Even though she was new to the system and needed a bit of assistance, her pleasant demeanor made the visit very welcoming. At the front, Allison, the cashier, was also wonderful. One of the reasons I enjoy shopping at CVS is because of the great coupons and savings, and Allison went out of her way to help me maximize them. I stayed with this pharmacy for five years due to insurance coverage and convenience, but that ends now. Today I watched an elderly man--well over 80 years old--be openly degraded and yelled at by a technician at the counter. It was absolutely disgusting. Moments later, the same technician refused to assist me and told me to "call my insurance because it's not his problem." As a healthcare provider for the past 20 years, who works with pharmacies daily, I have never been so appalled by the way a staff member treated customers. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious problem with professionalism and patient care.

Maybe its expensive at CVS but im sure it's the same everywhere else. However it is still cheaper than if i were to buy my usual make-up at estee lauder and Mac. I bought 3 brushes, concealer, eye shadow, and eye liner all for 45$. Whereas one foundation at estee lauder is already 45$. The sad thing is in this CVS, the make-up is all locked up. I had to ask someone working in the aisle to stay there for me while I look for what I need. He has the key and needs to open the glass doors for me. This CVS isn't too busy. I feel they can be a bit cleaner, but I've noticed this in the other CVS I go to in temecula. I did like this CVS though, just bc its easy, fast, and the workers are so pleasant.
