His haircut is always really well done and you can tell the people who work there really care about the pets that come to see them. He's a rescue who is on the (highly) anxious side and they always take good care of him even though he's terrified to be there. Also their prices are great and I like that they have the option to do a mini groom so he can just get his face and paws cut and maintain his fluffiness.

We were new clients when I booked our three dogs for a 4-night stay. I had surgery in Boston, and…read moremy husband was staying in a hotel to avoid driving back and forth. The day I was supposed to be released, I was very ill. We emailed Petworks to ask if the dogs could stay a little longer; they could. That happened again, and again. Every time, Steve and Cheryl told us to focus on my healing and not worry about the dogs. It was a month before I was out of danger and well enough for my husband to not be with me 24/7. That entire month, Cheryl and Steve and their team took care of our dogs (10, 13, and 14 years) who'd never been boarded and must have been confused. It was an incredible gift to know our dogs were safe and well cared for. We're forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Petworks.

I'm kind of sort of heartbroken that I've moved away from the area and I can no longer bring my dog…read morehere. We used to bring him to a wonderful daycare in Mansfield. However, when my husband and I changed jobs, we need a place with longer hours to accommodate our commute. We brought him to Petworks and it's the greatest. You can tell that everyone here is incredibly passionate about the animals who come here. The owner, Stephen, is an amazing guy. Actually everyone there is pretty amazing. We were "those customers"--our dog as our little fur baby, so we're needy and worrisome and the type of customer most would rolls their eyes at. We never felt as though they were burdened. Quite the opposite, they cared for my dog the way I personally would, and for that I owe them the world. It's great to have that peace of mind. Additionally, my dog is an Australian Shepherd, so he's incredibly energetic and quite difficult to tire out. Every day he'd come home happily pooped, and every morning he'd pull his way in to see all of his daycare friends. Our dog was also groomed here on several occasions, and he's challenging to wash and cut (he isn't a fan of baths and he is a giant fluff ball with a lot of fur), and they did an amazing job. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough, and for me that's rare. There is 1 review on here from years ago claiming her dog caught kennel cough, but Petworks requires you have your dog immunized for kennel cough, so I would take that with a grain of salt. To everyone at Petworks, thank you for the 200+ times you took care of my Yawkey (yes, I sat down and actually did the math). Anyone who's lucky enough to live within close proximity to Petworks, bring your dog here! You won't regret it.

Because she has a young family and a demanding job, I was able to help her with the pup as I recently retired. We were encountering what we thought were aggression issues. I looked into training at DogTowne. I felt he needed formal training, but not at an entry level. I spoke on the phone with Kat and she suggested a couple of private sessions so that she could evaluate him, and then move on to Varsity training group class. What we were experiencing with him was not aggression; he was just "asking" for play like he would with his dog siblings. Kat was exceptional with all aspects of her training and was very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend her for private or group training sessions.
