For my full set to gel manicure because it was incomplete due to them ripping off my pinky nail was charged $20 for it. They are all apologetic and want to take the $20 off. I told them no, charge everything I came here was not looking for free service and by taking off that $20 dollar will not compensate my nail being ripped off causing trauma and bleeding. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I expect basic professionalism, especially when paying for a service. My mom was in the chair for a while and it wasn't until her pedicure was completed that they even started her manicure. We were there for too long it was not even sensical. Despite that, a couple weeks ago I bit the bullet and made an appointment. But before my appointment the owner called me and said she was too busy therefore cancelling it.
