CVS does not acknowledge receipt and does not call or text to tell me "my prescription of blah is ready? Instead I go into the store & ask about if they received and if ready. They tell me yes did receive but to go to the isle and pick any kind i want because "they are all the same". I advised we are wanting pharmacy grade or a "cleaner" ingredient product and specific dose. They advised me this does not exist and all are the same. This is dangerous information and not true. Shocking actually coming from a "professional pharmacist". The opposite is what is true. Many supplements are found to be contaminated. And in at least my case, the dose is a serious consideration that would cause harm to me if I listened to them. Do your own research if you are dealing with this pharmacy as the information is not accurate.

I understand that, but I didn't know what to do and had no idea it was a second degree burn. she said to put ice on it and keep it cold at all times. Turns out, you're NOT supposed to put ice on burns for it'll damage the tissue. I ended up going to the urgent care. everything she suggested was wrong and her attitude needs to change, or better yet, she needs to be fired. I should've believed the reviews before I went in, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I always come here because of how convenient it is, but unfortunately, it's almost always a bad experience when dealing with the employees. The staff are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, and they sometimes speak to customers in a condescending way, as if you're dumb. It's really upsetting and frustrating. At this point, I usually just use the self-checkout to avoid having to interact with the employees. I really wish the customer service would improve because the location and selection are great, but the attitude of the staff makes visits unpleasant.

The medicine I needed was very important since I needed it to recover from a wound. After calling around to about 10 compounding pharmacies in San Diego County, I found Good Pharma.
