I just had a very poor experience with this location. I was incorrectly charged for donuts I did not order and the manager handled it by telling the window cashier to let me know the charge will be refunded in 7-10 business days while she was walking away. The coffee I ordered came to me incorrectly as well. The employees didn't really seem to care about my experience at all. This is a very popular location, please treat your customers nicer and offer apologies when appropriate. read more

I just want to thank the Lord that my prayers have been answered and I no longer have to drive to New Hope to get some of my favorite donuts and coffee! This place just opened up, so it will take a little time for you to go through the line, but SO WORTH IT! The employees are very sweet and literally apologized a million times for the wait. They all seem new at this so if you're patient, you'll still get all that you ordered in your belly in no time :) I will definitely be back! ALSO, their espresso machine was acting up and the sweet lady still made us coffee somehow and refunded my money! We got two medium lattes for free (they didn't taste exactly like a latte, but were still very yummy). Very pleased with this location!!! One of the best local Dunkin I've been to in the area! Quality donuts and coffee that don't disappoint. This is now my go to location for dunkin! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. Attentive to details with your order and work at very proficient pace. I received my donuts and coffee in no time and service was with a genuine smile. The lady at the register even asked a fellow co worker to get started on my beverage as soon as I ordered it so I received it in no time! (some other dunkin's ive had to wait TOOO long for my coffee that it's ridiculous.) The seating area is beautifully designed and well maintained. The area is very clean, and perfect for a coffee with a friend, a work place, or just a place to read a book. With everything from comfy chairs to sit in, to a counter with bar stools and a table with multiple chairs for a meeting. Overall, great location, great staff, great building. Love the drive thru. Manager had to open by themselves and politely addressed my while working on the orders that were entered before my arrival. The staff that arrived after I came in greeted and helped me as soon as they reached the counter. This location is extremely clean and the staff was very polite while they were under pressure of a pre 6 am rush. Having had Dunkin Donuts coast to coast was very surprised by how fresh all their donut options were. read more

When I was in the drive-through the associate seemed very distracted, kept forgetting what I was ordering. Not to mention the beyond sausage was unavailable. Maybe she was training but I did not have a good experience. read more

I placed an order online, but when I arrived at the store they only allowed drive thru due to cash register issues. Their drive thru took more than 45 minutes and by the time I arrived at the window to pick up my order they were out of everything I ordered and asked me to pick alternatives. At that point I was frustrated with their bad service so I asked to cancel the order and get refund. The cashier gave me a partial refund and after I called him out for not giving me a full refund. After a long debate were he used foul language he accepted giving me a full refund. When asking for the store manager, the cashier stated that he is the one and his name is Sawar. I will never come back to this store again for their miserable customer service. First of all If someone placed an order and pays for it online then that product is sold and you have to set it aside and you cannot sell it to another customer. Second when someone purchases your product online its because they want a speedy service so you cannot make an online customer wait in the drive thru for more than 45 minutes when they have already paid for their product just because you have cash register issues. Last, you need to train your personnel on customer service especially if they are the store manager and they cannot be as vulgar and rude as the one I experienced today. read more

I've been several times and not only has the staff been rude or short with me but I have a 50% chance of actually getting the right order. I had 1 out of three items that was actually what I ordered this morning and it's the final straw for me- I will not be coming back to this location. PS I literally order things off of the menu without mods except for adding a cream to my coffee. I try to make it easy and apparently it's too difficult. Seriously disappointed. Went here recently and had quite a negative experience. I was hoping for a dunkachino and the machine that makes dunkachinos and hot chocolate were out. So I ordered a small latte instead. The worker did not inform me that there was a promotion for a happy hour where all medium lattes were $2. When I went to the bathroom there was also no toilet paper. read more

It was hard to tell that this location was finally open, but they are in full swing inside. The staff is still learning how to ring up their products properly and describe the flavors of their donuts, but they do so with a smile and a great attitude! They were offering samples of their "slushees" when we were there. They were sweet and very tempting for the kiddos (even the watermelon flavor!) I always get iced coffee from here and it's always really weak. It tastes more like tea than coffee and has no depth. The drive thru line is always long because they've had the lobby closed for 2+ years now. Dont waste your time here, just go to the New Hope location. read more

Greatly disappointed. Sleep deprived and in desperate need of coffee. First time at dunkin and had high expectations just for that to be drastically shattered. First off it took a very excruciating 10 minutes for us to get to the window. When we finally proceeded to the window the first words out of her mouth were that she was the only one working. We had ordered a medium iced plain latte & a small caramel iced latte. After we finally got out of there... we were excited as everything looked suspiciously well. Only for our expectations to be crucially shattered. The first sip tasted like complete dirty socks soaked in sugar water. Quickly realizing they switched our drinks, but the wrong sizes so we couldn't just swap. We had to brainstorm harshly to come up with an idea since the line was wayyyy excruciatingly too long to go back and file a complaint since we were already late to our next appointment since the line was so long initially. So we came up with our own genius idea... only for our expectations to be completely shattered. Have had far more visits with problems than I have had visits which left me with a positive feeling. From continued problems listening to / remembering / fulfilling orders accurately, to closing the front doors and sending people to the drive thru during posted business hours because they were understaffed, to not having common product (iced tea) available shortly after opening, this particular location is by far the most disappointing of any Dunkin' Donuts I've visited. Service is so slow!! They didn't get my donuts until I was at the window. It should have been ready by the time I pulled up. Also I ordered 2 and by the time I pulled around they were out of one. You shouldn't say you have something if you are out. I can't emphasize enough how slow they are. It took way too long and seeing that they weren't getting items ready until you were at the window it makes sense that they were that slow. Its unacceptable. I love Dunkin' Donuts and will Drive out of my way to work in morning to stop at the Maple Grove location. I usually get 1 wake up wrap with ham sometimes sausage and more then not the cheese is burnt or the tortilla shell is hard and crispy. The worst drive thru experience I have ever had. 30+ minutes for 4 cars. It was a Saturday morning, they should have been prepared.

5pm on Sunday evening, my family (husband and two kiddos) stop in for a beverage and donut. There were zero customers and three employees. We each ordered a drink and a pack of 25 munchkins. One of the employees looked stoned. We received three drinks and the munchkins. Five minutes go by and we have to ask where our fourth drink is, they hadn't even started it. It looked nothing like the photo on the menu in front of us. Cashier was less than friendly. I'd rather pay more at Starbucks, at least it comes with stellar service. read more
