After weeks of a scheduled appointment in which the only thing I asked was for the doctor to communicate from a recent picture what she thinks I need so I have proper payment....always paying without a question of dispute. Today ..good friday...I get a text instructing me that "pay by 5 today with 3% surcharge or no appointment for you". Where did this come from? I have been going to her loyally for years and that is how I am treated as I go thru airports and had to attempt to call back in an airport restroom. Shocked....was there something I did? Did the practice want to get rid of filler patients? Totally confused by the mafia like treatment. I don't ask to be treated special, just a tiny bit of respect. Obviously I am not wanted as a patient. You too?

I saw they had a new product called K Tox, which is Korean Botox and she immediately told me that this product was not on sale and it wouldn't be because it is a new product. After reading about it on line I decided to get it anyway. It was priced at $12 per unit. This was on 2/5. On 2/7 I received a text from Dr. Campano's office that they will be having a sale on Valentine's Day and to click link for the products. I click the link and the K Tox that I was told would not be on sale not just on the day of beauty but anytime soon was low and behold would be on sale 2/14 for $9 a unit. This was very disappointing because after coming to this office for a few years now this could have been mentioned to me. They should be more specific about treatments a customer asks and give them what they would like to have done without just making a quick sale. I will no longer recommend this place for anyone wanting any kind of treatment. Very disappointed! I did reach out to them asking if they would honor the pricing and they would not honor it because I came in on the day of beauty. Makes no sense to me. Maybe one less customer isn't important to them. I would not recommend this place as customers are not important it's always about the $$$$.

Dr Burres performed a rhinoplasty on our daughter. After the surgery and following his care…read moreinstructions She developed a lump near the bridge of her nose. She went in later for a procedure to correct this. Another lump developed. She was also shivering as if in extreme cold when she came out. It was unnerving. After both surgeries, she was told to wear the small nose splint for a short time. She was instructed to then remove it and begin using her index fingers along the length of both sides of her nose as a splint. Her fingers? For many hours for many days? He has a very unfriendly bedside manner but that didn't bother me. The squarish lumpy bump on one side of the bridge of her nose that she now is left with - does bother me. We called him about this lump and all he said is bring her back and he will fix it. Ummmm - let's see. Two surgeries and the last one ended with her seeming to be nearly in shock she was so cold. I think not. He did not follow up with us after that. His unfriendly bedside manner does not bother me as much as his terrible work and my fear that the second surgery was not normal. Do not see Dr. Burres for any cosmetic work

I understand this is a HARD PROFESSION...everyone is leaving California. But it is unacceptable, no matter where you are when you are dealing with the live of another. We took our daughter to Dr. Steve Burres for a simple rhinoplasty procedure. He seemed very…read morecompetent although not a great bedside manner. She had the procedure and all seemed well. We were informed to remove the splint shortly after the procedure and she was to then use her index fingers along side her nose to splint it. This was to occur for hours a day for several days. THIS was not told to us before the procedure. A sharp lump formed near the bridge of her nose. We informed Dr. Burres and he stated he would repair that with another procedure. We took her back for the correction procedure. When she came out of the surgery room she was shivering violently. I understand they keep rooms cold to reduce germs, but she seemed almost in shock she was so cold. Again the splint was to be removed very soon and again she was to use her fingers to continue the splinting. A square-ish bumpy lump appeared just beneath the skin near bridge of her nose. We let him know and again - he said he would fix it. Quite honestly we were all AFRAID to do so. Two attempts and a good deal of money and a very obvious lump remains. We requested a refund so she could see a skilled physician to repair the damage he inflicted. Refund did not happen. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Burres. Ethics, bedside manner, procedures, skill... all fall short in my opinion. Note: He has several Ear Nose Throat offices around southern California.

I'm allergic to just about everything 2 PAGES worth.... I wasn't able to breathe out of my left nostril for about 20 years. I had so many polyps in my nasal cavities that it was the worst they've even seen. I had a nasal plaste, sinus balloon dilation, and they removed 100% of all the polyps! The Air Force had me living in areas that I was allergic to EVERYTHING special in areas of farmlands. And after 26 years I can breathe normal and get a great night sleep! Shout out to Dr Amoils and special shout to the Women that every day made me feel like family and took care of me! Maya, Carin, Mayisha, and Cindy yall are AWESOME. Miss you love you!

He is a master of his ENT craft. Highly knowledgeable and just as caring. Most physicians we've encountered don't review a patient's information, until the actual visit. All the other doctors were booked out two weeks and had layers upon layers of bureaucracy, but Dr. Raffi's practice is "concierge" and made an appointment for me at the end of his day so I ran to Beverly Hills. His appointment cost was only 25 dollars more than my local doctors and I didn't have to wait. After several vocal tests and inspection, found I hadn't lost my voice but had a "lesion" on my vocal cord! He stuck all the cameras and the scopes all around my throat and through my nose and everything until I saw a freaking PICTURE of this thing in the screen. Soon we scheduled the surgery, and I am recovering as we speak (no pun intended). His staff is pretty cool and very accommodating, and Brandon, his scheduler is pretty cool and always dresses nice. The nurses are kind and prompt as well. I had a question once and tried to call outside operating hours and Dr. Raffi even called me on his personal cell phone promptly afterwards. I don't think one can expect much better than this...
