Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Tai Nam) Banh Bao Xa Xiu Special Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Dac Biet)

beautiful instrument adornments on the wall that detail the rich musical history of Vietnam that my friend briefed to our table. would be nice if there were labels of each of the instruments underneath so that you could do your own knowledge dive on the internet while you wait for food. poor lighting to take photos, but very calm and chill atmosphere with the respectful and peaceful quietness in the restaurant. the waiter was very polite and ensured to read the both the English and Vietnamese names of the dishes. so culturally aware and I am so appreciative of the warnings before serving each dish as they may easily stain clothes, burn self, etc. water refills not always served, but good company helps you to forget about that, I suppose food was reaaaaallllyyy good and worth its price, which is not as high as the other pho places around in Lacey...or Washington in general! approved by my Vietnamese friend, too, which has to mean something...right?!

Nam Vang Noodle Soup (Hu Tieu Nam Vang)

Beautiful decor, friendly service, and delicious food served fast! I had the nam vang noodle soup, which came with imitation crab, quail eggs, shrimp, and fish cakes. The broth was clear and rich in flavor, and I liked the fried onion/shallots that added sweetness. Warning: their chili oil condiment is truly spicy! I loved the heat it added to the soup without adding to the salt.

The place is clean and is beautifully decorated. The beef pho was disgustingly greasy the condiments for pho were soaked with wanted and were not throughly clean. Going back to the pho it was so greasy you are left with a thin film of fat inside your mouth and no flavor other than the taste of fat and maybe a little of the taste of blood . Avoid coming to this place at all costs we left hungry as we did not have the "guts" to eat all the pho. I would like to add some of the pho broth got on my sweatshirt, it has made a permanent oil stain on my sweatshirt this is from the pho broth seriously pho 111 ? Big no for this one never again !

Give this place some credit! The broth for pho was good. It could've been better if the cinnamon wasn't overpowering. The duck salad with bamboo shoot is always a hit with the ginger fish sauce. The portion is a little smaller, but for $13 it was not bad compared to nearby places. The fried wontons were also good, but definitely strong in shrimp smell. They messed up the pho order, but it was an easy fix. It does suck when the communication is not 100%. Overall, give this place a try.

We were quickly seated. Decided to go with the wonton noodle soup which was big. They are nice enough to remove the tails from the shrimp. And the fried rice which had three different meats and plenty of veggies. Both were good. Also had a bbq pork humbow. It was a little on the small size, not as good as I have had. They serve hot tea, if you ask. Not the best food, but not bad. I would return.

    1. The food is much better than any other local Pho places. It has that honemade taste not like other pho places which all taste alike. 2. Staff/Owner very attentive and friendly 3. Pretty open space and clean place it has some nice accents to make it look more authentic. 4. Location is great. This is the place we will return when we want to eat in a Vietnamese restaurant

Stone bowl pho, thw feature is a beef rib, but they've started scraping majority of the meat from the rib.

We love to come here, but as of late the food quality has gone down. My wife ordered the wonton soup and got sick. My daughter and I ordered the stone bowl pho and our veggies were rotten. They also scraped most of the meat off of the ribs and I'm not sure if it's a take out vs dine in practice but the last 2 times we've ordered takeout the food quality just wasn't the same.

Dine In, Take out, call order ahead avaialble Restrooms avaialble Card/cash Payments accepted Free Parking available Price () Overall Rating () A family owned and operated business inside Lacey, a couple of blocks aways from Costco. A humble restaurant with few selection of meals. The flavor are very tatseful which you can never go wrong with eh Pho soup. Other options like their Banh Mi, Noddle Bowls, and appetizers are a must try as well. They serve a good option of Bubble Slushies, but their Vietnamese coffee always hits the spot for me. I've been going here a few staff members. Although now it has changed for the better and their business is bringing in more costumer. Overall if you want a quick and fast bite, this place is the one to be in.

Sold this much in a 12/16 oz cup for 5-6 bucks. Pretty sure this is 8 oz or less..

Dude I got a Vietnamese coffee and look at the photo and tell me you wouldn't be upset about that.... If cup to big get smaller cup or make more... I ordered drink with out customizing it it was good but I'm sold the disappointment that I didn't just go down the street for my usual coffee.. not going back because I spent 5-6 bucks for this. 6 bucks is a medium and this didn't even fit in a 12-16 ounce for the same price. It's literally 8 ish ounces... of instant coffee.

My husband been wanting to go to Pho since we been here so we finally made it. First thing I ordered was a Thai ice tea. It's was a little too milky but I drunk it all. We ordered the fried wonton and it was hubbys first time and he really liked them. Like he ate them all. It was first time getting the beef soup but since, it's a favorite now. I ordered a small because a large would've been way too much for me. It's a large dining rooms and you have the option to pick your own table.

Hot and tasty bowl of Pho.

Coming from California we didn't have a high expectation for Pho restaurant in Olympia, Washington. But we couldn't resist a bowl of Pho on a cold late afternoon. Boy did Pho 111 surprised us. It wa hot and delicious! I would put it up with any Pho restaurant in California. The restaurant was cleaned and well kept. So what are you waiting for? Get your bowl of that delicious Pho!

The food are pretty good. We finished everything. This one is better then the other pho place tried around here.

