    After hair cut ‼

I took my 9 mth old Malshi for a wash and cut. When I picked up my puppy and took her home. I noticed her left eye was red & swollen. The cut was uneven. I called and asked to speak with the groomer S.B. I asked her what happen to my puppy's eye. She said nothing, that everything went well. I explained what I saw. She answered "oh that's called cherry eye, you probably didn't notice it because her hair was long."NOT TRUE. My puppy's eyes were fine whenI left her‼ I WILL NEVER TAKE HER BACK‼ I should've never left Shadai a $20 tip‼

Today I went with my husband to this business and we found several dead fish, dirty and neglected. Bad service, no one attended to us quickly, we were waiting a long time and when we went for help they told us that the fish section was closed long before the store was closed. FOR ME IT IS THE WORST PLACE THERE IS, BAD SERVICE, AND POOR QUALITY OF ANIMALS

Here is is spending 20 mins grooming her - second time

I want a PetSmart today to have my grandpa who's visiting for a few days groomed. I selected a groomer based on the list and the time that was available brought MAYA to 10 AM and receive the email at 2:05 that she was ready for pick up. At approximately 245 when I arrive to pick up Maia, I paid for her I tipped for her service generously, and as she proceeded to exit, I noticed she didn't look completely groomed- the areas around her feet still look like she was wearing shoes. Her ears were still covered in fur, and when I pointed it out, the person who handle my intake, who was lovely mentioned that the groomer said Maya was nippy. I was puzzled by this - Maya is under 6 pounds and she is a very small Chi poo - I expect some dogs to be nippy when they're being groomed not all dogs enjoy this process - which is why you're the groomer you're trained to handle nippy dogs. I will say the lovely person who I will call. Joshua is the best person who should groom your dog. I will also recommend Gina and Loren at this location, based on my observation of their work today, and their interaction with customers but other than that you're taking chances. I did happen to snap a pic of my guy, so you know exactly whom to look for. .

I brought my mini schnauzer in to be groomed by Lorie S. It was clearly mentioned on the appointment that it was a puppy under 5 months, I would think you would know as a groomer that this would be one of his early grooming sessions but she asked no questions beforehand. When I brought him in is explained I would like him cut down but not too low due to the weather. She looked at him and rudely said "what is this?" "I don't know what the last person did but this isn't a schnauzer cut". I've been growing my puppies fur so he can have a fuller coat and this would have been his first major cut with no tangles and perfect fur. I showed her the schnauzer cut I would like and she rudely mentioned how it wasn't a schnauzer cut as if there is only ONE existing way to cut the is kind of dog. It seemed she only knows her own way on how she would like to cut them and is ignorant to the fact that these types of dogs don't all look the same. My puppy has more of a rounded face so we have always help his beard rounded she instead horribly cut his beard into an odd shape and completely cut off his eyebrows. If she truly knew the schnauzer cut, the eyebrows are a staple part of their cuts and are meant to be longer, she completely missed the mark. She clearly was in a rush and didn't care to be patient and work with my puppy and wasted my time and money on this lousy job. Previous groomers I have worked with have asked me questions on preferences on his cut and have made suggestions on what would look best, as a true groomer should. If she just cuts dog hair off with no art that should be advertised. His cut is rugged, sloppy and he looks honestly worse then he did with his fur grown out. I wanted to take Christmas pictures of him for his first Christmas and she ruined that. Her attitude was poor, customer service 0/10. When I started to explain how I would like him cut she cut me off and said "I don't know what she's saying" and asked another worker to come figure it out. I barely said two words lol. She called me after I left and said "yea I'm not cutting your dog, he's difficult" and that she's headed out for the day if I don't see her the bill will be at the register and that I need to go back to the groomer I originally had. I'm visiting from out of state and that wasn't an portion but the original GROOMER, a true one was patient and caring and gave completely different feedback for a 4 month old puppy. She clearly was in a rush and had no time to do the job correctly which she should of mentioned. She said after I wasted my money on how I need to bring him early in the morning when it's not busy, yet you saw his age before the day of the appointment, even saying Aw a 5 month old puppy. A responsible groomer would inquire on whether this was his first groom or not and suggest a new appointment time based on that. Rudest and worst interaction I've ever experienced. And absolutely worst cut I've ever seen in my life.

worst appointment arrive 15 minutes early was told to wait until groomer arrived. 15 minutes after the appointment I was informed that the groomer was not arriving and that I can either wait my chances to see if anyone cancels as they were too busy to take my dog. Did I mention I had an appointment? while waiting for the groomer to arrive the groomers that we're taking other dogs spoke among themselves that someone may do a no call no show she may not show up for her shift pretty much all while I waited after a while I noticed that they were speaking of the young lady that was supposed to be doing my dog bath. There was no great customer service. No one tried to go above me onto Assist even knowing that I came out to an appointment. No one even tried to rebook I waited in the car 30 minutes to see if they will call me. No one called so then I found another groomer which will take him which will be his first time going anywhere else as I've been with PetSmart for a really long time taking my dog. This was really disappointing. I should've been cared for better than that I mean, I am paying for a service right? I'm no longer a client with this location and I'm telling you guys if you're looking for a place to do your dog services look for somewhere else because they don't have the best customer service in your appointment may be after you arrive to your appointment. I also wish that PetSmart does better training with their employees not everyone business should be out in the street. Service rated for me is a 1.

