I always come here because of how convenient it is, but unfortunately, it's almost always a bad experience when dealing with the employees. The staff are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, and they sometimes speak to customers in a condescending way, as if you're dumb. It's really upsetting and frustrating. At this point, I usually just use the self-checkout to avoid having to interact with the employees. I really wish the customer service would improve because the location and selection are great, but the attitude of the staff makes visits unpleasant.

But I came over, waited behind a few people in the check-in line - and then got my vaccine super quickly. In and out in less than 15 mins. The one thing is that I wish the nurse had told me which COVID vaccines they had in - she gave me Pfizer without my realizing they also had Novavax. But I'm fine with either, and glad to be boosted up, especially after deciding at the last minute that I should try to do this today after work!

When we went inside, we saw a lot of Halloween decorations on display. I went to look for what chips and soda bottles they and here. I found it easily and got what I wanted. They did have some items behind a locked cabinet. I didn't have any issues here and found parking just fine. They also have a machine next to the entrance where you can look for coupons.

CVS does not acknowledge receipt and does not call or text to tell me "my prescription of blah is ready? Instead I go into the store & ask about if they received and if ready. They tell me yes did receive but to go to the isle and pick any kind i want because "they are all the same". I advised we are wanting pharmacy grade or a "cleaner" ingredient product and specific dose. They advised me this does not exist and all are the same. This is dangerous information and not true. Shocking actually coming from a "professional pharmacist". The opposite is what is true. Many supplements are found to be contaminated. And in at least my case, the dose is a serious consideration that would cause harm to me if I listened to them. Do your own research if you are dealing with this pharmacy as the information is not accurate.

They also have a pharmacy, and since the bankruptcy of Rite Aid, there are ten-people-deep lines to pick up medication. They do have three self-checkout lines, but the machines are really finicky and freeze up frequently. There is a large parking lot because it is located in a strip mall, but it is always busy. The best time I have found to go is around 7:00 to 8:00 AM.

Once the vet tech apparently checked us in, about 20-30 minutes later our last name was called. We asked which one of us she wanted to see first and she informed us that my husband had been checked in and insurance verified however I had been marked as not checked in, because my insurance had not been linked. She offered to let them know and then proceeded to help other patients. Not knowing how long she was going to take before letting them know, I got back in line to resolve the issue. Spoke to the head pharmacist who verified I had not been checked in, to which the previous vet tech just looked and mumbled "oh sorry" to me. At this point it was 40 minutes past my appointment. The head pharmacist then got me fully checked in and insurance verified. I waited a couple more minutes when the vaccine technician started to call another name. When I asked when I was going to be seen (because the employees messed up with the check in, not me) she proceeded to show me the queue and that I was at the bottom. My husband and I asked if there was any service recovery that can be done and she kept re-explaining where I was in the queue but would do her best to see me next. The next person she called was not making themselves known so my husband and I asked again if we could please go next as we were almost an hour past our appointment and I still needed to get my vaccine. She finally agreed and I was done in less than 5 minutes. A scheduled appointment that should have taken only about 10 minutes took an hour.

It's best to sign up for their Walgreens app! It's FREE!! The coupons can help you save money. It can also help you earn rewards. Walgreens also offers photo services. You can have your favorite photos made into a calendar or a poster!! We've done the calendar for the holidays!! I believe they still do passport photos as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Employees were cordial and friendly. The store was organized and clean. Ample shared parking. Prices are competitive. Catch the sales and save money!!!

I bought 3 brushes, concealer, eye shadow, and eye liner all for 45$. Whereas one foundation at estee lauder is already 45$. The sad thing is in this CVS, the make-up is all locked up. I had to ask someone working in the aisle to stay there for me while I look for what I need. He has the key and needs to open the glass doors for me. This CVS isn't too busy. I feel they can be a bit cleaner, but I've noticed this in the other CVS I go to in temecula. I did like this CVS though, just bc its easy, fast, and the workers are so pleasant.
