Hidden little gem that I found Yelping around, looking for another noodle place that's semi close by my work. I needed some noodles to help with my congestion (been sick for 3-4 days from my son ugh) and found this place, sold on the fact that it's not JUST a pho place, it's Cambodian style, I had to come represent and give it a shot! I came to meet my friend for lunch. Got seated pretty quick, not super busy, but enough people. Ordering was fairly quick too, we got our food in probably under 10 mins, everything was amazing! Even though I didn't have ALL my taste buds at the time, I can definitely taste the flavors from the broth. Reminds me of my mom's style of cooking for sure. I visited this spot expecting nothing but a great experience and that's exactly what I got. A menu item, which was the spicy beef with rib caught my eye and I had to order it. I asked the owner if it was good and he looked at me and said, "yes!" He was all truth. The spice was just right, the broth was excellent, and the meat fell right off the bone. This savory treat was exactly what I needed after a long day at work. I coupled it with a Thai iced tea with boba and let my taste buds enjoy an exquisite experience. Back in January I was introduced to Vietnamese noodles at Phat Noodles and been loving it ever since. The Shrimp noodles, spicy when asked, was very delicious but not as spicy as I had thought. Nevertheless it was worth ordering if for the first time. The place is small. I think the occupancy is limited to 16 persons I went with a group of four, where we were greeted warmly by the server. Even though the place is small, seating is comfortable. A large screen tv sits high so just about every one seated are able to view. There are 9 versions of Pho. So far I had the shrimp the chicken and beef. All very delicious. For take out, most items are separated and you have to combine all ingredients at place you will be eating it at.
