The course is nothing spectacular -- a lot of holes are straight, and there aren't a lot of hazards. Especially for beginning and intermediate golfers, Murray Parkway is great because there is a "bail out" area on nearly every hole, where you can hit a bad shot and still end up in the rough (or maybe even the neighboring fairway). The groundskeepers do a pretty good job too, the course is in solid shape. Because of its central location in the valley, and because it's a pretty beginner-friendly course, you'll definitely want to get a tee time here (rather than trying to walk on). I grew up playing this course and played in many high school tournaments at Murray Parkway-it's a classic!

The sand traps hadn't been raked or repaired in months. Dirt from the edges were falling into the traps. The fairways were loaded with bare spots, and the rough was not cut in months. I thought Rose Park was bad, but in comparison, it looks like a country club.

I love this course!…read more When I move to Utah from Vegas I looked up courses on Golf Now app and there were none. I thought Utah did t have courses... but then I came here to hit balls in March 2022 and they weren't open yet but getting close. The clubhouse staff were very nice and easy going. I've played 4 rounds of 18 and 2 rounds of 9 since July and I love this course. 1 is an easy par 4. Heading next into a dog left 4, the par 3. The greens are in good condition with challenging undulations the altitude changes. The back nine is a passage descending into the belly of the beast. Just maintain tempo, deep breath and swing easy. It will get there. If you try too hard you will lose sleeves to the JRT or the deep poo that borders all the fairways... Rates are good... cart is $18 per rider Clubhouse staff is good and super helpful whether in person or on the phone. The food at the clubhouse is exceptional. They take pride In their menu down the the bread used on the Philly. If you go, look up every now and again to admire the beauty.

We found Mulligans on Yelp and all agreed this place looked like our best option. After paying $8/ea, the employees working indoors directed us to the ball bag and putters and then we were off. There's two courses, a lighthouse and a haunted house course. They didn't look much different but we chose the haunted house. The scariest part of the haunted house course was trying to retrieve my wife's golf ball when it didn't come out of the pipe...who knows what critters were in there. The course was in good shape...smooth turf, no obvious damage to the unique features, etc. The plants, trees, flowers and other ambiance surrounding the course was also well manicured. The holes were interesting enough with a good mix of skill and luck. Mulligans also offers two short golf courses on the property (both 9 holes), a driving range and batting cages. The driving range looked like it had a lot of spaces and even a double-decker section to shade you from the sun (couldn't tell if it was open or not). My review is simply for the mini golf experience as we didn't try anything else, but it's always nice to see golf places for all levels of players...my kids would have loved to play a 9-hole course if we brought our clubs.

The first is that the food stand wasn't open when we went there around 2pm on a Monday, but no worries, there was lots of food in the area. We ended up getting food nearby and coming back to finish our game. There's tons of picnic tables around, so they're probably cool with people packing a picnic. We will probably just plan on doing that in the future. Also, when we first showed up, there were TONS of kids, which was a little annoying. They were climbing all over the features and they were impatient with the groups ahead of them on the course. When we came back from grabbing food, around 5, it was way quieter. So my advice if you want to avoid the kids is to come around dinner time or maybe first thing in the morning. We think we accidentally showed up when kids had just gotten let out of school. I could see this place being super busy on the weekends. We will totally come back when we're looking for a cheap activity with friends. They have lights all around, I could see this being a super cute little date night activity too!
