The braised pork belly is so tender that you barely have to chew. Get a spoonful of that sauce to mix it with rice and oh my god, I just ate two bowls of rice in an instant. Crispy ducks is never disappointing either. Duck meat is very lean, so you need to eat with the skin, ahhh hot and crispy, and then you dip it in the plum sauce oh my god perfect. And then there's the cabbage, the double cooked pork, the spicy lamb pot, the golden tofu, the list just goes on and on. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. I come to Shu House and part of me just feels like I'm home. I've soon become familiar with the servers. They'd nod at me with a smile every time I'm there. They know my go to orders.
