was great as well. We went on a Wednesday night and there were only two other occupied tables, so there was absolutely no waiting at all. However, here comes the bad news. We received our glasses of water while we looked through the menu (which by the way has very little selection), my glass of water still had the imprints of the last patrons lipstick on the glass. When they brought out the Thai tea my buddy ordered, it was in a can. If you're going to serve drinks from a can, at least pour it in a glass behind the counter and make it appear legit. Another annoying aspect to our experience was that they had background music on, but they had the same song on playing on repeat. I'd say lastly and most importantly, the food was not great and quite frankly not worth it. Pho is a pretty generic, can't really mess up type of food, but when you bring out a giant bowl of broth with a whole lot of noodles and like 6 thin slices of meat, it's a huge let down. read more
