So it was different for him, not being with us. Needless to say, I was concerned! However, when I picked Diesel up, he was happy and joyful, to see me. But he didn't wanna leave!!! If you have a puppy under 6 months old, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Signed my dog up for puppy preschool. Despite it being part of the dog daycare program, the daycare membership prices suddenly didn't apply when I went to sign up for a membership. Rather than paying $440/month for unlimited daycare (which is already expensive), PetSuites decided that Puppy Preschool (where the dogs stay in a kennel for MOST of the day besides two thirty minute play session) was NEARLY DOUBLE THE COST OF TRADITIONAL DAYCARE. The website is deliberately misleading about the monthly daycare membership and falsely advertises the services they offer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. We will gladly take our puppy to another daycare that doesn't mislead clients and takes significantly better care of the animals in their care. read more

Terrible. We booked this place a few months in advance and when we got there they wouldn't take our pups for boarding because they said they don't have their second flu vaccine. I would understand if they would let me know in advance but I was literally at the vet and called them and asked them if I needed to get the second shot to board her and they said no. I didn't get her that second shot because of that. If they would have been upfront I would have. The girl at the front Jess then said the number that I called them on wasn't their number even though it says so on google and their WEBSITE! We are now scrambling to figure something out for our pups before we fly tomorrow. Terrible experience. They will not own up to their mistakes. Don't take your dogs here. I would give 0 stars if possible. I was very excited to sign my dogs up for Day Play at PetSuites and it was a huge disappointment. We recently moved to the area from Pearland TX where my two Springer Spaniels attended daycare 5 days per week for the past two years. They were loved at Camp Bow Wow. Both were used on a regular basis as "interview" dogs for new campers. To say I was disappointed by PetSuites is an understatement. I made their first appointment through the website where I submitted all of the required vaccination records and answered all questions. I took them in the next day and dropped them off. My first clue should have been how disorganized the front staff seemed to be, but I went ahead let them stay thinking they were probably just very busy that morning. When I picked them up I was informed that they had not been evaluated for Day Play as I had requested and had instead spent the day in Day Boarding. Ok - the girl working the front desk apologized and spoke with the manager who agreed to let them come back the following Saturday for evaluation and did not charge me for the day of boarding on Tuesday. So I decided to give them one more chance. I took them back on Saturday. Again, extremely unorganized and could not find our reservation for evaluation. After about 30 minutes of waiting I got extremely aggravated and decided to say something. The girls working the front desk kept going to the "office", but the manager never came out to help. They finally got everything straight and took my girls to the back. I received a phone call approximately 5 hours later informing me that my dogs did not pass their evaluation. That they were "anti-social" and "too timid" for Day Play. I was advised that they probably weren't cut out for Day Play. WHAT??!!! Impossible. 1.) Springer Spaniels are very social. My dogs love humans and other dogs equally. 2.) They have been attending day care for over 2 years at another location and loved it. 3.) They have also attended Barking Mad in Burleson and Texas Tails Pet Ranch & Spaw in Cleburne several times and also loved it there. When I went to pick them up about 30 minutes after I received this call it took over 30 minutes to get them. When I asked the staff about the evaluation they were rude and un-cooperative in explaining exactly what the problem was. They went to get them from the back and were gone 15 minutes - no one came back to give any update on why it was taking so long. I walked through the glass doors only find that they had lost my collars. I was told I couldn't be back there and escorted back to the front of the store. I did speak to a manager this time and she was very rude and unapologetic or helpful in explaining what the exact issues with their behavior were or how my collars and leashes had been misplaced. To sum it up - the staff is unorganized, the management is rude, and I'm fairly certain that they failed my dogs evaluation because they did not like me for calling them out on the issues, not once, but 3 times. Needless to say, we will not be returning to PetSuites Chisolm Trails. **NOTE** I have several friends who use other Petsuites locations and love it. This review is a specific reflection on this location, not the entire chain. **NOTE** I was offered to come back a third time at no charge for another evaluation, but why would I sign up for another day of rude service, limited feedback and general misery? read more

