Faith is adorable, very friendly, professional, sweet, and did an AMAZING job on my hair! I have long blonde hair that was in desperate need of a trim and fresh highlights and she did everything exactly how I wanted, it looks great. I will absolutely ask for her again next time I go in! I pointed out that I loved her curls and she gave me some similar ones to leave with. The pricing was great.. $110 for a partial highlight, cut, blow dry, and style. Come today, 3 hours before our couples massage they call and cancel. They informed me that the therapist got in car accident. that is horrible and I hope that she's okay! But we still had an appointment for weeks? There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting. I'm a farm girl who finally landed a great job and finally could afford a cut outside of the cheap-o cut places, and I asked my friend at work where she gets her hair done (she always looks amazing!) She recommened ToCher, since old habits die hard, I asked her what price point I could expect and she said about $80 for a cut and color. Ok, sounds good. I made my appointment and I was all gooey when the receptionist handed me a complementary glass of wine. Ooo la la... I sat down in my chair, and struck up a conversation with my stylist, and spilled to her that this was my first time in a real salon, and was super excited that I finally had the money to spoil myself with a great cut and style. I didn't opt for color, just the shampoo, cut and blow-out. Whenshe spun me around, I loved my look! It was flattering and trendy. When I went to check out, she said, that will be $165. I raised my eyebrows, but paid, and tipped gernearously. She offered the products she used, and while I was tempted, I declined from sticker shock. As I was headed out to my car, I reaized, I just got the style from the products, so I should get the mousse, no? I entered the salon again... My stylist was laughing with the receptionist and while I could only make out snippits of the conversation, the part I could hear and will never forget: "How nieve was she! I just made over a $100 tip!" So, I will never be back.

I read the bios of the hairdressers on staff at ToCher and decided to check out Tobi Beale. At first I wasn't sure if I liked the haircut she gave me because I have always been loyal to my hairdressers and I really missed my person in Canton. After 3 haircuts I am convinced Tobi knows how to work with curly hair. She makes the cut fit my face and I really appreciate it. Not only is she detail oriented and friendly, but she is also knowledgeable of the products she uses on all clients. I think this speaks volumes to the spa because if my nail tech can speak about the product it makes me more comfortable about what is being put onto my body. Although, I know they do sometimes have walk in appointments. Other services offered here include hair cuts, make up, and massages. I have not gotten my hair or make up done here, but I have gotten a few massages. The spa portion is very calm, and I think they do a decent job with the services.
