I have brought my 5 month old German Shepherd to puppy preschool. Sam absolutely LOVES PetSuites; he goes crazy, ready to jump out of the car when I pull up. All the staff are friendly and loves each dog that walks in. I HIGHLY recommend this location!

I love this location!!! It's very convenient and isn't far off the Main Street. The staff here are very helpful and are always friendly not only to me but also the dogs. I got a tour of the facilities and I gotta say it's pretty nice, especially the suites! My two pups go to dayplay for about 7-8 hrs about twice a week. They always have fun and are tired coming back home. There is an small and big outdoor covered play area with a shallow pool and an indoor area to play. I definitely recommend this place. It is on the pricey side and sometimes they have specials on packages. Hopefully they do a flash sale each month.

We had used PetSuites when we lived in Louisiana and I was so happy when they opened one near our new home. Our Phoebe loves to do day play and gets excellent care. She comes home exhausted and happy!!

I can't recommend Chandler and Robert enough!…read more Before choosing a trainer, I met with a few different ones because I wanted to make sure I found the right fit for both me and my Belgian Malinois, Xena. From our very first consultation, Chandler stood out. He didn't rush us or make me feel like we were on a time limit. He immediately took Xena's leash, spent time getting to know her, worked with her, and really paid attention to who she was. Within minutes, he had earned her trust. What really impressed me was his attention to detail--he noticed something on her that I had assumed was just a bump. He pulled out his flashlight, took a closer look, and realized it was actually a tick. Thanks to him, I was able to get her to the vet and have it taken care of right away. That level of care told me everything I needed to know. Throughout her three-week board and train, Robert worked closely with Xena, and both he and Chandler were always responsive whenever I reached out. I loved receiving her report cards and progress updates, and seeing videos of her playing and learning on their social media made being apart from her a little easier. One thing I especially appreciated was that they didn't just train Xena--they taught me how to continue building on everything she was learning. The weekly training sessions while she was there gave me the confidence to work with her, and her graduation day was the perfect opportunity to put everything into practice in a real-world environment around people, dogs, food, and distractions. Xena came home with a great foundation, and I came home with the knowledge and confidence to continue building on it. Thank you, Chandler and Robert, for taking such great care of my girl. If I ever need additional training in the future, you guys will absolutely be my first call. If you're looking for trainers who genuinely care about both the dog and the people who love them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Chandler has built something special, and it's clear he takes great pride in his business, his reputation, and the people he brings onto his team. That gave me confidence from day one, and it's exactly why I'd trust them again in the future.

    Southside

Cold, Disrespectful, Nasty and Completely Unprofessional…read more We brought our dog to Southside Veterinary Clinic for what became an end-of-life visit. This was one of the most emotionally painful moments of our lives, and the way this clinic handled it was cold, careless, and deeply unprofessional. The space is extremely small and offers no privacy. While we were visibly crying and trying to process what was happening, doors were opening, people were walking in and out, and staff members moved around as if nothing significant was happening. There was no attempt to provide a private, respectful environment. No sensitivity. No acknowledgment of the gravity of the situation. This alone shows a serious lack of training and basic empathy. Afterward, we paid for cremation services and were told we would be contacted. Weeks passed with absolutely no communication -- no phone call, no email, no update. We were left waiting with no idea what was going on. When I finally called to follow up, I was met with a series of excuses: that they had already contacted us, that they had emailed us, and then that they had the wrong email address. These explanations contradicted each other. Later that same day, they suddenly managed to send information to the very email they claimed they could not reach before. This felt dishonest and careless, especially given the emotional weight of the situation. The phone interaction itself was unacceptable. One staff member was defensive and dismissive, and when another person took over the call, the tone was openly rude. When I went in person and asked to speak with the doctor, I was brushed off and told everything would be sent by email instead. The message was clear: they were not interested in addressing concerns or taking responsibility. After reading other reviews, it is obvious this is not an isolated experience. Multiple people describe similarly poor handling of end-of-life situations. That is alarming. A veterinary clinic should be a place of compassion, dignity, and professionalism -- especially when families are saying goodbye to a loved one. This clinic consistently fails at that. There is a difference between being inexpensive and being careless. This clinic may offer lower prices, but the quality of care, communication, and human compassion reflects that. When it comes to moments like this, the cost is not measured in money -- it is measured in how you are treated when you are at your most vulnerable. If you truly care about your pet and expect to be treated with basic respect during one of the hardest days of your life, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere and stay away from nasty people with nasty attitudes that they know how to take your money, but not responsibility.

By the end of our session, he had taught me how to effectively communicate with my dogs, understanding things from my dog's eyes. I could walk my dog on a loose leash, he became more confident and quickly understood what was expected of him. He taught me how to manage having company over which helped to calm my hectic household. He sat and talked with us, prayed with us. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to continue utilizing his methods.

Not that I had an issue, justcwanted to see what he was about. He, being George the owner didn't show up, he sent his son Frank. I was less than impressed, plus the leash you needed wad priced for one part, the other part was separate. I was stupid enough to purchase it. 250.00 for the session plus the collar/lead. I continues to follow him on Facebook as he moved on to Texas. Just yesterday June 24 he posted a picture on his Facebook of his daughter feeding a stray dog in Texas. They were having lunch somewhere. The daughter was feeding the dog part of their lunch and giving it water. He commented that it was terribly hot and how thirsty the dog was. He said we had to leave him there. Really? A man of God, dog trainer and supposed animal lover and you just leave him to fend for himself knowing this poor dog needed help. You will not get me to believe that there wasn't something you could have done. He also commented how his daughter cried for an hour after this. I can imagine she did. What a horrific thing to do to an animal in need. At first I just commented to his post that I could never have done that and wasn't there anything he could have done to help. No comment from him. I waited awhile and put a review on Google with the rest of his 5 star reviews. It wasn't long until he removed the post about the stray dog and I was unable to get back on his Facebook and still can't, so I assume he either blocked me or made a new Facebook. If that's what he did he's a coward. You put the post on, so let people give their thoughts. Wonder what God( who he says is responsible for giving him the gift of working with dogs) thinks about letting that poor dog just fend for himself. I have absolutely zero respect for this guy S.M
