This location specifically has the BEST employees. I came by to pick up some pretzels for a party I was going to recently and was really blown away by the employees. And because I went early in the day the pretzels were nice and hot. They were amazing and fresh! I also appreciate the large variety of dipping sauces. This place is great. read more

Of the 3 Philly Pretzel Factory locations I've visited, this is the best location by far. The employees are always very friendly and the food is always fresh. It's always clean and they have a number of cold beverages. I have a location closer to me but I will travel to this one because it has the freshest options and nicest staff. If you happen to go when they have the cranberry mustard, this is a must try! read more

Have been a handful of times. The staff is always pleasant and nice. They never seem to be in stock of most items when I go. The pretzels are pretty good. The dipping sauces aren't really the best. It always looks clean and it is quiet. Plenty of parking read more

The blonde woman who I believe may be the owner is so friendly! She made sure I knew about their rewards program and gave me and my brother in laws free pretzels since I was picking up an order for my birthday. read more

These pretzels are delicious! Nice texture and salty but not too salty. The pretzel bites were awesome for dipping. With the cashier's recommendations we tried the salted Carmel and cinnamon dipping sauces. The salted Carmel was awesome!! The people working here were really nice and the store was clean and organized well. I would highly recommend Philly Pretzel Factory. Yummy read more

Here's the Scoop: This is my second time here and both times I was pleased. The pretzels are fresh, soft and not too salty. Nice tasting dough. You can get 5 for $4.50. I haven't tried the bites yet but they looked tasty as well. Plenty of dipping sauces to choose from. I'm from Philly so traditionally we would put mustard on our pretzels. I definitely want to try some of the other pretzel flavors and sauces next time I come. On April 26th, it's Pretzel day and they're giving away 1 free pretzel. Come and check them out! I think you'll enjoy them. Check my pics. read more

Ive ordered a few times from this location. Usually good. I need to remember to stick to the plain pretzels and buckets, always tasty. I ordered the family pack for National pretzel day. The cheesesteak rivets and mini dog rivets were not edible, had a burnt briney taste. The bucket of plain rivets were good. read more

I drove from Eastport (exit 70 L.I.E) to Exit 57 (Vets Memorial) to go to Philly's Pretzel Factory in Smithtown, NY. This was my first time that I ever ate a Philly's pretzel. However, I ordered from them; because.......I was bringing the CROWD PLEASER pretzel pack to a OKTOBERFEST block party on Monday, Columbus Day, 10/11/21. Was it fabulous! The order was perfect, thanks to Kayla who took the order a few days before. She was wonderful. I was so impressed with the product. It made such a hit at the gathering. They were warm, fresh, salted perfectly, tasty, and remained soft for hours during the gala. People were taking them home. I will drive back there again for the next party! I went to "Auntie Ann's" in Tanger Outlets In Riverhead, a week before I found Philly's on the Internet, to investigate about ordering from them for the party. The gentleman was not only rude, and not interested in discussing taking an order. The place was NOT busy. There were no brochures, no pictures to show me what I could order for a party. He told me to go online and view pictures. I wanted to know the pricing. Again, I was told to go online. I asked to buy one of the pretzels. It cost me for ONE PRETZEL $4.20!!! It was greasy and tasteless except for the grease. I immediately contacted Philly's in Smithtown and spoke to Kayla who answered all my questions. I was able to see the selections online. Thanks Philly's! You make a great product! Let's hope you open a franchise out East!!! read more

Gross!!! The guy working at the counter had a greasy bob haircut to which he did NOT have it clipped back nor wore a hairnet. This guy kept pushing his greasy locks back with this dirty glues and at no point did he change them. We waiting for the pretzels and some mini hotdogs and wouldn't allow that guy to touch our food. The pretzels were a mix of overcooked ones, stale ones and wet ones too. However that wasn't as gross as the undercooked min hotdogs. Save your money! This place is over priced trash!!! read more

I thought the owner was very friendly and patient. I've been here a few times and I get the 5 pretzels for $4.50. They are always super busy and the pretzels are always hot and fresh. They are chewy, just salty enough and soft when they are piping hot! Just like a pretzel should be! They make up cool designs with pretzels I saw on the side. I guess great idea for a party! read more

I visited the store on 08/11/19 at approximately 6:15pm. The staff serving the pretzels were not wearing gloves. One of the servers was pulling the pretzels apart with his bare hands. They should be wearing gloves. read more

Pickup a Mini Dogs & Rivets Party Tray on Saturday. The rivets were cold, like they just came out of the refrigerator and they over cooked the mini dogs. Very disappointed, I never had a problem ordering from this location before. Will think twice before ordering again. read more

Absolutely Amazing. We had the cinnamon pretzels and 3 different dipping sauces. Butter Cream, Brownie, and Salted Caramel. This was a fabulous dessert. Went great with Coffee. They raised their prices 40% from one day to the next. They pretzels are not the biggest though good but to go from 10 for $5 to 10 to $7 is extreme. A 16 oz bottle of soda is almost $3 also. I know business has been slow but that's a huge increase from one day to the next. read more

I'd like to liken these pretzels to crack. They are completely addictive. Soft pillowy warm delicious. A million times better than a hot city cart pretzel. A billion times better than that place in the mall. You can not just eat one. My husband brought me some on a whim and it blew my mind (I don't get out much ) if you haven't gone, just say no. The guy a few reviews ago that said they were so so? He's a-probably not of sound mind. B-probably not human C-trying to throw people off so he can have them all or D: all of the above. Your call. read more

I wish I could give it less than one star. So I stop in on a a Wednesday and ask, "if I am going to make an order tomorrow, how much notice do you need?" I was told by the worker, it's a Thursday and not a busy day so will only need 20 minutes notice. I said, great. So the next day I call up to place my order and spoke to a young girl. Although was very nice, did not know much. So I place my order which takes very very long. So after giving my order I hear another worker in background saying we don't have that, we don't have that. Long story short-they didn't have 90% of what I wanted (including pretzel dogs and pepperoni melts)..I was then told by another employee to call a few days in advance if I was pretzel dogs, pepperoni melts etc. so basically on a menu of like five things-they have one! So I said forget it and hung up. They need to work on educating their employees and increasing their inventory. I mean come on, I was ordering 6 pretzel dogs not 600. This place definitely needs a lot of work! read more

My family and I went to a Halloween bbq and brought the "Crowd Pleaser". It was a huge hit. Three pretzels at Auntie Anne's costs the same as 25 from this place. I'm definitely going back for more. Extremely DISAPPOINTED with the organization and the service of this place. On December 30th my wife called to place an order to have ready for New Years Eve. They told her they are not taking orders for New Years Eve and to just come in that day and place the order. They said it would take 8-10 min to make a tray. So now it's New Years Eve and she goes into the place and is watching as people are picking up theirs orders. Very strange considering we we were told they weren't taking orders for the day. She goes to order and is told they are not making anything today. What the hell!!!! We are beyond angry as now we have nothing to bring to our New Years Eve party as everywhere will take up to an hour to make something. My wife explained what she was told on the phone and there was no sympathy at all. They wouldn't even make her a 10 piece crowd pleaser even knowing she was given bogus information the day before. We will no longer be coming back to the pretzel factory as well as informing everyone at our party what happened here read more
