Nice PGA store. Though not huge, it does carry a little of everything especially new gear. Limited used clubs but perhaps one doesnt come here for used goods. There are 3 practice bays with Trackman simulation for $30/hr (or free with the membership), 2 bays for testing out said new clubs, and 2 bays for fitting with a professional (for a fee of course). Lots of parking for our big rig in the back as we're on our way to Star Valley Wyoming and are just passing through Utah. We would be back to this store for sure next time we're in our RV. read more

I got fitted for irons by Skylar and it was absolutely fantastic! I'm a high school golfer and was looking for clubs that fit me, and he made sure to go through every stat and every club to find me the perfect fit. I even went back for a driver fitting, and he was honest and told me I didn't need to buy a new driver, and that the one I had fit me best. I felt comfortable and confident while I was being fit and Skylar was great! It took a while to get my clubs but overall a good experience. :) read more

Shout out to Skyler Kauffmann of the Sandy Superstore. I bought a set of irons. I got them in, and after hitting them knew the lie angle or loft angles were off. Skyler took my old 7 iron and my new one, came back a few mins later, and said hit each one. I did, and they were as close to exact as could be expected. He said give me 20 min and took the rest of my clubs. After coming back, I compared again to another club, and they were exact. Skyler is not just a great PGA store associate; he is even a better person. Thanks to Skyler and to the Managers who helped me get new clubs, fitted, and exactly what I wanted. As a side not I drove 3 hours just to be able to have an appointment with Skyler, and I am so glad I did. Thanks again Skyler, you are the best! read more

I went to the store a few days ago trying to figure out my driver. I walked up to one of the bays and worked with Maddie. We tried a few different heads and shafts- she helped me figure out that I needed a different shaft and could just order that and keep my current head. She wasn't pushing the latest/most expensive. Super friendly, very knowledgeable. No pressure- Great experience from start to finish. Ended up ordering a new shaft. Thanks! read more

I came here to get my ancient Warbird driver and 3+ regrouped for the first time since 1991. Yeah I can't let them go. My 30th birthday gift. Anyway that universal goodness transitions from the course to the retail center at this location. I'm a fan of Peter and Mark, the great teammate the gentleman working on my grips as I got here 25 minutes before they were due to close. The selection of clubs and items was miraculous! But I feel that not all of them know what they're doing. I was doing a fitting for a driver and the shaft didn't seem stiff enough I asked if we could go up in stiffness and he said he gave me an xtra stiff but it felt like maybe a senior flex or regular. Other than that the service and experience was better than expected and wasn't the worst I've had. read more

The PGA Superstore is a must-go for anyone who's a golfer. My favorite place is the putting green. I've always had challenges getting a putter that works well for me, and it's great to go to a place where you can try 'em all out. The staff is there to help, but they're not on top of you ... even if you spend 20 minutes there. They also have a Performance Practice Facility that I'll definitely have to use when I'm looking for some new sticks. The PGA Superstore should be your first stop for putters, clubs, golf shoes, bags, gloves, training aids, and all the other accoutrements that you need to improve your game. Unfortunately, there's that "fashion" element of golf ... and you'll definitely see some people in there just to find fly gear to look marvelous in the clubhouse. Clothes prices are a bit of a jaw-dropper. I'm sorry, I don't care if they give me the stink-eye at the course for not being all gussied up, but I'm not paying $90 for a Nike polo shirt. Or $49 for a "clearance" polo shirt. The one thing that does come with a reasonable price is the one-hour lessons with one of their Certified Instructors ... $60 for swing analysis (data and video) and other good tips. There are a lot of other services, lesson packages, events, etc., that I hope to take advantage of in the future. read more

Horrible customer service with club fitting. I came in waited for 45 minutes and the guy that is supposed to be helping me had no suggestions knew nothing golfing and was extremely not interested in helping me in anyway. Every question I asked him he gave a one-word smirky response. read more

