We were there on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, some empty tables when we left. We ordered the fried green bean appetizer to start after reading good reviews on them, I ordered the breakfast burger and my table mate ordered the sticky burger. When the burgers showed up about 20-25 minutes later we were asked if there was anything else we needed. I had to say yes, we were missing the green beans, but at this point we'd just go ahead and cancel that order. No problems. I won't go into details about everything but to point out the negatives that happened on our visit, my bun was relatively burned. Anyone in the kitchen could have caught that and taken a few minutes to grill up another. It took only about a minute for the bottom bun to succumb to the wet burger patty and become a squished piece of wet dough. The other big downfall, and this isn't much the fault of the business, but the place is a cacophonous mess. It doesn't come across perfectly in the video accompanying this review but the place was LOUD. We had to raise our voices to hear one another or speak to the server. Not somewhere you would go to comfortably hang out with someone, sit and visit for a few. Five stars on the whole, one star ding for the few things mentioned.
