The first time I came to this salon I had a nice experience. My hair dresser was kind and while I…read moredidn't get exactly what I wanted (none of my grey was covered???), I thought I would give them another chance since my experience was otherwise positive. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed it. They have a policy in which you have to pay the full amount of your appointment if you cancel within 24 hours. Twenty minutes before my appointment the salon called and said that my appointment would be canceled because my stylist was sick. Then they weren't able to fit me in until a full week later. I understand sick days, but calling me less than a half an hour before my appointment is unacceptable.

Faith is adorable, very friendly, professional, sweet, and did an AMAZING job on my hair! I have long blonde hair that was in desperate need of a trim and fresh highlights and she did everything exactly how I wanted, it looks great. I will absolutely ask for her again next time I go in! I pointed out that I loved her curls and she gave me some similar ones to leave with. The pricing was great.. $110 for a partial highlight, cut, blow dry, and style. The salon was nice and expansive, and I love their long counter for color and processing. Highly recommend this salon and Faith based on my experience here!

RUN do not walk away from this business. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I'm upset I…read morehave to actually give them a star, really and truly. We have two kids under 3 and I booked a couples massage for my husband and I weeks in advance. They called me back the same day after I scheduled an appointment to let me know they couldn't get us in at 1:45 and that it would have to be 2:00, which no worries at all. I told them that was fine. Come today, 3 hours before our couples massage they call and cancel. They informed me that the therapist got in car accident. that is horrible and I hope that she's okay! But we still had an appointment for weeks? There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting. If you want to make appointments and have Heidi Christine call you to cancel then THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!

I'm new to the area and was in the market for a place to get my brows done. I'm still in the…read moremarket, but since I'm not a woman of extremes, I'll still give one star for every eyebrow they did an okay job on. To start, Jenna was 30 minutes late for my appointment. That isn't to say she had an appointment run over, because that happens and usually isn't the stylist's fault. Rather, she walked into the building 30 minutes after my appointment time. To her credit, I think the receptionist did her level best at approximating customer service with her sort-of apology (although it was more, "Sorry you have to wait but also the spot you booked on our website wasn't supposed to be there," than an expression of remorse). After looking at other reviews online, this appears to be a trend for them. So if you think you'll just pop in for a quick wax during your lunch break, make sure you have a very cool boss who isn't a stickler for the whole "showing up on time" thing first. I'm not sure if Jena is in training, but it sure sounded that way from how she had to be coached by a mysterious floating voice standing just off behind my head. I was not introduced to this mysterious brow waxing phantom, as her presence was never actually acknowledged to me, so I can't confirm if she was training Jenna or if she was just a spectre with a passion for waxing. It was a bit hard to make out what she was saying over the incessant sniffling of the woman repeatedly touching my face with no gloves, so I'm sure I missed some of the nuance of their relationship to each other. All in all and with respect to fairness, the eyebrows look fine. If you go here, your eyebrows will probably look fine too.
