Good Doctor, questionable ethics. Dr Gill's front office is dominated by a mean aggressive manager named Cheryl. Her poor attitude and explosive personality is what frightened me. The girls behind the desk are in Cheryl's domain and several of them think it's ok to behave rudely to patients. None of them look very happy with their jobs. Why? My guess is Cheryl who is backed up by Dr Gill. Instead of hearing both sides of the story, Dr Gill relies on Cheryl and I guess if you piss her off - by pointing out her mistakes - you can expect retaliation. It's indicative of the politics of this office. This atmosphere - to me - pervades the entire office. It's too bad. Dr Gill - under supervision - implanted a monitoring device under my skin. Experimental device made by Boston Scientific. 7 months later I get a bill for $7000 for the device. I ignore the bill. 4 weeks later I get another bill so I attempt to contact Dr Gill's office manager (Cheryl). Cheryl did not return my call so I reluctantly contacted Blue Cross. After I called Blue Cross they straightened things out. The next time I saw Cheryl at an appointment - and tried to explain that I would always call her first - she lost her temper and told me to leave and never come back. She claimed she called me (she didn't) and proceeded to eject me from the office. Dr Gill should know better, but he seemed to be annoyed at me because I told him that I thought Trump was a disaster. So if you want to support Dr Gill, remember that he supports Trump. He certainly doesn't support the rank and file like me. Beware of Cheryl though - it appears to me that she has a mean streak. She approached me the very first time in a hostile and aggressive manner and it seems some of her aggressive behavior may have rubbed off on a few of their staff. Dr. Gill? He should know better. I believe he has undertaken more work than he can manage. I don't want to believe he tried to scam me out of $7,000, but from every angle it appears when he was unable to do so, he lost interest in being my Doctor. read more

It's very frustrating dealing with this office. Can't get through to make an appointment and they don't follow through with anything. I was suppose to be getting an INR home test machine a year ago. I need monthly INR testing. They said they would look into why I didn't receive it and they would send out another one. That never happened. read more

Dr Gill k. Cardiologist is a very caring a very professional MD and always concern about the well being of His patients. One example is when I do have my cardiac arrest and Had to be resuscitated (CPR) for several times He's there for me all along and did everything to resuscitate me. This doctor has no concept of time, what is the point of setting an appointment when you are not getting to a patient for over an hour after the time agreed upon? No matter how minor the matter is, be prepared to waste at least an hour and a half here, and most often you will be told to come back on a later date for "further consultations ". There are many doctors out there who are more professional, take your business elsewhere!! read more

Dr Gill is the first cardiologist I've seen and I hope I never have to find another. My initial visit was with Dr. Diane and she was beyond my expectations. Warm, compassionate and attentive. I was referred by my Dr with symptoms of heart palpitations, shortness of breath, hypertension and such. She did not hesitate and immediately ordered thorough testing. With each follow up I am treated with compassion and care. Tests are still being performed because Dr Gill truly wants to get to the bottom of my health issues. He and Dr. Diane are knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I never feel rushed and always feel heard. I was treated so well by Miss Cheryl, the echocardiogram technician who was great at her job and cried with me while listening to my story. The office is beautiful and he has plenty of staff so that it seems that tasks are spread evenly like a well oiled machine. Everyone does their part the best way they can. read more

