We resurfaced, re-tiled, reset the coping, split the drains, changed out the lights in both the pool & spa, & shallowed the deep end from 9ft to 5 1/2 ft, & created a longer bench in the deeper end of the pool. For the resurfacing we used Tropics Blue Mini Pebble, recommended by Shelby, our amazing Project Coordinator, & we love it! It actually looks a little different throughout the day depending on the amount of sunlight. The entire Capstone team is impressive! They make you feel like you are their only client. Travis came out to give us our estimate & was great at suggestions to help us reach our vision & stay within budget. Aubrey & Shelby were incredible at communication regarding scheduling, responding to the many questions we had about the details, & when any issues arose, communicating to the team. Cameron always made time to stop by for finishing touches & made sure we were happy. Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone's name who worked on our pool/spa, but all were punctual, professional, friendly, respectful, & worked very hard! Created additional issues with the finish that aren't reasonably fixable. 3 - They poked fun at the existing spa control location, half under water. Said they would resolve that so it would be above water, then apparently forgot and installed it in the same spot. It shorts, blows the breaker, so is unusable. They said they would come out and fix it each time it has an issue and did so once. Now they don't respond. 4 - Spa light doesn't work, not sealed properly. About $25k for a pretty second rate job. I guess it was during Covid and these pool companies were swamped, but they don't even bother responding to requests to fix the spa controls and have nothing to say about the finish issues. It's bad enough work that whenever we sell the house, it will certainly count against the value of the home.

Joe tested our water with the strips and told us our levels were unsafe and not to swim in it. He sold my mom some powders and told us to come back the next day to test our water again. We came back the next day and it was a different gentleman. He tested our water in a machine, took a picture of it with my phone so we would have record of the numbers and gave us more advice and told us to bring another sample tomorrow. Once again we came back with a water sample and he tested it in the machine again. He told us that the water needed liquid chlorine, but since we had been such troopers, he gave us a gallon of chlorine for free. We asked when it would be safe to go swimming again and he told us within two hours of pouring the chlorine but we could go now "If we wanted the carpet to match the drapes". I was appalled and had to explain to my mom what that meant when we got in the car. I told her we would NOT be going back. We took our water sample the next day to a different pool supply place which tested our water and we showed them the pictures of the machine at Sun Pool and Spa and he noticed that their machine wasn't working correctly because it had a orange triangle at the top in the picture. We had to drain the pool and we are starting over fresh. Women, beware....

Demo was done in one day followed by coping and tilling shortly after that. The mini pebble plaster looks amazing and was done in a day. We paid $3328.88 to Swim on Pool Service and Repair for pool repair and to put in a new liner…read more After the liner was removed, Elijah sent Matt pics of the pool. We were told that some things needed to be fixed, and the cost would be $1080.00 which we paid. The pool is not fixed and the liner was installed incorrectly and the liner ripped. Swim on will not refund our money. Matt, the owner, was never here, but several times he sent a couple of guys to adjust the pool liner. Each time the pool liner was adjusted, and we started filling the pool with water, the liner would pull away from the pool wall. When we notified Matt, we were told to stop filling the pool and someone would be there to adjust the liner. This happened several times. The last time someone came to adjust the liner, we started filling the pool and the liner ripped. There is another hole in the liner on the opposite side. The seam of the liner is incorrectly placed to the side instead of centered like. We paid Swim on $688.88 for the liner alone which is ripped and cannot be used! Matt ultimately offered us $1388.88 which we refused.