Picture this: It's Easter Sunday and your dad's birthday. You don't have a present for him and his birthday party is in one hour. Every store in the strip mall is closed except PetSmart (he isn't an animal lover) and the PGA Tour Superstore (he IS a golfer!). This was the situation I found myself in recently and was so grateful to have stumbled across this little gem. I called my mom and told her what I was surrounded by (apparel of all sorts, golf clubs and other golf-y accessories.) She quickly put my brother on the line who gave me specific instructions on what type of balls to get. I was able to get my dad a winning birthday present and now know a cool place to go in the future-even on Easter Sunday. The guy at the register was very pleasant and didn't make me feel out of place-even though we both knew that I was. If I ever feel like starting to golf, I'll return to deck myself out with all sorts of stuff! read more

PGA Tour Superstore in Sandy, UT is an excellent place to shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff . I can't say the same thing for online ordering from PGA Superstore. Two weeks ago I ordered a 3 wood for my wife. I still don't have it and repeated inquiries to PGA Superstore have not been answered. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM PGA SUPERSTORE AGAIN. Don is the man here. I was wandering around the hitting bays to get fit for clubs and try a few irons out. I've never been here before so I asked one employee who was working with another guy in a bay who I needed to talk to to get fit, he replied you just need to find an open bay. The next bay was open. So hmm, I guess I'll wait for this guy to finish. Meanwhile other guys are asking to try stuff and my man Don is putting them into empty bays getting them setup and going back and forth. Don is running three bays and this one clown was doing one. Finally Don sets me up and I got to try different irons, shafts, and drivers. He's a great employee and this store is lucky to have him. He was very knowledgeable didn't pressure me to buy stuff and gave me all the information I needed. I would definitely go back to see him. The other clown... Not so much. read more

I spend a bunch of money at this store as I'm an avid golfer. Recently, I decided to by a new set of irons. They didn't work out for me and I took them back. The guys were very understanding and it was within the return period on the receipt. I made sure they were cleaned up properly before taking them back. I want to start by saying I know I'm not good at golf. I have played on a beginner set I purchased about 5 years ago. i have been taking golf a lot more seriously recently so I thought it is time to upgrade some clubs and take some lessons. With Father's Day coming up along with my 40th bday my wife gave me the green light to buy a brand new driver!! I heard good things about the pga store when it came to options and fittings. When I went there no one asked if I needed help. there were a couple employees just standing around one of the simulators, and I had to approach amother gentlemen standing in another one of the simulators who was also not helping anyone. I told him I am still new to the sport and wanted to start by upgrading my driver. I told him which one i was interested in and he asked If I wanted a flex shaft or stiff. I told him I wasn't sure and he set me up with a flex shaft. After he set me up on the simulator he just walked away. I hit a few times but they were not good shots. When he came back I asked if I could try a stiff shaft and he informed me I would need to drive 300 yds or more for that shaft (which I was nowhere near that). He than went to look at the data and once he saw what I was hitting he informed me he couldn't fit me to any clubs and suggested i take lessons. I stood there in shock because I was ready to drop some money on a new CALLAWAY rogue d. This experience really took away my excitement for purchasing a new driver. I understand I am not good and my data was poor but i would assume he would want to help. I didn't want to try any other clubs because of this employee. he Made me feel really dumb and made me feel like I should get lessons before buying anything. Also i was buying a new driver because I was starting to take lessons and wanted to have a good Driver to learn on and not the crap I had. Bad bad customer service and really dissatisfied, and disappointed with this experience. read more

Don is the GOAT. While helping multiple other guests, he helped me get fitted for a new driver. He was patient, honest, recommended multiple different options, and went above and beyond by swapping out multiple shafts for multiple different drivers, all while helping others find what they needed and get fittings themselves (in total 6 different shafts, 4 different club heads.) Buying a new driver can be intimidating, Don spent the time to walk me through multiple flex options till the obvious choice for me genuinely leapt off the simulator screen, a few small adjustments and tips on my swing too had me hitting some nasty, HELLACIOUS, BOMBS. Zero customer service. Salesman who ran the simulator on July 3rd was very rude and had zero interest in helping.

