There was enough space in my 10 am bus on a Tuesday for most people to get their whole row, but I suppose that is highly dependent on the day and time. I found the bus to be clean, and the riders quiet and respectful. They do lose a star because the bus doesn't have any design on it and there's no company supervision/workers by it. Because I had purchased my tickets through Wanda Coach, I couldn't be sure which bus I was supposed to get on, and other passengers had told me this wasn't "the Wanda Coach bus." There were no workers outside the bus taking tickets and supervising the bags in the bottom of the bus. I was definitely uncomfortable leaving my bag out in the open in the middle of the street before the driver closed it up and we left. All in all, however, it was a pretty good deal, and we made it to Chinatown only a few minutes late because of NYC traffic!

I first took flix in 2021 or so from NYC to DC. what I remember was being dumped by a hotel downtown in the middle of the night. and the cabbies weren't working because it was a holiday. I also remember no or a very inadequate bathroom. long time ago though. Last week I wanted to go to Montreal. back 15 years ago I would take greyhound bus from Mt. Laurel (where I lived). and catch the midnight connect to Montreal. It was a real bus station where I could wait and where I park my car in the free and safe parking lot for a whole week, if needed. so I try to book a bus ticket to Montreal today- Greyhound Mt Laurel gone but Flix bus replaces them. so I get a Flix bus that leaves from Cherry Hill Mall where I take a taxi to because there's no place to park your car and stand around on the street corner wait like an idiot with 50 lbs of luggage. Sigh of relief. the bus came. but- coming home from Montreal- first, Flix scares the living crap out of me by sending me a form that i had to fill out to cross the border. turns out it didn't apply to me. but...then I arrive in NYC like 4:30 in the am two hours before expected on a Sunday morning. my connection bus doesn't come until 10 am. the 31st "station"in NYC is nothing but a strip of concrete to park the buses. so nothing open and 50 lbs of luggage to drag around. I bought a train ticket back today as far as being cost effective, seriously the round trip ticket from Southern NJ to Montreal was $318. wtf

I made an error when purchasing the ticket. I attempted to get onto the app and switch the ticket to today. The ticket I had was just purchased minutes before. It was an unused ticket. Instead of assisting me the driver (pictured above) continued yelling at me that it was the wrong date. There were many empty seats left on the bus. The app was not allowing me to update the trip date.

My guests were left confused since their bus broke down and they had to call another one. This led to my guests arriving late to our wedding. I only found out months after my wedding that this occurred as David Thomas did not notify me of the issue. After months of going back and forth with their CFO, they were not accommodating with a refund. If you are planning to use David Thomas for your wedding, my advice would be to go with another company. They are disorganized and do not handle issues appropriately.

The drivers and support staff were great at getting us connected once we landed in Philadelphia…read more Many of us had to call to figure out ever the bus would stop but the charger service reps were patient, helpful, and polite. The drivers accommodated all of us -- especially those with disabilities without delay or conflict. That was very refreshing and professional. My only suggestion is that riders can be sent the pick up route/instructions the day before they arrive to avoid so much confusion once they land. Nobody at the airport seemed informed and the confusion was high as people arrived from all over the world for this international conference. Thank you for being professional and providing reliable and safe passage! Great job by all!! The buses were on time, comfortable, clean, and with the fee. The drivers were friendly and accommodating. The customer service was responsive and professional.
