I normally do not drop my phone, but Christmas Eve morning I was rushing to get the kids in the car and left my phone on the roof. It shattered really bad and I did not think I was going to be able to get it fixed before Christmas. I googled a screen repair store on Yelp that was open for Christmas Eve and stumbled upon this store. The reviews weren't good but I needed my phone fixed really bad. I walked into this store and was greeted by Tiara. She told me the price to get my iPhone XR screen replaced was $100 dollars. I asked her was it an original screen from apple. She told me an original screen would cost $150 as the other was after market. I went with the original quality. To my surprise , Tiara fixed my phone in front of me in 20 minutes, even more surprising, they gave me a green screen protector. I was extremely satisfied with tiaras performance and would definitely recommend coming here for a repair. So I got to school at university of penn and while I was out partying one night I ended up dropping my phone. I need my phone for work daily so I looked up the best phone repair shops near me. I found Philly Wireless and went to get my phone fixed. When I arrived there, I was greeted right away and they diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. After checking out my phone they told me it would cost $65 to get my iPhone 8 fixed aNd would only take 20 minutes. I was ecstatic when I found out how long it would take. 20 minutes went by and I get my phone back looking beautiful as if I just purchased it from the store. They also gave me a free case with the repair so I wouldn't drop it. The only reason I am giving a 4 start review is because there was about 10 people in there and the air condition doesn't work when it's a lot of people in there. I dropped my phone being clumsy at work and it wasn't bad but if you know me you know I can't live with my phone screen cracked. Even if it's minor. Upon searching for different businesses that fix screens, I came across two that could fix my screen. philly wireless was significantly cheaper than the other business. After speaking to them through chat, they told me I could do a walk in and drop my phone off. I dropped it off around 4pm and headed to Distrito for happy hour. A few drinks later a little slur in my voice(just kidding) I went back to pick up my Phone. I was amazed at the word they did because it looks brand new. I am totally happy I won't get glass in my thumbs lol. If you need same day repair service, stop by here. Tell them I sent you. So I was hesitate bringing in my phone to a store other than apple to get repaired but I didn't have time to wait at apple to get my screen fixed. So I went down to Philly Wireless on 40th and chestnut and they were phenomenal. My repair only took 20 minutes and they offered two different types of screens. They offer aftermarket and original apple displays. The original apple is a little more expensive but they are the best quality. I went with the original apple screen and it was done within 20 minutes. On top of that I received a free case and screen protector. What more can you ask for. read more

This is the best phone repair store in the world. I mean better than apple, because they aren't just looking to make money off you, they are looking to help you with all of your needs. I got a battery and screen repair done, they gave me an automatic $10 dollar discount because of this. Then on top of that, the repair only took 20 minutes. This place is the best repair store and phone shop in philly. I went in expecting pricey repairs and pricey phones but that's not what I got. They sell lightly used phones that are perfect for people who don't want to spend a lot of money. They are way cheaper than apple or Best Buy. The repairs are also cheaper than any other shop. The only reason I put a 4 is because their air conditioning is not adequate when there is 15 People in the store. But hey what does that matter when you are saving a great deal of money. read more

Upon waking into the the store, I was greeted ASAP. Ian my repair tech made sure to diagnose my phone and give me precise estimates for the repairs. I thought it was going to be a little pricey but nope. I paid like 50 bucks for an iPhone 6 screen, at Apple they cost $119. After which they gave me a free screen protector and pop socket. I bought a designer case, and airpod case(yes they make airpod cases, i never knew) , that are so hepful.
