There is no reason that the project should not have been completed on time. I asked several times for updates and what they would do to remedy the situation but have not gotten any response from leadership. Very disappointed. The carport that they built is nice, but it would have been better if it had solar panels installed on it.

The system that was installed was about $9000 cheaper than what was contracted. Yet, despite numerous requests for a new contract, they would not provide one. Instead, they said they wanted to keep the original contract and surreptitiously install the three remaining panels after the inspection. No mention of the much cheaper string inverter and bottom tier solar panels. Moreover, they left the system dysfunctional! After they stopped responding to my texts and phone calls, I had to hire a different solar company to rewire the system to get it working. I also had to pay the other company $5000 to switch out the inverters. BEWARE SOUTHEAST ENERGY SOLUTIONS! They are super sketchy.

They showed up with another close family friend, Pat. They had a well designed operation which used our tap water and using a reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration system, they were able to use the rinse water to air dry without any streaking on the outside windows which saved much time because they didn't have to squeegee (sic) them before replacing the screens! Smart! We have 23 exterior windows and using Richard's system, needed no ladders using his extension brush which doubled as a rinse device as well. One person took all our screens and scrubbed and rinsed and dried them before putting them back up. The inside work also was superlative as they thoroughly scrubbed the sills beautifully clean. What I'm trying to convey is that they took great pride in their work and even scraped some paint overspray off several windows which I hadn't expected. My parents replaced these windows about 15 years ago- top of the line - top and bottom both tilt in to be cleaned. He didn't even have to climb a ladder. The tech left all the furniture out of place, some in the middle of the room. Sold us a package to have the window sills cleaned- didn't clean them all. Didn't clean back door because he'd have to charge us more if he cleaned outside. Then charged us additional to pay by credit card- that was never mentioned. Screens were not replaced and he was on his phone the entire time. What was quoted @$285 ended up costing us almost $70 more.