Zero stars. Went in here for lunch - looked over the menu, although I knew I was going to order Pho Ga. The menu specifically states the Pho Ga is made with a beef broth. I asked the server about whether it was possible to get the Pho Ga with a chicken broth - he replied yes. So I ordered the Pho Ga with chicken broth. The food came out fairly quickly. I started to add the plate of aromatics/veggies. I was a bit perplexed to find that the bean sprouts were wet and hot - as if they had been pre-blanched. I've never had pre-heated bean sprouts before. I added everything to the soup: the bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and lime. I went to taste the soup - and suddenly, a very unpleasant odor began to infiltrate my olfactory senses. I kept sniffing at the soup. I took one small bite of the chicken, and one small bite of the noodles - and could not for the life of me figure out what was causing this extremely unpleasant odor, but my warning senses were kicking in. Danger Will Robinson! Danger! For the first time ever in my Pho eating history (and I've eaten hundreds of bowls of Pho Ga), I refused to eat the bowl of Pho in front of me. I was seriously concerned that whatever was causing this odor had the potential to make me ill. I walked up to the front counter and paid for the bowl and left. I was not about to have an argument with them about paying or not paying.

I ordered takeout here on a Sunday afternoon through Doordash Pickup for my first visit. I called…read moretwice over the phone, hoping to place an order through this method, but no one answered; went straight to voicemail both times. Just a bit frustrating since I know Doordash charges more.. I also didn't want to place the order at the restaurant because I was so hungry and wanted to grab & go :( I was really craving pho and I liked their menu, so I took the chance and ordered both a regular-sized Meatball Pho (pho bo vien) and their Pho with Steak/Flank/Tendon/Fatty, which seems to be their "pho dac viet." On their menu, the price is listed as $15.99 for a Regular size and $17.99 for a Large. I paid $17.99 for each through Doordash for the regular-size, excluding the almost $4 of tax and bag fee.. Thankfully, I live nearby, so it was just a few minutes to drive over. It's in the same busy parking lot as Safeway and McDonald's but it's more on the opposite side, so I never realized it was in the same lot. Plenty of parking, at least. When I entered, the restaurant had plenty of seating but only a few tables occupied, which made me wonder why they didn't answer their phone.. I know I'm being petty over a few dollars but I just want to get bang for my buck. The inside looked nice and cozy, and I think would be a lovely place to enjoy a bowl of pho on an outcast/rainy day otherwise (if I didn't just want to go straight home lol). I was instantly greeted by a friendly employee that asked if I had a takeout order and escorted me over to a small table, where it was already neatly bagged and ready for me to retrieve. Now, the FOOD. I will say, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was organized and packaged well, so nothing spilled on the ride home. The pho was a good temperature: hot enough to cook the steak, but not overpowering enough to burn your mouth. The regular size still provides ample portions, so both my kiddo and I ate half for lunch, and our other half for dinner. I specifically asked for no beans sprouts with my order, so I do like that they provided enough for my son while still following my instructions. I am not too picky about my pho broth, but I can at least say, the broth here was not watered down. If anything, it might pack too much flavor and might deter some customers, but for me, it was savory and divine! I still had to add my obligatory hoisin and Sriracha sauces, so it might not be the healthiest, but i don't care, I slurped up everything! I usually post images of my food on social media [stories], and actually had a friend ask what the soup was because it looks really good. Some people have a finer palette for "good" Pho but for me, pho is pho as long as it is flavorful and there's a fair amount of MEAT! They offer moderate portions here so I can't complain, and everything was satisfying enough when eaten with the broth. 4 stars because they didn't answer the phone but my son and I devoured everything, so we can at least advocate that the pho is worth it! I'd recommend trying out this restaurant at least, especially if you consider yourself a pho connoisseur (or even a newbie to pho!).

I had been shopping at Fred Meyer for some alcohol, and as I was leaving I noticed Fresh Pho is literally right next door. That alone convinced me to try it, especially since this location shares space with Tealand. You're telling me I can grab pho *and* boba in one stop? Sign me up! This is actually the first pho spot I've tried since moving to Washington, and I'm happy to say it didn't disappoint. Of course, it's nowhere near the same level as homemade pho, but for restaurant-quality pho it definitely satisfied the craving. I ordered a small pho dac biet for takeout, so I can't really comment on other menu items or the full service experience. That said, the restaurant looked clean inside and had some cute lantern decorations that added a nice Asian vibe. The employee who took my order was polite as well. One positive thing I noticed was that the servers appeared to be young, and they were speaking Vietnamese, which I low-key feel like should be a requirement when working at a Vietnamese restaurant anyway so at least I know I'm somewhat receiving the authentic Vietnamese restaurant experience. My pho was packaged neatly for takeout, so nothing spilled during the trip home. It came with two packets of hoisin sauce, two packets of Sriracha, and the usual side of bean sprouts, mint leaves, lime, and green onions that typically come with pho. The portion size was solid too. There was a generous amount of meat and broth--my bowl was actually filled to the brim. I managed to finish everything though, and my stomach was definitely satisfied. All in all, I'd say this was a great first pho experience in Washington. I'd definitely come back again when I'm craving a warm bowl of soup.