Dr.Diane was good enough to prescribe FARZIGA for me . Inspite of my repeated request to order it from Opimrx, they ordered the medication from another pharmacy. I am pretty sure that it was done by her so called assistants. The FRONT desk and the doctor's Assistants SUCKS. They would give an appointment from 12 to 3. The assistant would call by 11:30 or what ever time she pleases, but never during the appointed time. If you do not answer, she will not approve my appointment. Assistants will never answer your calls. The doctors do not give a shit about the patients. They don't have the guts to question the people working there. The doctors get compensated very well by my insurance company. I got sick and tired of this kind of treatment and complained to my insurance company. I wish I could give his office no stars. I went to his office in Palmdale. The first time was in June it took me almost three weeks to get an appointment to have my pacemaker checked out. I moved to the area and I needed a new cardiologist quick so I was referred to his office and it was horrible. I waited forty minutes in the room before the doctor came in. He came in listened to my heart and then said I want to schedule all of these test for you and I looked at him and told him I have already had all of those test done, that is why I have a pacemaker. I came in today because I need my beats adjusted on my pacemaker I have had it done before and it fixed the problem (I have had my pacemaker less then a year so we are still figuring out where it needs to be at) and he said okay well I cant do it so we will schedule an appointment for that and I said okay fine and he left. I waited in the room for 15 minutes before I went out and asked when someone was going to come in and talk to me and the staff said oh we forgot come. This place sucks. These people do not CONSIDER their patients time. It's as if making an appointment means NOTHING anymore. We had an 1130 am appointment for a pre-op clearance. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, upfront I want to say that nobody there was rude to me and nobody told me the truth. 20 minutes after my schedule appointment receptionist told me it would be just a few minutes which I thought was strange I had not ask her or even left my chair it just seemed like she said it out of the blue. 40 minutes after my appointment I asked her how long will it be? She left and came back and said it will be just a few more minutes they're just finishing up with the other patient, 1hr 6min I left with the words it'll be just a few more minutes don't you want to wait? I feel you/me are nothing more then cattle/patients to employees something to be processed in & out the waiting rooms most efficiently $$$ for the practice with a little regards to how long you wait. you deserve to be treated better than this place. read more

Dr Gill & his team have always been professional, attentive & compassionate. This past week I was having a rather difficult time health-wise & in need of critical information. A kind Nurse Practitioner Diane Bite happened to notice I was struggling & asked if she could be of assistance. Her kindness in taking time to assist me could not have happened at a better time. Sorry to read all the negative reviews. Dr. Gill has always been a great cardiologist for my family members. He is cardiologist for my Mom and sibling. I too, have had negative experiences with his front desk staff - and complained to Dr. Gill. This has been resolved. not sure why all the negative reviews. i have been seeing Dr. Gill for 3yrs now and not once have experienced anything but genuine caring , understanding and professionalism from him and staff. they return calls right away , office wait time around 5 mins. When i found out i needed to see a heart Dr. i had an appointment as a new patient in 2 days. I thought that Dr. Gill was a good heart Dr for my mom who was in her late 80s when she started seeing him, had I known that in the end hhis words meant nothing . after her death his word really did mean nothing. I wont go into the entire thing but I wouldnt trust him. Great physician who has helped me through my illness when other cardiologists in town had given up. He recommended treatment which changed my life and he made me very comfortable through the procedure. His office staff is very friendly and caring. There is easy to get appointment. The doctor took me off of multiple medications which were prescribed by two other cardiologists in town and still I was very short of breath. He was able to adjust my medications and now I can do most of the things I want to do. I had such a great experience with him. He deserves 10 stars. read more

This is one of the worst cardiologist you can possibly go to .I had an acute myocardial infarction and ,aortic calcification. . When I went to his office last year complaining of angina peripheral artery disease numbness of legs and toes he has yet to ramp up any nuclear test heis the worst cardiologist in America.. oh by the way he did not go to medical school in America... the doctor was not cognizant of the myocardial infarction nor did he ever look over the medical records previously to my visit.. my blood pressure was 143 over 90 that girl took it three different times and when I asked him to put me on high blood pressure medication he said ask your primary doctor he didn't do anything as far as treatments or gave no medications for my condition.. he will be responsible for my death... Dr Dolittle I also ask dr. Dolittle to do an angiogram in some nuclear medicine I asked for CT scan angiogram nada.. he should have his medical doctor degree pulled. More people die from medical malpractice deaths then car accidents... and he's one of the primary reasons. read more
