My dad ordered the roasted chicken and said it was incredibly moist and flavorful. My mom's bison burger was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. The double fried French fries absolutely stole the show though. Somehow they were extra crispy without being overdone. For dessert we shared the skillet cookie, and it was the perfect sweet, indulgent ending to the meal. After a full day of traveling, this was exactly what we needed. Good service should enhance a meal without dominating it, and unfortunately that balance was missing. Copper Table has the setting and atmosphere to be something special, but great ambiance can only carry a restaurant so far. For the prices being charged, both the food and service need to rise to the same level. Our experience simply didn't.
