Twice this week I was in a short line and a issue with the customers phone coupon and even though three people ended up working on the issue they didn't seem to have a clue how to resolve the problem. The second time was a weather related problem with the thank you card discounts. There is a gentleman named Henry that I have watched for a couple of years and he should be the manager of this store. His energy level and his intellect make him stand out. I've seen him be thoughtful and helpful for seniors and I can't imagine him letting a checkout line being stopped dead over a coupon or 5% discount. They won't even give these employees 40 hours because they don't wanna pay for health insurance. It's really not the employees fault that Dollar General is so cheap. Let's not talk about how half the time the coupons don't even work you went through all that to click coupons then you get in there and you check out and it doesn't work. In fact it just freezes the machine and the next thing you know everybody's pissed off because the coupons won't load Dollar General is the biggest fraud corporate!
