on march 17th I'm not the kind to complain but when I go out somewhere I like to think I'm in a safe place. most of the people here were friendly and welcoming however I was told by one person that I was in danger being there and then proceeded to pull a knife on me and warned me to leave. when the bartender saw the knife all he did is tell the guy to put it away. are you kidding me I do t care if the guy was drunk or sober that should not be acceptable behavior anywhere and should have been an immediate expulsion. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and was even told he was gonna follow me out. needless to say I shant be returning to this place any time soon. read more

Good drink prices overall and the staff have always been very friendly. I had a lot of fun one Monday night playing their free poker tournament and have been trying to get back to play again. The slot games are fun and the screens, mouse, and surfaces around them have always been clean enough for me. I am a smoker and it seems that is a major issue among other reviewers, but places that allow smoking are few and far between these days so it's a plus for me. read more

This is a good local bar with a primarily friendly blue collar crowd. The owners have upgraded the ventilation system to clean out smoke and it is very efficient. Several large screens for sports, gaming and a good variety of beverages, including craft beers and good quality liquor. The staff are friendly as are the patrons. They have live music as well as a small patio area. You can have food delivered there as well, I think, so it's a well rounded place to enjoy the game, or play games and hang out. I've been going occasionally since they opened and it has improved every time I have gone. Give it a try and see what you think! read more

This review is for other bands that might be thinking about playing at this venue. Directions: Finding the place is simple. Directions on the web appear to be accurate. Load-In: Pflutto's is in a small strip center, so there is no tandem parking at this location. Thus, if you use a trailer to haul your gear, you will have to park it on the shoulder of the side street that's outside the strip center's parking lot. Fortunately, there is room to park temporarily just outside the club, but don't block any parked cars because some parking spots are used by delivery vehicles for the pizza place next door and you will have to move while loading/unloading so they can get in and out. Once you're temporarily parked, it's just a short carry to get your gear into the club. Stage: This is a small club with a very small stage. Even for a trio, we couldn't fit the monitors and mic stands on the stage. There are two doors to the venue, one on each side of the stage. For this reason, you can't just put your PA columns on the floor on either side of the stage because you will block the doors. We ended up putting a column on the far side of each door, which meant running the cables from the power amps (located on the stage) across the doorway. On one side, we used a floor cable bridge to protect the cables from foot traffic. On the other, we strung the cables above the door. Be sure you plan for this before you come. As at many other clubs, this stage has recessed power outlets around the edge of the stage. I'm sure this seems like a great idea when they're building the stage but, in practice, it's a problem. The well in which each outlet is located will not fit oddly shaped plugs, triple taps or over-sized plugs. If you have right-angle plugs or any other shape where the cord does not come straight out the back of the plug, you will need some sort of adapter to be able to plug it in. Also, for some strange reason, there is a steel structural beam that comes out of the ceiling at an angle and attaches to the stage floor on one side. This is guaranteed to be an inconvenience for you if have a drum kit or any sizable equipment. On the plus side, although the stage is surrounded by windows on two sides, the venue has wisely covered them with curtains, so we didn't have to deal with excessive feedback. The stage is also solid underfoot and carpeted. Lighting: The venue does have not have stage lighting so you'll need to bring your own. Sound System: The venue has no sound system so you will need to provide your own. Layout: Some of your audience will be directly in front of you but most will be to your far left, so you will want to allow for this as you set up your FOH system. Also, the bar is in front and to your left, so if you don't want to be told to turn down all night you may want to also take this into account when placing your FOH system. Volume: We were able to bring our volume up to what we considered a comfortable level for a classic rock band with no complaints from management. Comfort: The venue is entirely indoors with central heat and air conditioning, so temperatures were quite comfortable. Venue Management: Pleasant and easy to work with. read more

I was happy to see a bar opening up so close to my house. When it opened, I went to check it out but they allow SMOKING. Even though it had only been open a few days at that point it, the smell was horrible. I hope they change this, even then, to get cigarette smoke out of a place is very hard. Okay so my husband and I almost didn't come here due to the reviews. Then we decided to read the reviews. 99% was complaining about the smoking and gaming being around 3-4K homes. Well, we live in this neighborhood, in a 3k home, and we happen to be smokers and love the games. This is absolutely an amazing place, clean, relaxing environment. Staff is super friendly. We will make this our regular place verses driving across town to relax. Great live band tonight, stopped games to sit and listen. Great place to kick your shoes off and stay awhile.. the staff is never nothing less then amazing. The owners wonder in and out from time to time and treat everyone so wonderful.. the bar seems to always being doing something fun. Poker. Bands. Karaoke. drawings.. great selection of beer and liquor, not so much on wine but it works.. pool tables, top golf, and donation slots. Husband and I walked in, stood at the bar for about 15 seconds, then walked out. We could not get past the smoke smell, and it ruined it for us. Pros: Bar staff are really friendly, lots of TVs etc and Pool Tables etc.. Big Con: Smoking and Smoking and more smoking. Heard a rumor that they will be going smoke free when they get their patio setup. I just don't see that happening. They already have their smoking regulars firmly planted. It is hard to enjoy a place where you can barely breathe. Replies to Facebook reviews said once they opened the patio there would be no more smoking inside. Unfortunately that is not the case as the replies to reviews on here have shown. They also replied stating they would add smoke eaters. That does not appear to be true either. They'd rather cater to a few regulars dropping money in the slot machines and smoking than try and attract a new crowd. That is their right as a business. But it is hardly enjoyable to be in a closed in room with thick cigarette smoke and then to go home smelling like it. They had a decent artist come play one time which was my second and probably last time there. Sad since it is a nice sized neighborhood bar with a friendly staff. read more

Great set up, but not prepared to open. First visit they didn't have all of the mixers in. Second visit, mixers are in, but bottle beer is from cooler. Only one bartender for entire place caused long delays. Owner was there and watched as employees drowned. Took money out of tip jar in middle of bar and started counting. Owner seemed more worried about drinking than pitching in to help customers. Hopefully they can work out bugs and get real cooker and second bartender and serving station. read more