Very poor service. Was told to try out used clubs and see if there was something I liked. The employee wasn't interested in helping whatsoever until I told him I was wanting to buy a new driver and not a used one. Once he found out I wanted to buy new he was more than happy to help and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him about the clubs he was handing me. In short he was an a**hole. I took my business to Scheels and they were very helpful and I spent my $800 there. If I could give them no stars I would. read more

Asked an associate who immediately replied with "have you done your research?". Super condescending and judge mental. Came in today to take a look at possible fathers day deals. I wanted to buy some Callaway MD3 Wedges and a new Fairway Wood. Walked around the store for about an hour. On the way out I asked the lady if I could get some help. She replied "we are short staffed." Then I said I've been in here for about an hour to which she replied "you're at the entrance you must've just walked in." Horrible store that blames the customer for poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. They will treat you like dirt as a customer. read more

Very seldom does anyone actually know anything about fitting or equipment at this store. I've also been in on multiple occasions and never once felt comfortable at all. I needed a driver checked and was met with nothing but rudeness and cynicism. If you know what you need, I'm sure it's fine, but don't go in expecting to be welcomed warmly and fit properly. read more

First I had a younger man, probably early 20s who helped me with my fitting. He had to suddenly leave during my fitting which I didn't appreciate. He also didn't record my shots and so then the older gentlemen who took over had to redo everything. Gee, I dropped in to have a look around, specifically to ask a couple of questions regarding re-gripping my clubs. I've never been in the PGA Superstore before but I was in the area so I thought I'd check it out. Upon entering I wasn't acknowledged, I spent a considerable time wandering through the store. They have a huge inventory. I finally made my way to the club repair area and poked around the grip section. DON'T SHOP HERE..STICK TO UINTA GOLF UTAH. PGA Tour Superstore does not honor their advertised Performance Guarantee. Unprofessional, Rude, Dishonest...is the best way to describe Wade, one of their stores managers. I have been doing business with the PGA Tour Superstore since it opened in early 2016. I have spent thousands of dollars on golf equipment, accessories and shoes etc. I have taken some items back under their 90 Day Performance Guarantee exchange program that did not work for me, and usually ended spending even more on other item(s). While I was exchanging some equipment, several months ago, Wade made a comment that I was on the PGA Tour Superstore's "Watch List" like I was some sort of thief for taking advantage of the "advertised" 90 Day Performance Guarantee. I didn't pay much attention to him since I have never had an issue like this before. I have also done a lot of business, if not more, with their competitor Uinta Golf down the street and have never been harassed and always treated with respect. Again, a month or so later, when I was checking out with a purchase, this time not exchanging anything, Wade made the comment "you're not going to bring this back like the others are you." I sad "well hopefully not, that is not my intentions." He warned me again that I was on the "Corporate Watch List." Does the PGA Tour Superstore actually "target" customers for exchanging? Finally, I had purchased a 3 metal at the first of April and yesterday I went to exchange it under the PGA Tour Superstore's "Performance Guarantee" only to be greeted by and angry and extremely rude Wade the manager. At this point he tells me that I have "exceeded all my exchanges for the year" under this program, and again, that "corporate" had targeted me. What does that even mean I asked. "Yeah," Wade said, "I'll go back and pull up your file." I said, "never mind, I won't be doing business here ever again and then left. The next day I spoke with the store's General Manager Dustin and explained what happened and what had been happening. Although Dustin was extremely polite and willing to make things right, he made the excuse that Wade did not know or understand the new store policy for 90 exchanges. Wait what? For one, I found that hard to believe since Wade is one of the managers and has been there since opening day. And two, Wade had specifically referred to me personally as being on the "Corporate Watch List" and "Targeted." Needless to say, I was not willing to accept any concessions from Dustin. I won't be shopping at the PGA Tour Superstore anymore period. And, warn everyone else to stay away and take their golf business elsewhere! read more

I went to this store looking to buy a new wedge. I had to ask 3 different sales reps to help me and wait 30 minutes between each one. In the end the club that I liked and wanted to buy (the first one I was shown) wasn't even in stock. Overall I spent an hour and a half for what could have take 15 minutes and walked away empty handed. Why have such a big store if you're not going to have it staffed and stocked? read more

These guys and gals are the BEST. I bought some new irons and while I was in the demo mode I brought one of my old Titelist irons for trade in value. They quoted me a price "contingent on the condition of the others. Fair. I show up a week later clubs in hand and they not only remembered me without me saying a word, they had the quote pulled up on the computer and found an online order that I had put in.
