The day I was supposed to be released, I was very ill. We emailed Petworks to ask if the dogs could stay a little longer; they could. That happened again, and again. Every time, Steve and Cheryl told us to focus on my healing and not worry about the dogs. It was a month before I was out of danger and well enough for my husband to not be with me 24/7. That entire month, Cheryl and Steve and their team took care of our dogs (10, 13, and 14 years) who'd never been boarded and must have been confused. It was an incredible gift to know our dogs were safe and well cared for. We're forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Petworks.

I'm kind of sort of heartbroken that I've moved away from the area and I can no longer bring my dog…read morehere. We used to bring him to a wonderful daycare in Mansfield. However, when my husband and I changed jobs, we need a place with longer hours to accommodate our commute. We brought him to Petworks and it's the greatest. You can tell that everyone here is incredibly passionate about the animals who come here. The owner, Stephen, is an amazing guy. Actually everyone there is pretty amazing. We were "those customers"--our dog as our little fur baby, so we're needy and worrisome and the type of customer most would rolls their eyes at. We never felt as though they were burdened. Quite the opposite, they cared for my dog the way I personally would, and for that I owe them the world. It's great to have that peace of mind. Additionally, my dog is an Australian Shepherd, so he's incredibly energetic and quite difficult to tire out. Every day he'd come home happily pooped, and every morning he'd pull his way in to see all of his daycare friends. Our dog was also groomed here on several occasions, and he's challenging to wash and cut (he isn't a fan of baths and he is a giant fluff ball with a lot of fur), and they did an amazing job. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough, and for me that's rare. There is 1 review on here from years ago claiming her dog caught kennel cough, but Petworks requires you have your dog immunized for kennel cough, so I would take that with a grain of salt. To everyone at Petworks, thank you for the 200+ times you took care of my Yawkey (yes, I sat down and actually did the math). Anyone who's lucky enough to live within close proximity to Petworks, bring your dog here! You won't regret it.

I really appreciated the owner for updating me with Louie's picture via text. It took ~2 hours for Louie to be done, and he looked fabulous by the time we picked him up. I got sick and tired of vacuuming cat fur all over the house on a daily basis, so a friend…read morerecommended I go to Puppy Le Peu to have his fur trimmed. Extremely HAPPY with my cat's Lion Cut. His long fur was trimmed everywhere except his head, lower legs, and the tip of his tail. The groomer even managed to trim his belly and bottom, both of which are very difficult areas (cats normally do NOT like to be touched there). The short trim was even and silky smooth!! I was AMAZED by how quickly the groomer finished in less than an hour, considering that my cat tends to scratch and bite whenever I try to trim his claws. I was surprised that nail trimming is included with the Lion Cut--free of charge! Very professional. Was able to book an appointment right away. Cats must come in the morning before the dogs arrive. Prices here are unbeatable (I only paid $40 plus tip) for the quality and expertise of the technicians at Puppy Le Peu!! Very pleased with the service and this will be the only place I will be sending my Kitty from now on.

Customer service really needs to be assessed especially when I say "okay I'll give you a call back, have a good day" and get straight hung up on with nothing said.

This is not a good spot for anyone who is traveling with dogs. Editing to add that I posted the comment immediately after speaking with a representative of the business who told me different info than what the business owner replied. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training. I appreciate the kind response from the business owner (+1 star for that) and wish Friends of Toto all the best as they get the communication issue with prospective clients sorted.

We have been taking our dogs to Four Paws forever...since they were in their previous location…read more Our dogs have always loved going, come out looking absolutely perfect and smell wonderful. Our previous dog, Honey, had major surgery and couldn't be groomed for almost 5 month. When we called and spoke with Buffy she was so compassionate and took Honey in and groomed her with such care...as if she were her own. Honey looked beautiful and was so proud of herself! Now we have Molly and she absolutely loves everyone there. she always looks adorable when we pick her up. Yes, we do drop her off early and usually get a call to pick her up a few hours later but it takes time to correctly wash and groom a dog. As far as the cost...I think it's about average for a perfect grooming done exactly as we request. I would definitely recommend Four Paws to everyone...and I do. Kudos to Buffy, Mario and Rhonda!

Hands down the cheapest around for boarding long term but keep in mind it's not a doggy daycare situation. That can be good or bad depending on your outlook but for me, it made me feel more comfortable my 3 would be kept away from the other dogs since they're small and somewhat antisocial. I didn't have to worry about any potential accidents involving other dogs. The staff is friendly and thorough. I did call on Christmas Eve but I knew they were closed. I left a message to call or email me with an update and I didn't hear back for a few days until I called again. That's the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars. I do understand the holidays make it insanely busy so that's likely nothing you'd worry about with a normal boarding situation as their communication otherwise has been very responsive! And when they did get in touch, they sent me 4 pictures of my babies! My oldest dog has to take daily meds which they administered without an issue. They also let me come in and tour the facility before I committed to boarding them and answered a boatload of questions. And upon pickup, they helped me transport my dogs and bed/food and everything to my car. I am overall very pleased and will use them again!
