Morgan spent time before even touching my hair just making sure she knew exactly what I was picturing. She asked me about my hair history and looked closely at my inspo pictures. She listened to things I liked and disliked and walked me through the process based off of what I wanted in terms of time between appointments/maintenance at home. She gave me lowlights to make my root growout less noticeable and to extend time in between appointments. I was nervous when she mentioned going darker but when it was done and styled, it actually lifted some of the brightness of my highlights. She knew what I wanted better than I did! I was so impressed with how professional Morgan is and I genuinely felt like I was spending time talking to an old friend. I can not recommend Morgan enough!!

The first time I went, I did one streak of highlight called a flash highlight (over 200$) to test the waters and it turned out great, so I came back expecting the same quality. This time was completely different. Paige double-booked another client and had her assistant handle most of my appointment. The assistant was extremely rough while washing my hair even after I repeatedly asked her to be gentle. She seemed annoyed that I said something and actually handed me the brush and said "do you want to brush it?" I shouldn't have to explain the same thing twice to her assistant when I already paid for a consultation to make sure this wouldn't happen. Paige barely checked in, didn't review my foils before they were rinsed, and my hair came out yellow and orange instead of the cool blonde I asked for. I didn't even get to choose the toner or discuss the results before being told by the assistant to pay. I also asked for thicker highlights and ended up with baby lights that looked uneven in tone. I walked out in tears and paid $265 for results that look like I used a bottle of Sun-In at home. I'm beyond frustrated and will not be going back. Letting an inexperienced assistant take over while charging full price is completely unacceptable.

My stylist had cancelled my last one due to her own plans, and I wish she would've talked to me directly today to sort this out, especially since she now had a free hour without taking me for my service.
