Maximum Security continues to provide superior security services…read more Eduardo carried out our annual maintenance check today. Eduardo, personable and thoroughly professional, ran a comprehensive diagnostic test of every aspect of our security system. From door and window sensors, to the keypad and communications equipment, Eduardo attended to every aspect. Eduardo made timely suggestions regarding ways in which to maintain our equipment, recommended a schedule for individual battery replacements, and, at no time, attempted to sell upgrades or additional ancillary features. We certainly appreciate Maximum Security's staff, their willingness to assist homeowners, and clearly understand why neighbors value their service so highly. A special shout-out to Brenda in the office who is always cheerful, helpful, and skillful. Best regards, Andrew & Donna Gregg, Palm Springs.

I just called him for a party i had at Christmas out of the blue asking him a lame question (I'm not that good at technology) after not speaking to him for quite a while and he walked me right through the problem just in time for my party! That is what I call service. The guys who work there are friendly, efficient and always get the job done. I called Jillian to schedule an appointment for some minor work on my remote but I was really thinking of replacing my music system and I was planning on just talking to them about it. I needed someone to go out to a rental property to change a system battery. We no longer live in the desert and our tenant does not have a contract with any company for monitoring. I contacted Comtron to get a quote. I clearly explained the situation to the girl who answered the phone. She asked for the property address to look it up in their system. I told her we do not have service with them. She gave me the quote of $55 for the service call and $50 for the battery. I told her I would call her back after I spoke with my husband. I called back less than an hour later. The girl I spoke to (not the same as the first call) said she would set up a walk through to get a quote. Huh? I explained that I already got a quote and was just calling back to schedule the service. She said I was misquoted and they do not do service calls for non customers. I asked to speak with the manager....Jenny got on the phone, I explained the problem to her. She agreed that I was misquoted. She also stated she has a "couple of new girls in the office". She apologised for the mix up. When I told her I was going to give them a poor review she asked me not to and if I could get her the name of the system she would see what she could do. I phoned her back about 30 minutes later (just about 5:00pm). The girl who answered the phone just answered by saying "hello"...I asked if this was Comtron and she said it was. (odd!) When I asked for Jenny she said she had already left for the day. No problem. I left my contact information and explained that Jenny was expecting my call and ask that she call me when she got in the following day. That was two days ago. I just now received a call for Jenny. She didn't quite remember me and asked when I wanted them to come out to set up service. Nope. I reminded her of who I was and why I had called and left my information. Her response: "oh! you're THAT Lisa, I don't know why they put you on my calendar to call you". Really? I told her I had called her back just like she asked me to. I explained that when I hadn't heard back from her yesterday I just contacted a different company. She seemed very confused. My impression is they totally lack any sort of customer service and are completely disorganized. Good luck if you choose Comtron.
