Jen the Frontdesk and Older lady who have long brown hair with Glasses are MOST RUDEST frontdesk personnel I've Met. When I've done my 1st TB test appt. Nurse told me that I don't need to make an appointment to the Frontdesk and I can comeback on Thursday Anytime.. So I Came back Thursday and Jen the frontdesk doesn't accommodate me like pushing me away that she think I'm lying and ask n ask more question. And felt very embarrassed . I honestly felt Discriminated. Then when I See the nurse infront of me said YES SHE CAN DO WALK IN. Obviously those Employees have Lack of Communication aswell Hated their Job. For some unknown reason I was intubated and they were so reckless, I left with fat and split lips, as if I was punched in the mouth With one notable exception the nurses were terrible they were unable to find a vein for the IV, but kept trying 4 times, until I told them to get someone else that finally got the IV started While in recovery, I was feeling poorly and asked for some juice or something to eat, the nurse told me I would be released soon and can eat at home. I told her I'm a diabetic and have been fasting for more than 12 hours she then says I don't think we have anything but I'll go check , just before surgery I saw them roll a full cart of food and drinks past my stall, that nurse mentioned they are restocking the food for surgery patients, so I know they had plenty of things to eat and drink, after awhile the nurse came back with just a sandwich and nothing else no juice or anything to drink. It's as if they don't care about their patients Additionally upon arrival I parked and followed signs through a building and down a long hallway to get to a door, which on the other side had someone sitting there saying I can't come in this way. So even though it was difficult for me to walk, she made me go back the way I came drive my car to another entrance and enter the building that way. The management thinks that's an acceptable solution. Rather than having signs asking patients to use another entry, they kept the signs up directing patients to essentially a dead end. No regard to patients with poor mobility.

She is not only my primary physician but has also seen both my of two younger kids. She is capable of treating over a virtual appointment, in person, and so forth. I cannot expresss how much she seizes to amaze me and I look forward to her future growth in the medical field.

They never made me seem like i was just another random walking in and it felt more like a general doctor office versus urgent care. I get the vibe most urgent care facilities want you in and out as quick as possible. This place made me feel like I was a human being. They listened to me, gave me a ton of feedback and truly tried to cover everything when trying to get me better. I had gotten really sick with that nasty whatever respiratory infection going around right before Christmas (oh I know, wonderful right?) fast forward to this past Wednesday Jan 14 when I went in. Mind you, I've already seen 2 other doctors and went to another urgent care prior to this. I'd already been on meds which didn't help. I hadn't been able to lay down to sleep in almost 2 weeks (I'd wake up coughing not able to breathe well). Long story short, I was super sick. I came in and was greeted by a wonderfully friendly staff. I'm sorry, I didn't get their names but they were wonderful. I was taken back (gosh I wanna say her name was Crystal? I'm sorry, I was still yucko and not remembering right) and immediately they got to work asking questions and truly listening. Some places make you feel rushed and cut you off. They listened to everything. I was given an xray, breathing treatment and a swab up my nose for testing. They also tried to offer a shot that would also help me, but I declined. They were super sweet about it though. Tried to persuade me but in a friendly way and when I still said no, they didn't make me feel bad about it. No judgment whatsoever. After my treatments I got some new meds and a plan. A special shout to Dr Michael Gales because he was one of the nicest doctors I've met in a while. I wish he were my regular doctor! You know how doctors offices say they'll call you back, they ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK! Dr Gales called me with my xray results and even asked how I was doing after my treatments I had. Today, he called me again with my results for my nose swab. I genuinely felt like he cared I was getting better. Although I'm not all the way better, I was finally able to lay down to sleep. I'm telling you, it's the small things in life we take for granted. To literally everyone working at Summit Urgent Care, thank you so much. So very much for caring about me and trying to get me better. I wish I could write thank yous to every last one of you. I hope I don't need to see you guys frequently, but if I do at least I know I'll be getting the utmost support from a wonderful team. Would beyond recommend them to anyone out here. She even showed great sympathy for a situation I was having great difficulty dealing with myself. I'm not too sure how there are reviews about how they've never met with the doctor or that she showed no regards to them because I have never experienced this myself and have dealt first hand with great professionalism by Dr. De Silva. Her staff is very friendly as well and is always very helpful and accommodating. The wait time can be a bit crazy but never has it been two hours. My more recent appointments have been in the 8-9 am hours and I've noticed that you get seen faster during this time. I recently started with their Skin Care Club and my first experience was amazing. The explanations of your skin troubles, which by the way my skin is pretty damn good :), was helpful in remedying them. The Esthetician listened to your concerns and made note of what she was seeing and what plan would work best. The facial received was relaxing and the environment put you in a zen state. Made me wonder why I don't pamper myself more often. I'm honestly an extremely happy patient/customer of Dr. De Silva and her medical group and just learned her husband also does acupuncture. I'm glad there are so many choices they cover so you're not having to go from doctors office to doctors office. If you could be just a tad patient I can guarantee you'll be happy with the staff, Dr. De Silva, the facilities and amenities that a little wait time 'ain't never hurt nobody'.

Beginning with the first visit, that I waited 3 months for, I was not on their schedule!! Thankfully, one of the staff members remembered scheduling me, however, I waited 2 hours while they "worked me in". They have dropped the ball on prescriptions & lab orders EVERY SINGLE VISIT!! The most recent error was sending the wrong rx to the pharmacy, which cost me $100. Unacceptable the way they rush, assume & quick to give out the wrong info. Dr. DeSilva is wonderful, but once you leave the treatment room after talking with her, nothing gets done!! I've had to repeatedly ask for lab orders & rx's to be sent out. In addition, they failed to update orders in the system. How embarrassing that the Dr has to call the pharmacy to see what the last dosage was because her staff failed to update the chart. Complaints to management & Dr DeSilva were a total waste of time, nothing has improved, it just gets worse!! Moving on to where patient care matters & I'm taking my husband with me!
