Well, all of my friends frequent the one in Pinecrest I found it. The closest to me was the Mills Drive location. Honestly I was concerned that the reviews were not as good as some of the other locations but after visiting, I can confidently recommend this location as stellar. My sweet Ahsoka was clearly nervous to both be separated from the people. She was familiar with, and also to face a new experience. The staff took the perfect amount of time to put her at ease as they introduced themselves to her and to us. We were quite comfortable, leaving her and this location left us much to do during the time of her appointment about 30 minutes before they were finished. They contacted us to let us know that she would be ready. We returned at the time they said to a puppy that was clean, well groomed, beautiful, and extremely happy. I could not have asked for anything better. Beyond grooming, the location is just exquisite. The variety of items they have for sale and the knowledgeable staff that are so friendly really add to the experience. The variety of items that they offer is extensive and it is prepared in such an elegant manner. it's hard to resist making a purchase. There are luxury items for those special occasions, and every day items that my puppy would love to have immediately. Prices are about where they should be for an establishment that is both upscale and comfortable to shop at. I was impressed and I will be back. Highly recommended.

Leaving him at this facility is one of my biggest regrets. When I picked him up five hours later, his eyes were bloodshot red, and he couldn't even open one of them due to the pain he was in. Another customer in the lobby even commented on how red his eyes were. The old miserable lady at the front desk, who seemed completely incompetent and dismissive, gave the excuse that his red eyes were because he's a poodle and had "a lot of hair that went into his eyes." How does that even make sense? That is not a valid reason for such clear suffering. My only priority at that point was getting help for my dog, so I rushed him to the vet -- and that's when I was told his cornea was scratched. On top of that, he had cuts on his legs and stomach that were never there before. If you bring your pet here, you are literally paying for your dog to come out injured, neglected, abused, and in pain. I have not stopped crying from the guilt and regret of bringing him to this place. The facility itself is rundown and outdated, and the lack of care and customer service says everything you need to know about how they treat the animals. After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone. Please save your dog from this nightmare. Learn from my mistakes and avoid at all costs. This place should not be allowed to operate. This is my third time with Dogi's and it's always a disappointment…read more 1.) The customer service is horrendous. Vanessa, who responds to the text the messages, has no customer service skills. She's very unclear with pricing and scheduling. 2.) Vanessa said 10AM and the groomer arrived at 12PM. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others' time. She blamed it on traffic. There's no excuse. Adjust the schedule and consider travel time before scheduling a person. First, she said the whole day was free on the schedule. I said okay let's do it at 10am. At 10:15 on the day of my appointment, no call or notification. No Dogi truck in sight. I had to then text Vanessa (who is miserable at her job) and she said it's impossible to schedule a time. The window is 10 to 12pm. She could have told me that the day I scheduled so I can better plan my day off but since she's so horrible at customer service, she didn't think to be clear and set expectations. How convenient that she was late because of another appointment. Just a pure disappointment. 3.) The price is a huge problem. They said one price over text and charged me another. A cleaning starts at $150. I was charged $310. $210 for the deep teeth cleaning and then $90 something for grooming (a cut and wash). These people are scam artist and want to maximize their winnings. Not only did they overcharge me for the teeth cleaning, but they charged over $90 for a horrible grooming job. I could have done a better job myself. Siempre habían sido amigables, y les confié a mi mascota. Desafortunadamente, mi visita más reciente fue extremadamente decepcionante y perturbadora. Pedí un recorte para mi perro como siempre lo hago e incluso le di un ejemplo de Internet de cómo quería el recorte, pero en cambio, lo afeitaron completamente calvo. Cuando hablé con la dueña al respecto, no solo fue grosera, sino que mintió sobre lo que le había pedido. Una cosa es cometer un error, pero su actitud y deshonestidad fueron completamente poco profesionales. Mi experiencia con esta clínica veterinaria fue muy decepcionante y poco ética…read more Cuando se agendó la cita para nuestro perro, mi esposa dejó claramente establecido que no necesitábamos una consulta veterinaria, únicamente que el técnico aplicara la inyección para la alergia, ya que todas las demás vacunas obligatorias estaban al día. Durante la llamada de confirmación, inicialmente se indicó que, por no haber visto al veterinario en más de seis meses, debía pagarse una consulta. Mi esposa aclaró que ese plazo se había superado solo por nueve días. Después de esta aclaración, se confirmó por teléfono que no era necesario ver al veterinario y que el servicio podía realizarlo únicamente el técnico. Ese fue el acuerdo. El día de la cita, yo asistí con nuestro perro. Sin autorización previa, me hicieron pasar al consultorio del veterinario, realizaron una revisión y se nos cobró una consulta que nunca solicitamos ni autorizamos. Adicionalmente, durante la cita intentaron vendernos un medicamento diferente al Simparica, que es el que nosotros usamos, lo cual rechazamos. Posteriormente, cuando realizamos la compra del medicamento a través de Chewy, esta clínica debía autorizar la receta. Al llamar para solicitar dicha aprobación, se nos indicó que debíamos pagar un cargo adicional de $12 para autorizarla, o que podíamos comprar el medicamento directamente con la clínica sin ningún cargo extra. Esta práctica me parece poco ética, ya que limita la libertad de decisión del cliente y presiona a comprar directamente con la clínica para evitar cargos adicionales. En conjunto, esta experiencia demuestra falta de profesionalismo, transparencia y respeto por las decisiones del cliente. No recomiendo esta clínica si no respetan los acuerdos previos y luego cobran servicios o imponen cargos que no fueron claramente informados ni autorizados.
