It was late and most places I called were either closed or closing so they couldn't take me. I came across Everything Auto but was a little skeptical since they had no reviews. I still gave it a try cause It was the closest place to me and I was honestly desperate. I get there and I'm so glad I decided to go! I was greeted right away and Josh said he will help me even tho I knew they were closing. I was so grateful and surprised at how fast they fixed my car. Turns out they didn't have any reviews yet because they just opened this location a few weeks ago (talk about not judging a book by its cover lol) and their other location had like tons of 5 star reviews. I highly recommended this mechanic shop to any one looking to fix their car. Efficient, kind, and trustworthy are the words that come to mind to describe josh, thanks again for accepting my car last minute I am beyond grateful. Great service and not to mention the pricing was super affordable! Will definitely be back for my oil change, brakes and anything else I need.

DISHONEST SHOP!! I…read morehave brought my car to Josh (owner) back when he was working out of a backyard garage on Merrick. It was a honest shop back then. Now that he has expanded h his business to Franklin Square...seems like customer service has gone down the toilet. He is not on site anymore and won't speak to customers even if there is a disagreement. There is a young guy behind the desk that seems to be running things now. I had an unfortunate encounter with him where he lied about calling me to approve services to my vehicle that I did not approve. I just wanted my brakes and rotors changed and that was confirmed when I dropped off the vehicle...only to be forced to pay for an extra tire rotation ($50 -while tires were already taken off already for brake job!) and coolant top off ($20) that was not pre approved (I had the tires already rotated that same morning at the dealership with an oil change!!). I understand that miscommunications can happen, but don't lie and tell me you called me to approve the extra services!! I have no tolerance for dishonesty!! PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

With his attitude and customer care, he will definitely go places. When my car was finished, he rung me up, wished me well, and thanked me for giving the store the business. My Dad has been having cars serviced by Chuck's Auto for about 20 years and I have been using them since I started driving 12 years ago. As a woman who knows little about cars, I have traveled from Queens and then Long Beach because of the integrity of Mike and his team. They have always been honest and fair to me, my family and friends that I have suggested to go their way. I use to live closer and take 'Sally the Saturn' there for years. I moved more south shore and purchased a new vehicle and maybe only popped in there once...but they still remembered me/Sally and genuinely ask about us. I introduced them to the new low profile beast 'Vanessa the Veloster', after a blow out. Yah that's right I name my cars...maybe a bit cheesy, but when you buy cars they become part of your family with their own unique personality...well at least for me :) Back to Russ and Mavis of Franklin Avenue/Franklin Square and how amazing they are. Before going on a road trip to AC at end of year I decided probably best to drop oil and check the tires. Right?!?...and thank goodness I did. When I came in I was greeted with a big smile and Russ calling out to all in the shop "Vanessa the Veloster is here." Sweet he still remembers me and my darling vehicles name. :) Let's just say Russ called out an issue that definitely had to be addressed before going on a road trip. Nevertheless better to address before getting stranded on a highway in nowheresville, so approved the extra work to be done. Very grateful for his full review beyond my oil change and tire rotation/inflation request. Good honest business practice is very valuable to all consumers, and I can honestly recommend this location to anyone near and far.