Since I got my little frenchie milo all we've been doing is spoiling him to the max, The pet smart here is fabulous I absolutely love it, (better then the rest) they have a doggy hotel which is a great price for a week stay, they have doggy grooming doggy hospital all there inside this location. They offer great discounts as well. Today my husband and I went to get my baby first bath and they did such an awesome job, my dog smells fantastic they were friendly and super helpful thanks sade and the rest of the girl there for the helpful tips. I will return every 2 weeks or so for grooming. I'm in love and Milo enjoyed the service.

Do not take your dog to this daycare! We took our 1yr old dog here for one day and he came home with a huge gash on his leg, and cuts on his face and throat. My dog has gone to daycare for 3-4 days a week for a YEAR in Queens and this has NEVER happened. Then when we confronted them about it, they ignore our calls and it was only when we went into the store demanding to get answers, they continued to ignore us and refused to show us any footage. Finally after waiting hours they confirmed there was an incident but again no apology or details. They then insisted that our dog plays rough. Clearly they do not actually watch the dogs they have in daycare. Never again. This place needs to be shut down.

I literally do everything here.. buy food treats and pet training.. Charlie the trainer is great! I just tried their hotel service lets see how it goes ill give another review later I think Petsmart will make more money with pet stays if they have a camera in these day camp or hotel where owners have access to their phone to check on them at all times.

Angelo saved our dog's life -- and I mean that in the most literal sense possible…read more Oliver is a rescue who had been surrendered by two families before us. We took him in, loved him, and still found ourselves in crisis -- biting, aggression, resource guarding. We were scared of our dog and desperate for help. Oliver was our fifth dog and as a family we were seasoned users of positive reinforcement as the primary training method. We turned to Angelo at Art of K9 and made the decision to board Oliver for 8 weeks. He took on Oliver after a thorough consultation. Angelo worked through Oliver's aggression and resource guarding using the e-collar and other training tools. These methods gave us the ability to communicate with and control our dog in a way positive reinforcement couldn't. The transformation is hard to put into words. Oliver is now relaxed, cuddly, and genuinely at peace. He still has his moments -- but now we have the tools to handle them. This has changed everything. If you have a dog with serious aggression or resource guarding and you're at your breaking point, I highly recommend Angelo. He didn't just train Oliver -- he saved his life and we are so thankful.

We sent our dog Monsi to Angelo- originally because of socialization problems, yet she surprised us…read moreand came out with so many higher level qualities we didn't anticipate or know was possible. At first, we second guessed our choice to leave Monsi for 6-weeks because we missed her. Every time we checked in with Angelo, he updated us, but we missed our fur baby so much. Now, afterwards, I can't stop recommending this program to everyone I know. It's a worthwhile investment IF you plan to KEEP UP with it. All of Angelo's work can easily be undone with dog owners that do not upkeep the foundation he creates. Currently our dog listens to each command after one time saying it, she is walking off leash behind us, does not lurk around the table while we eat or cook, stays in place for 2-hours and counting, and more. Overall, she has many service dog qualities. I need to give credit where it is due because our dog was unsure of herself, very anxious, annoying at times because she didn't know what to do during quiet hours at home and needed way too much physical exercise (4+ hours daily). He taught us, and our dog Monsi, that exercise and socialization looks different than we thought. Monsi is the dog we dreamed of and didn't know how to achieve. He tapped into her potential. She does not impede our life in anyway. She adds on to the quality and is stress free now that we know how to maintain and handle her. Not only that, but my parents sent their dog at the same time as our dog. So now we have two dogs that listen to the same command. We can bring our dogs on vacation and have complete calm and fun with them present. This was the greatest gift to a life of joy with a well trained fur family member! Thank you Angelo and Art of K9. I know picking a program at such a cost is nerve recking since there is not enough information or proof online but promise me, this is the place. We put a lot of trust into prior reviews and tiktok/Instagram videos.... We got lucky finding this place. It's a hidden gem of Westchester. If anyone needs more details to convince you this program is worth it, contact me. I'll convince you- haha!
