Phill deserves far more than five stars. I brought my Jeep to him after dealing with issues that other, much larger auto repair shops had failed to properly diagnose or resolve. Instead of just replacing parts and hoping something worked, actually took the time to figure out what was going on and get to the root of the problems. He was incredibly thorough, honest, fair with his pricing, and always quick to get back to me. He kept me updated, explained what he was finding, and handled multiple issues with my Jeep that other shops had missed or failed to fix. After everything was completed, my Jeep was finally running the way it should with no warning lights on the dash. Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is ridiculously difficult, which makes finding someone like him even more valuable. I will absolutely be returning to him for anything involving my Jeep or any other vehicle I own in the future. I'll also be telling anyone I know who is having car problems to check him out. If you want someone who is honest, responsive, extremely fair, and actually knows how to diagnose and fix the problem instead of throwing parts at it, Phill is the person to go to. Easily five stars. Thank you again! If you see this Jeep driving around, just know it's because Phill got Ares running again. read more

I have never met kinder auto mechanics than these guys! You can tell they're genuine, good hearted, honest people from the moment you talk with them. I had a misdiagnosis on my car from another shop. Hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs were done when the actual problem was my transmission, which Mike and Phil diagnosed fairly quickly. My car was barely running at this point. I couldn't afford transmission repairs and the whole ordeal was so upsetting. Almost 3000 to have a car that now won't drive over 30 mph. The auto place that did work on my car, showed zero compassion and refused to admit any mistakes But the compassion shown from both Mike and Phil about my situation was beyond incredible. I dropped in a couple more times trying to figure out what direction to take with the car. They took time out of their day to listen to me and gave me some great advice. But I can't emphasize enough how much their kindness made such a difference in what I was going through. They have the biggest hearts! If I could give them a million star review I would God bless you guys! When I do get another car, I will only be taking it to Phill Kassab's Auto! read more

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Phil Kassab's Auto for a checkup before a long road trip and I could not have had a better experience. After arriving for my appointment I was greeted by a friendly staff member, and shortly thereafter met Phil who was very kind and personable. They told me it would take about 2 hours to finish the checkup and when I came back 2 hours later we were ready to go! Phil gave my outlander a clean bill of health and did not try to upcharge me or get me to pay for repairs I did not need- he simply sent me on my way and would not even accept payment for the checkup. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Phil's if you live in Camas or if you are looking for an honest mechanic in the portland/vancouver metro area. read more

I have had a lot of trouble getting ripped off and scammed by other mechanics in the past, it is quite difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. When I was referred to Phill Kassab's Auto I was no longer in need of a search of a trustworthy mechanic. He not only got the job done, but in a fast timely manner. Your vehicle will be handed back to you in better shape than ever before. I can guarantee you will leave 100% satisfied. I very highly recommend. You will not regret it. read more

My daughter had her car in another shop for repairs. After 8 months the car was still not done, Phill stepped in, took care of the car and went above and beyond what he needed to. He did a top notch job, some of the work was done at cost and he constantly stated that he would rather have a repeat customer! What a difference from the other shop! I would highly recommend Pill Kassab Auto to anyone and will have more work done by his shop when needed! read more

The heater in my honda civic was not working properly and Phill found out exactly what it was and fixed that plus more. He is super honest and personable. He is also very nice and easy to talk to and does amazing work. His prices are also very reasonable and not highly overpriced like a lot of other mechanics. I am extremely satisfied with the work he did and would definitely recommend Phill to anyone who needs their car fixed. read more

I would absolutely recommend Phil and his staff! I took my car in for routine check up and it was fast, friendly and over all amazing service. The entire process from scheduling, drop off and pick up was great. They kept to their stated timeline (they said it would take about 2 hours and it did) and there was no upcharging! It is clear Phil knows how to treat customers, staffabs vechicals! Turly an honest machinic. read more

Phill was such a huge blessing to our family. He not only had our car running again in less than an hour but did it on Labor Day. It's always a scary process trying to find a mechanic that isn't trying to game you out of more money and it was SUCH a pleasant surprise to find Phill. He's customer focused, and honest in his business. I will be a return customer. read more

Phill is an amazing mechanic! I would go to him before anyone else. The VANCOUVER Mazda dealer was going to charge me $150 to check my engine light. Phill took about 5 minutes and diagnosed it. Then fixed it in about 10 mins and didn't charge me cause it didn't take "anytime"... I was able to save $150+ read more
