If that isn't a sign of how shitty of people they are idk what is. 3 - You can't bring your kid/kids , they'll send you home or cancel your appointment. (It's a fucking obgyn - they birth babies and refuse to see you if you bring your children) & you can't bring your husband/man/partner either (post-Covid) 4 - The ultrasound tech will LOSE HER SHIT if you even text your husband/partner during the ultrasound. She kicked me out because I was texting my husband telling him I couldn't call him in there (per her request) and she lost it and kicked me out. 5 - The nurses and doctors park by the doors so you're forced to park all the way towards the back and walk pregnant af to the front door. 6 - They overbook LIKE CRAZY , appointments take 3-4 hours just for a simple check. On my first prenatal visit I had an appointment at 10:30am and was called in at 1pm. They are unapologetic and the office manager does not care to hear your complaint neither does the front office. I was fortunate enough to make friends with one staff member who would help get my appointment moving along. Her name was virginia . She was the only one that knew the meaning of customer service in that office. The way they run in that office is very sketchy. I work in healthcare myself so I am surprised they have been able to operate the way they do. From triaging you in a cluttered closet supply room . Yes I said CLOSET SUPPLY ROOM to having no seating available for pregnant women that they end up waiting outside on the floor in the hallway. The way this office runs is shocking. I hated that whenever I was seen . I had to ask the doctor for my results of test,exams etc. The doctors are running around like chickens without a head. I was in fear of my prenatal care through out my pregnancy . Luckily I delivered just fine. One thing I should mention is Dr.Berman is very cold. He rolled his eyes at me and made faces as I was crying my eyes out during an all natural epidural free delivery. He's very desensitized and cold. I wish I would have seen Dr.Ngo. If you're looking to have labs done at Foundation Laboratory, I highly recommend going to the location down the street (located at 1331 W Ave. J). The people are nicer, the wait times are shorter, and it seems much more sanitary overall. If you have literally NO other option: bring food + water, headphones, and plenty of hand sanitizer.
