Amazing service great care of my fur baby! I was recommended by a friend so I called on a Friday morning spoke to a very friendly and kind gentlemen named Aaron, asked when was the next available grooming appt. I was told same day 3 PM I dropped my 3 year old shitzu who unfortunately was severely abused and I had no luck with other groomers. She lost her back leg and is very uncomfortable when being groomed. Aaron assured me that he would take good care of her and get her cleaned up. He was right!! I was told just a few hours 1-2 I went back at 6 PM to pick her up and My fur baby came out squeaky clean and freshly cut. Wonderful job getting her coat even and short. Smelled amazing and although she was extremely happy to see me she didn't seem too frightened or bothered. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Aaron, Vicky and National Pet Supply for grooming! read more

I love this place!!! I have been bringing my fur baby here for 6 or 7 years. I can't remember exactly when I started. I recently moved and I make the time to travel here because they are that good!!! Every time I go Aaron and his team take me right away and I never wait more than 1.5 maybe 2 hours to get my baby back. But the excellent customer service doesn't end there, once my baby was sick and Aaron referred me to a great doctor right away. Aaron and his team are so kind, personable and gentle. Their love for animals shines through the work they perform. My Pekingese is 10 years old and was born deaf. She's super tiny and gets startled easily, yet she always is happy to go with him or anyone he has working. She never is hesitant to go with his team when I bring her. The best part is the price, if he quotes you a price you can trust that there will no surprise fees when you pick up your baby like other places. They are the cheapest in the area!!! He does everything and pays close attention to detail!!! My baby always leaves looking great and is happy and playful, I can tell she had a good spa day whenever I pick her up from here!!!!! I can't recommend this place enough. They are closed Sundays so make sure you make time to visit during open hours. They also carry the best quality of food so I know that the products used for grooming are superb. Her skin is never irritated and her cut is always perfect. I just moved to the neighborhood and my pup was in desperate need of a hair cut. I called in the late morning on a Thursday and was able to get him in that afternoon. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They gave my 12 year old yorkie/bichon mix an adorable puppy cut that he got tons of compliments on after. When I picked him up he was all smiles and clearly had a good time. This will definitely be our new groomer. read more

This place is absolutely awesome !!! I was there today and was completely satisfied from beginning to end !! Even before I went there I called to make an appt for grooming for my dog .... So pleasant and helpful on the phone (which is extremely rare these days). I called on Wednesday and was able to get an appt for Friday ( 2 days later ). So accommodating. I am so Impressed because I have an extremely special situation. My Dog, a 4 yr old shih tzu does not ever want to be groomed. He had a bad experience the very first time he was groomed 3 yrs ago ( somewhere else) and he has never been the same. He has had a haircut at the vet under anesthesia every time. Not good for him and extremely expensive !! He does not let us brush him, we can't pick him up at all, he growls and tries to bite. I have been searching for a groomer who would be able to handle this kind of dog so we could try to groom him without anesthesia. WELL AARON DID IT !!! I am in shock and so happy !!! He was so calm from beginning to end. Right away I knew it was going to be ok when Aron came out to get him and walked right up to my dog and picked him up .... This in itself is a daunting task !!! I want to let the world know he is a talented, amazing groomer !!! We will be back again & again and the price was so reasonable. If you don't go to this groomer and pet store you must go ... And don't walk .... RUN !! They are amazing ...... The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, happy & sweet ...
