Ahdoot is absolutely a blessing I have seen many OBGYN's due to underlying issues and this is honestly the best Dr I have seen.

Quick, Professional, and Compassionate Care…read more This was my first time visiting a Planned Parenthood, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. Due to the holidays, I was having a hard time getting an appointment anywhere else for a pressing issue. I was dealing with severe side effects from my birth control implant, and Planned Parenthood got me in quickly with their next available appointment. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. From the spotless seating areas and waiting rooms to the professionalism of the team, everything felt clean and organized--just like a well-run hospital. The nurse and provider were so kind and gentle during the Nexplanon removal. They took the time to educate me about wound care and alternative birth control methods, which I really appreciated. I was in and out within an hour, which was amazing considering how thorough and caring the staff was. I know there are a lot of opinions about Planned Parenthood, but my experience reminded me how vital these clinics are for women like me who need timely and professional care. The parking lot had plenty of spaces available, which made things easy, and there are stores nearby if someone waiting for you wants to pass the time elsewhere. Overall, I'm so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quick, respectful, and compassionate healthcare.

Instead, I was told I would not be seen because I "made too much," even though I barely make enough to cover my expenses. I was also told that my partner of over 7 years could not be counted as part of my household/family size for assistance purposes, and I was not offered any alternative resources, payment options, or help finding affordable care. I was simply told the cost would be $450+. I understand there are eligibility guidelines, but the way this was handled left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. I went there expecting compassion and assistance, not to be turned away without options. I hope they can improve how they communicate with patients who are seeking care and may be struggling financially.

This is my 2nd time coming to this place and I regret coming back. The 1st time I came was in 2024…read moreto verify a pregnancy and they told me I had an empty sack no baby, they made me come back at least 3x to keel checking for any viable signs and there was nothing but a empty sack accordingly to them. The last visit the Dr. told me that it was confirmed non viable pregnancy, a chemical pregnancy. She asked if I wanted to take the pill to make the process go faster, that I'm going to miss carry soon once my body realizes theres no baby. I said it's ok I'll just do it naturally and weeks go by and I still ended up being pregnant so I went to an actual OB where they confirmed my pregnancy. This Dr. almost made me kill my baby! Whom is now 1 and healthy. It's been almost 2 years since than so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a "ANUAL EXAM" which says online that includes all these task and test with physical and nurse says so your just here for pap smear. I answered I'm here for a an exam because I am having 2 periods a month and clots in my period along with really bad lower back pain and pelvis pain that I don't feel too well. So she asked are you ok with ultrasound and I said yeah. Dr. came in piked my finger said iron levels were 2.7 which is normal accordingly to her. All she said was they only take blood test for HIV and I asked well are you going to do a pelvic exam ? check my ovaries? My fallopian tubes ? my uterus ? She said ok lay back and she put her fingers inside me said you feel no pain then your ok just take ibrophen to lighten the bleeding and for pain. I told her I'm not taking birth control no medications nothing she said it's just hormonal imbalance. Which how would she know that without doing any blood test or any test. She did a pap test and said it might not be accurate cause I'm bleeding. So basically I went for no damn reason and just wasted my time. Gave me a bag of condoms and plan be and said you can go now. This place is very unprofessional and false advertisement.

It has been hard finding an OB-GYN in the area who accepts my insurance, but I had heard good…read morethings about Dr. Katrina Baker. Since we were going through IVF, I wanted to establish care with an OB before getting pregnant. My first appointment was canceled after I had already waited 45 minutes because the doctor had to deliver a baby. I completely understood--babies don't wait, and that's part of the job. We rescheduled for the following week. A few days later, that appointment was canceled too. On the third appointment, I was finally seen, but only by the nurse. We discussed my IVF process and my plans to continue care there during pregnancy. Last week was supposed to be my first appointment with Dr. Baker, but again I only saw the nurse and had an ultrasound. They scheduled me to finally see the doctor today at 4:20 p.m. They also explained that because I'm due in January, they wanted me to start a payment plan of $388 per month for the next six months. My husband and I were hesitant because we still hadn't even met the doctor, and we were already starting to question whether this was the right office for us. The office itself also wasn't a great experience. It's very small, the waiting room has about a dozen chairs packed closely together, and every visit has felt hot, humid, and stuffy. They have a fan running, but it still feels uncomfortable. Today's appointment was the final straw. I arrived at 4:10 to check in for my 4:20 appointment. The receptionist tried to charge me a $20 copay, even though I reached my out-of-pocket maximum months ago because of IVF. I explained that I hit my out of pocket max months ago, but she tried to tell me I was wrong. She just told me she will bill me next apt if I owe anything. The waiting room was completely full. I wasn't called back until around 5:15, when a nurse hot my blood pressure and then sent me back to the waiting room. Around 5:25 I was finally taken to an exam room, where I was told they planned to do culture testing. Then I waited another 30 minutes. By 5:55, with the office closing at 6:00, I honestly thought they had forgotten about me. I walked out to ask what was going on because I had been sitting in the exam room for half an hour and a total of 1 hr and 35 min waiting. I explained that all I really needed was clearance for a dental appointment and didn't want to wait any longer for the culture testing. The nurse told me there was one patient ahead of me and said they had been busy with ultrasounds that day. I reminded her that my appointment had been at 4:20. When I asked how much longer it would be, she said she didn't know--maybe another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I could see the doctor in her office doing paperwork. They said I had to do the culture test to get clearance for the dentist. At that point I decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the receptionist, who seemed genuinely surprised that I had never seen the doctor. I asked her not to bill my insurance since I was never actually seen by the physician. What disappointed me most wasn't just the long wait--it was the complete lack of communication or apology. After waiting nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes, no one acknowledged the delay, explained what was happening, or apologized for my time. Instead, I was expected to continue waiting indefinitely. I understand that OB-GYN offices have emergencies and unexpected deliveries. I was completely understanding the first time my appointment was canceled. But after multiple cancellations, never actually meeting the doctor despite several appointments, and then spending nearly two hours in the office without being seen, I no longer feel confident receiving my prenatal care here. If routine office appointments are this difficult to manage, it makes me question how organized the practice would be when it comes time for labor and delivery. I wish I had trusted my gut after the first couple of canceled appointments. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Office staff was fine, wait wasn't long. But...Dr Baker…read moreherself does not believe that women can feel pain in the vaginal nor cervical areas. 40% of patients can! She was to do my colposcopy (a sort of 'hole punch' of the cervix) and she refused to numb the area. To deny that anyone can/can't feel pain of this is teetering on medical malpractice imo. I literally got off the examine table and left. Would never recommend.
