The pastries are consistently soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. Their cakes are also top-tier--light, fresh, and perfect for any occasion. The drinks are just as good. Whether it's coffee or something more specialty, everything tastes well-made and balanced. Service has always been friendly and efficient, even when it gets busy. What really stands out is the consistency--you know exactly what you're going to get every time, and it never disappoints. Great place to grab a quick bite, meet with friends, or just treat yourself. Highly recommend.

I really love this place! I highly recommend that you try it…read more Parking is usually alright but can be busy. When you first walk in grab a tray to your right and some paper squares to pick up items. There are pastries both forward to the left as well as to the right. Also don't miss the cakes to the left of the check out counter. My favorite thing to grab is the fruit tart! I usually pick up a coffee to eat with my pastry. In terms of service I do say the staff is busy and does not interact as much as I like but the food makes up for it. The atmosphere inside does vary. As it is a busy coffee shop on weekends but week days and early morning weekends is a quiet place to have a coffee and read the paper.

Paris Baguette - Prettier at the Paris Baguette, but all so yummy! The one on the plate is the mille feuille from Cosetta's. A little too sweet for me.

This place quickly went from a 5 star potential to a 3 star experience…read more We arrived a little after 4 and waited close to 10 min to place our order. They only had one person running register and the small location was packed. With it being new, some customers had questions which added to the wait time for ordering. The cashier requested back up two times until someone finally stepped up to start taking additional orders. We opted to get a coffee milk, tea, a six pack of donuts so we could try all the offerings of the day and a Ramen, hot dog. We figured since we were there, we might as well taste a little bit of everything. Total came to roughly $30 for the three items. After about 10 minutes got our number called for the tea and the donuts. I could tell that there was going to be an additional wait because they kept calling numbers multiple times and people kept asking where their full order was. At the 20 minute mark I mentioned that I was still waiting on a hotdog and they said Yep they bring them out separately because they make them fresh in the back. I realized the hotdogs were going to take a little bit longer but close to 25 minutes to actually get our hot dog from ordering seemed excessive for a small counter order business. By the time we left we were 35 min they, the place was fully packed and people were out the door. Upside, all the food was good. Coffee tea was perfectly sweet, donuts were fresh, airy and glazed well and ramen dog was hit and crispy. But, I would say they need another few weeks under their belt to be an overall positive experience. It has potential but not a spot I'll be visiting again soon.

They have way more than just mochi donuts- they have mochi corn dogs, other fun snacks, and lots of drink options. They had a unique selection of mochi donuts as well! Service was good overall, a little slow but makes sense because they were so busy. The shop looks like it was built into the corner of a larger restaurant and it seemed like there is more room near by for other tables- not sure if they provide seating over there for meals? I came at around 6/6:30pm and no one was sitting over there so I'm not sure what that's for! Otherwise they have limited seating while you wait for your order. Overall this place is worth checking out, especially if you're craving something fun. I loved the flavors, but especially the guava and fruity cereal. Very flavorful compared to other donut shops I've tried!

I…read morewas looking for breakfast sandwiches in the Maple Grove area and discovered this little gem. If you also love the smell of fresh baked bread, this is your spot to go to! There a nice selection of baked bread along the shelf with biscotti and other misc baked goods to select from. Seating was limited, there's about 3-4 small tables in the corner if you're in to stop for a quick sandwich bite and coffee. They also have a deli for sandwiches and coffee. Some sandwiches give you the option to choose from any fresh bake bread they have available. It's a nice little deli with plenty of sandwich options to choose from. Think of sandwiches you can make from home, fresh with a homey take. There's pepperoni rolls, berry swirled loaves, cinnamon swirl loaves, ryes and many different kind of bread loaves. I also got a bag of the cafe mocha biscotti and had them with coffee at home, was my favorite purchase! Also you can see them making and rolling large batches of the bread right behind the cashier! Pretty cool! Service was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very helpful since it was our first time stopping in. Will be back for more bread loaves!

Honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. I would encourage any reader to stop and check…read moreout Uffda Donuts instead (right next door) for any sweet treats. I called late Monday morning to set up a Wednesday 7am pick‑up because I needed breakfast for a Leadership training event. I live closer to Maple Grove, which is why I ordered from that location, but since I was commuting to Burnsville, the timing was really important. The woman who took my order didn't write everything down, so the store called me Tuesday. No big deal. I was actually glad they double‑checked. But that's when I found out the online menu doesn't match what they actually sell. I wanted two dozen rolls, half cinnamon and half caramel. Turns out caramel rolls with nuts are still listed online but aren't even available anymore. Whatever. I adjusted. When I showed up Wednesday at 7am, the woman at the counter clearly knew I was the one picking up the big order. They weren't busy, but she started running around like she had no idea what was going on. She told me the rolls had *just* come out of the oven and she needed to figure out how to package them. It was already past my pick‑up time. She apologized, but I was frustrated. I asked how long it would be, and she said five minutes. I didn't walk out until after 7:15. If you commute, you know how much that throws off your whole morning. And then... the cinnamon rolls weren't even frosted. The presentation was honestly pretty sad. When I asked about the frosting, she hesitated and then proceeded to go in the back to fill a cup of their icing. I won't be using GHBC for corporate events again. The rolls tasted fine, but nothing special, definitely not worth the hassle.

I went to the mall for a quick lunch on a weekday and saw that there were 3 Hmong establishments…read morejust like the ones at the Hmong Mall. I was delighted. This one had the most people at the counter, so I thought it must be good. I ordered the Khao Poo noodle, which is a spicy noodle dish. It looked good on the menu. $14.99 is par for the course now for a noodle bowl. I had to order from the kiosk, but the receipt spit out on the other side of the counter. I had to go and ask for it. There was one guy working the kitchen and the counter, while there was another lady on the bubble tea side. I thought that was strange as it all looked like one business. I started to notice that the people standing around were all waiting for food. Well it took 20 minutes for my noodle to appear. So much for a quick lunch. Apparently because of their receipt print out not being available, there was another customer who mistook my Khao Poo with his. Well I showed him my receipt and he backed off. (Pro tip: get your receipt!!!) The noodle bowl looked very appetizing. I was excited. After taking the photo though, I dug into it and discovered that the noodles were in a clump, like they were just taken out of the fridge and poured the broth on top without stirring it. Well cold noodles with not boiling broth makes for a lukewarm bowl of noodles. I asked for pig's blood, which I paid extra for and were absent. The rice noodles were overcooked and they started to fall apart in earnest. However, the bowl had a lot of flavor. But the execution and temperature were not on point. Their saving grace was a surprise. Since there wasn't much protein in the noodle bowl, I was still hungry. I went and ordered a Durian Smoothie. The lady confirmed that it was real fruit in the smoothie. Well they were really proud of it: $8.95 for a smoothie!! Well I didn't care. I cannot remember the last time I had a real durian smoothie with real durian. When it came, OMG!! This was insane. I had died and gone to heaven. So 3 stars for the food and service, and 5 stars for the smoothie, so we land at 4 stars. Maybe get a burger or pho next door, and get the smoothie here.
