Best philly cheesesteaks I've ever had. Delicious! The meat was so tender and I loaded it with all of the cheeses and toppings which I highly recommend! Local establishment, and the only location. It's the real deal.

Philly Cheese Steak is located in the food court on the lower level of the Comcast Building. It's convenient for those that work in the building but I wouldn't come back for the food. I ordered the hamburger with American cheese that took 12 minutes to cook because they only offer it well done. It was more like they charred and burned the life out of it! In addition the cook kept pressing on the burger while it was cooking, releasing all the juices. It didn't have any seasoning as well. I also ordered the chicken fingers that were made from thin strips of white meat chicken, covered in a dense bread crumb and deep fried. Awful. Really awful. 2 sad falling stars because the guy taking our order was pleasant.

I had 5 philly cheese steaks during my 5 day stay here. This was by far the most flavorful and moist sandwich I had while I was there. Owner is extremely friendly and is excited to help all customers. This spot is in the Spectrum mall so the seating is shared. I got traditional Philly vibes watching my masterpiece come to fruition.

It's one of the places in the Comcast concourse I usually walk by but after 2 raving reviews from my coworkers I had to go. I went right at 8 am when they opened - no line - and I got a breakfast wrap with egg, cheese, tomato, and spinach. It is cooked fresh to order and took a few minutes. The wrap is big and very good price - less than $7. I got it to go with ketchup and hot sauce and it was so delicious! The employees were SO pleasant and nice, despite it being 8 am. I was impressed. I will definitely be going back for breakfast and maybe to try some lunch items too!

    Overcooked cheesesteak. Ugh!!!

Soooo, this is my favorite go to place to get cheesesteaks when I am in Philly. Unfortunately, this time the cheesesteak was not good at all. It was overcooked and had no flavor. It was a definite waste of $16! I got a whole cheesesteak but only ate half and threw the other half in the garbage when I got back to my hotel room. On top of that, the expiration date on the sprite soda I purchased had expired. I returned it to the counter and they exchanged it out. This is the second time that has happened. When I came last year my soda and my nephew's soda had expiration dates that had long expired. I'm not going to go here again next time I am in town. It just wasn't worth it.

My first time trying a philly cheese steak in Philadelphia and this taste so horrendous. I aksed for peppers, onions and mushrooms and got nothing. The beef was soo small and so hard to eat. tasted like a burnt burger. I am so annoyed and vexed. I seen other reviews and photos and mine looks burnt and disgusting. I had to throw it away.

Granted I only had two cheesesteaks in my time in Philly, this and an OG popular (but not tourist trap-popular) cheesesteak, this one blew the OG cheesesteak out the water. The seasoning on these cheesesteaks is incredible. It's more than just beef and cheese; there are dimensions to this flavor! I recommend getting American over provolone for that extra savoriness, and loading up on their pickled condiments at the end of the line. The acidity of the condiments perfectly balances out the fattiness of the meat and cheese. We also had onion rings, which were super crispy and perfectly breaded. It was a little hard to find this place, but you have to enter the Comcast building (looks like an office building but you're in the right place) and go downstairs into the food court. The staff are all so nice and welcoming and create an amazing vibe. There was seating in the food court area, but it was so nice outside that we were able to enjoy our meal in the promenade. This was an experience I won't soon forget! Can't wait to come back here.

Food's delicious, but could use more filling in each sandwich. Service is very positive, and upbeat with the cashier! Ambience, just business casual vibes going on in the Comcast center.

Portions were huge! I got the ribeye full sandwich with the works. I would like to try it out with cheese wiz next time I will definitely be back! Highly recommend and it's a great value

I came during the lunch hour rush, and even though they make the sandwiches to order the wait was minimal! I had the whole ribeye Philly with the works! Delicious and hot! I don't have a lot experience with a Philly Cheese steak but this one was delicious. It's in a good court, so whether you want to eat inside or outside keep that in mind. The ambiance is a little on the loud side so this not a place for a quiet conversation. But it's a great place for a fast lunch!

The space itself is huge and very clean, with plenty of tables and seating, so it was easy for everyone to spread out, settle in, and enjoy themselves without feeling packed in. A major point in its favour is the setup for watching sports. They have a massive wall of TV screens, plus more TVs throughout the space, which made it very easy to keep up with multiple games at once. No awkward craning for a view, no fighting for the one good seat, just a very solid setup for a group outing. I ordered the House Angus Burger with sweet potato fries. It was solid, flavorful, and definitely filling. My friend got the Bella Vista Omelet with home fries, and we both agreed that while the food was good, it felt like standard brunch fare rather than anything particularly memorable. Based on the long wait and the hype surrounding Sabrina's, I think we were expecting the food to really stand out. In my opinion, the dishes we tried were comparable to what you'd find at a quality chain brunch spot like First Watch. That's not necessarily a bad thing, the food was satisfying, but it didn't quite justify the lengthy wait. That said, the menu has plenty of more unique and creative options that we didn't try. I'd be open to coming back and ordering one of those specialty dishes next time. Overall, I left satisfied with the meal and service.
