Fun, challenging course. One of the more mature ones in Utah with lots of trees and punishing out-of-bounds. They keep the river weeds high so out of bounds is usually bogey or worse. But if you stay in the fairway, relatively short holes leads to lots of birdie opportunities. Some holes test your ability to manage distance and the course, can't just whack away. Some of the better sand in Utah, stuff you can hit out of. I've played this course several times and never had an issue with staff. Sorry for those that did--I'm a minority and didn't feel out of place.

Course is decent but the young chap that works here is a total douche. Zero courtesy or respect shown. Hire better or fire better

Really good course, tight fairways and sloped greens. If you're looking to challenge your game. I would highly recommend River Oaks!

We found Mulligans on Yelp and all agreed this place looked like our best option. After paying $8/ea, the employees working indoors directed us to the ball bag and putters and then we were off. There's two courses, a lighthouse and a haunted house course. They didn't look much different but we chose the haunted house. The scariest part of the haunted house course was trying to retrieve my wife's golf ball when it didn't come out of the pipe...who knows what critters were in there. The course was in good shape...smooth turf, no obvious damage to the unique features, etc. The plants, trees, flowers and other ambiance surrounding the course was also well manicured. The holes were interesting enough with a good mix of skill and luck. Mulligans also offers two short golf courses on the property (both 9 holes), a driving range and batting cages. The driving range looked like it had a lot of spaces and even a double-decker section to shade you from the sun (couldn't tell if it was open or not). My review is simply for the mini golf experience as we didn't try anything else, but it's always nice to see golf places for all levels of players...my kids would have loved to play a 9-hole course if we brought our clubs.

What a fun spot to try something a little different with your friends other than go out to eat or…read moredrink. I don't think it was a Monday night special, we were able to play both mini golf courses for $8/person. Some of the holes were super challenging and I could see myself coming back again to try it. It seemed like they were actively working on some of the obstacles so, it will probably change and improve over time. This is a great low stakes outdoor activity for people that want to get a little sunshine with little effort. I only have 2 very minor complains. The first is that the food stand wasn't open when we went there around 2pm on a Monday, but no worries, there was lots of food in the area. We ended up getting food nearby and coming back to finish our game. There's tons of picnic tables around, so they're probably cool with people packing a picnic. We will probably just plan on doing that in the future. Also, when we first showed up, there were TONS of kids, which was a little annoying. They were climbing all over the features and they were impatient with the groups ahead of them on the course. When we came back from grabbing food, around 5, it was way quieter. So my advice if you want to avoid the kids is to come around dinner time or maybe first thing in the morning. We think we accidentally showed up when kids had just gotten let out of school. I could see this place being super busy on the weekends. We will totally come back when we're looking for a cheap activity with friends. They have lights all around, I could see this being a super cute little date night activity too!

He got hired again here for Summer '23, and was really excited b/c he loved it.... I'm in HR for a major corporation, and the way they fired him is one of the most appaling I've ever heard of. Last week he showed up at 6 AM for his shift, and they asked what he was doing there. "I think you were let go a few days ago". He went back in later that day to speak with Andrew the "manager" - who told him that he was fired for some BS. They didnt tell him days before - when aparently it took place, NEVER gave him ANY coaching, or feedback, for any kind of performance improvement. They said his uniform wasn' right (They didn't provide him with the proper uniform to begin with! They're supposed to supply all the pieces - but didn't provide to my son - said they "didn't have his size" and then used it as the reason to let him go). IT SHOULD NEVER BE A SURPRISE TO A PERSON WHEN THEY GET FIRED, ITS A FAILURE OF LEADERSHIP IF THEY DO NOT! Its unfortunate that they're treating 17 year old kids this way - what a horrible introduction to the work world! I will NEVER give my money to an institution that treats people this way, and I hope you consider this when selecting where to golf!

Like many mountain courses, I was afraid it was going to be a bit gimmicky but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't at all. There were several elevated tees, rolling (even slanted) fairways, it never felt like it was too much at any time. The course was in great shape, especially considering it's been 100 degrees and more throughout my Salt Lake City visit. Outside of a few holes, the course is pretty narrow and will require some straight shooting. The greens were a trip because at times they were quick and then they would slow down considerably. Many of them had several tiers which proved to be tough at times. Overall, I had a great experience and had it with a great rate for some good golf. No cart girl but I'm guessing the 104 temp caused that. On an amazing customer service note, when I finished the drink area was closed and when I asked one of the instructors if there was somewhere else I could buy something, he gave me one of his own Gatorades. Super nice! Hydrate and have a blast.