Love this place! Our dogs both love it here. They primarily go for day play and our older pup gets to nap on raised beds and walk around and be nosy all day, while the younger one runs and romps and wrestles to his heart's content! They also have fun themed days which we LOVE! The boarding prices are a bit up there but we do love being able to trust who's caring for our dogs. All the staff love our dogs and they also text us to let us know if anything happens from a scratch to our Frenchie who occasionally gets winded. Best place ever!!! read more

horrible communication. they never called to tell me my pet was missing a vaccination (that none of her other boarding or day care providers required) so when I came to drop off -on my way out of town -we were told she couldn't stay. Who does that? I was told to take her to a vet we don't know to get an injection and then leave an already anxious dog in a strange place- NO WAY. If they had called I could have taken her to our vet days before. Of course they had no problem taking my deposit $$$. Never Again. No way would I leave my girl with this company. They told me to come in between 11-3pm Monday-Sunday if I wanted a tour. I came in on Sunday between 11-3 and asked for a quick tour. Got turned down by the girl with large glasses, and she wasn't friendly at all and actually short with me and rolled her eyes at me. I was in there a total of maybe 30 seconds so I'm surprised I was able to have such a bad experience in such a short time. I was excited to bring my dog here for doggy daycare a few times a week but now I'm not so sure. I wanted to give them a chance despite all the bad reviews on here, but that first impression confirmed the reviews. read more

I love this location!!! It's very convenient and isn't far off the Main Street. The staff here are very helpful and are always friendly not only to me but also the dogs. I got a tour of the facilities and I gotta say it's pretty nice, especially the suites! My two pups go to dayplay for about 7-8 hrs about twice a week. They always have fun and are tired coming back home. There is an small and big outdoor covered play area with a shallow pool and an indoor area to play. I definitely recommend this place. It is on the pricey side and sometimes they have specials on packages. Hopefully they do a flash sale each month. read more

Caitlin at the front desk really took care of me and my pup Stella the second morning of the dreaded snow storm in TX. I ubered there with Stell and there was a mix up on my vet's paperwork for her shots. Caitlin made the calls to the vet and took care of business for us so that we were all straightened out and I could get to the airport on time. Made me feel like I was leaving her in great hands for a week of boarding. Her Pawgress report came in the day before pick up and as always, she had a great time. She came back home missing one of her little toys, but it was replaced with another that she's pretty in love with. Happy to say her tail always wags when we pull up to PetSuites. read more

I'm extremely disappointed. I looked forward to routinely and consistently dropping off my dog here. The flexible hours and pristine location impressed me with each visit. Unfortunately, on 3/19/22, my pup was dropped off for a half day play. I returned to town on 3/20/22 and noticed a scratch that was bleeding and healing under her eye. I wasn't upset about the scratch, but the lack of transparency was a upsetting; I simply wish I had been told Luna got a scratch on her while playing - it wouldn't have been a big deal. I went to their Facebook and Instagram, and asked why I wasn't informed of the injury while expressing my disappointment- especially because I recommend the company and location to friends, coworkers, and people I meet at pet stores and dog parks. My disappointment turned into irritation when I realized my comment had been deleted on both social media platforms. This lack of transparency and dishonesty is unacceptable by a company towards a returning customer. I'm disappointed - I enjoyed this company and service while it lasted. I am totally disappointed in this place. Do not take your dog to this facility. My dog had been in another daycare facility for 2 years, so he is acclimated. They said keep bringing back so he can get used to the other dogs. He plays a little differently but he will back down if confronted. No, he is not vicious at all. He runs if the cat comes after him So a manager calls me and asks me they want me to bring him back in at 35.00 a day until he can be approved. It takes so long to drop off and pick up my dog. They ran a special on dog baths. Even used my dog in the advertising photo for the bath special without my permission. I'm really disappointed that I've referred so many neighbors and friends to this place. My dog loved it and we had a great experience up until this past week. We started going there about a month ago and I use boarding several times a month and grooming at least once a month. We were told that they had everything that they needed the first time we were boarding and then the night before I was notified that she had one of her vaccines out of date by 30 days. So I spent $250 running around to get her the needed shot so we could leave town. I was scheduled to put her in boarding again this week and was notified that she was going to need a canine flu vaccine. Initially they had told me that that was not required and that I signed a form since her vet does not carry the vaccine. There has been Zero mention since of the fact that she would need to get the vaccine within 30 days. It left us in a major bind and luckily we found another facility to help us out. Just very disappointing because it's a beautiful facility and my dog loved it but I cannot recommend this as a working professional because not only has it cost me money it's cost me a lot of grief when it would've been simple to just send me an email or let me know the last time was I was in there that it was going to be required. I boarded my dogs here as a back up because the place we originally wanted to board them happened to be closed. Dropped my dogs off for boarding and got a call after they've been there no longer than a day and a half from a rude general manager (I think Kathy was her name) trying to get me to come get both my dogs when I was 13 hours away. They told me that the dogs were stressing each other out and instead of separating them so they could calm down they tried to just get them off their hands. Ended up having to hire someone to come pick them up and take them to the place we had originally wanted to board them. I picked her up today and she has clear marks on her neck from where shes been yanked by her leash. I have boarded them at two other pet care centers in the past and have never had this issue. Only reason I'm writing this review is to inform others that I would not trust this place with any of my dogs again and that your money is better spent somewhere else.
