My family and friends came here for a late lunch one Friday afternoon. The guys working here are so nice! My husband and I ordered one cheesesteak with cooper sharp, fried onions and mushrooms. We also got a cheese fries with cheese on the side so we can dip it in. The roll was soft and crunchy on the outside. The meat inside of plentiful and had a good cooper sharp cheesy flavor. The cheese dip that came with the fries was also excellent. I liked the sandwich overall but which I could take more of the seasoned meat then the other all cheese from the sandwich. The cheese is really good but mostly that is all you can taste. Either way great meal and reasonably priced compared to other cheesesteaks in the city. read more

Philly Cheese Steak is located in the food court on the lower level of the Comcast Building. It's convenient for those that work in the building but I wouldn't come back for the food. I ordered the hamburger with American cheese that took 12 minutes to cook because they only offer it well done. It was more like they charred and burned the life out of it! In addition the cook kept pressing on the burger while it was cooking, releasing all the juices. It didn't have any seasoning as well. I also ordered the chicken fingers that were made from thin strips of white meat chicken, covered in a dense bread crumb and deep fried. Awful. It's one of the places in the Comcast concourse I usually walk by but after 2 raving reviews from my coworkers I had to go. I went right at 8 am when they opened - no line - and I got a breakfast wrap with egg, cheese, tomato, and spinach. It is cooked fresh to order and took a few minutes. The wrap is big and very good price - less than $7. I got it to go with ketchup and hot sauce and it was so delicious! The employees were SO pleasant and nice, despite it being 8 am. I was impressed. In the fast food court area of this busy office building, I found this place. Of course, I yelped for where I could find a good philly cheesesteak nearby and this popped it up. It did not disappoint. Ask for extra ketchup. Plenty of tables to sit and dine in the general dining area. Granted I only had two cheesesteaks in my time in Philly, this and an OG popular (but not tourist trap-popular) cheesesteak, this one blew the OG cheesesteak out the water. The seasoning on these cheesesteaks is incredible. It's more than just beef and cheese; there are dimensions to this flavor! I recommend getting American over provolone for that extra savoriness, and loading up on their pickled condiments at the end of the line. The acidity of the condiments perfectly balances out the fattiness of the meat and cheese. We also had onion rings, which were super crispy and perfectly breaded. It was a little hard to find this place, but you have to enter the Comcast building (looks like an office building but you're in the right place) and go downstairs into the food court. The staff are all so nice and welcoming and create an amazing vibe. There was seating in the food court area, but it was so nice outside that we were able to enjoy our meal in the promenade. Philly Steak Co. is one reason to now return to the re-opened Concourse at the Comcast Center. The staff were professional, & take pride in the preparation going into the steak sandwiches being made. The Classic Ribeye at the half-size for $8 was filling without being overwhelming. Had whiz, & it was distributed into the sandwich well. The ribeye was tasty & cooked well. Small plastic cups of various peppers are on hand for extra seasonings. Overall, very satisfying. Would like to try the whole $15 sandwich the next time I'm here.
