If I could 0 stars I would. First they were 30 minutes late. The groomer "didn't understand " English. They charged me to cut my dogs nails, when i specifically asked if they did the trim. My dogs nails needed the trim, the groomer said yes. However after looking at the nails, they didn't touch them. I called and complained and was told that his nails were too long and couldn't be cut. Asked for the nail trim refund and am currently waiting for a return call. I will never use them again! What a joke read more

This company has a groomer that hurt my dog extremely bad. His name is Luis M. When I was finally able to get ahold of the manager 48 hours later because no one ever returned my call or text or email. She told us she couldn't believe it took us all that time to let them know something was wrong. She also said it's impossible that our dog was bleeding. She said that we had to wait until Saturday for the same groomer to come out to fix the problem. I told her no way in hell is that groomer touching my dog again, I don't need an apology what I want was my money back. Mind you we have been using the same company for the past 3 years every 3-4 months spending $200 plus every time. She never apologized she never asked for photos she never attempted to make it right. She said she would return our money proceeded to fight with us over the phone again and lecture us on how next time we need to complain to the groomer on site and then hung up on us without confirming how she was going to refund me. The last customer representative we were talking to Juan actually called us back and apologized on her behalf. It's extremely sad that an employee needs to apologize on their managers or the owners behalf. My dog is still bleeding and it's going to take time for him to heal. He is taking medication and drowsy. In the mean time we are still dealing with the smell and the blood trail my dog leaves behind. I have submitted a complaint to BBB as I still have not received my money back and it's been more than the 7 days that this manager stated. Reason why I'm writing this long horrible review is because my dogs are my family and that groomer does not know how to properly groom dogs his name is Luis M. The manager which I was not able to get her name as she never provided it to me and when I asked she just kept speaking over me. Extremely rude, unprofessional and the worst thing is she made it sound like we were trying to get our money back just because. The resolution I need is for you to return our money. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I've been using them for over a year and half. I believe they've changed management or owners because the service is horrendous! I had my 12 lb shitzu serviced to be groomed yesterday. When I say it was the worst haircut I've ever seen I can only show with a photo. Not only did they cut his whiskers and nick his face a few times, they completely shaved off his tail and brows !! Who shaves a shitzu down like a chihuahua ?! Where do I start, first of all horrible service , horrible management, horrible people. I really don't know if this place was sold or under another management but these people are something else. Been taking my dog here for more than 9 years and idk about 3-4 years ago, everything started changing from the service to the people. Recently, every time I took my dog he would come out very nervous, idk what they were doing to him aside that they claim that my dog bites. How come in previous years my dog was the best dog but all of a sudden my dog, that weighs less than 35 pounds, bites. They would never cut his nails because it was difficult for them but yet they will charge for the whole service, which includes nail trimming. I called in one day to complaint regarding this and spoke with a man who claims to be the manager, hey you guess what, customers are always right. But this guy, after i told him that they did not cut the nails he was like, well your dog doesn't let us and its not our fault, not even apologizing for the fact that they did not complete their service, but I got charged the complete service fee. I left it there, and today my I took the dog in for his regular bath and they did not accept my dog because one again he bites, please i want proof of this, just the fact that they cant take a complaint and tried to make themselves better says a lot about who ever these people are. I can see why there's so many negative comments lately. Today, I got hung up on twice by both ladies that work there. They'll only repeat themselves once before they'll hang up on you. WOW. They have a very thick Hispanic accent and there's dogs barking in the background so I had to ask them to repeat what they were saying at one point and they would say even faster the second time and that's your only chance to answer cause they'll hang up if you still can't understand what they're asking of you. I have used this company for some time now and never had an issue. What started getting kind of fishy was every time I found a groomer they would leave the company the following time and I would be stuck with a new person again. My babies are super anxious and I always requested someone who would be patient and take the time to ensure that they do not get hurt. My last appointment with this horrendous company again I requested a person with lots of patience and care and I was assured that Viviana would be the best for my babies. I was happy because I was trusting in a person that was recommended. When I received my babies I found them trembling and I was a little worried but the groomer said nothing happened and was quick to leave. When I went to check my babies I noticed that my small chihuahua had a cut near the back of her leg. I have used Miami's Pet Grooming for a few years now and never really had a complaint, until today. When service was completed I placed my dog inside the house and went back out to the van to make payment. The haircut looked great (no complaints there) but not even 5 minutes later when I walked back inside my home did I find blood spots all over the floor. I grabbed my dog and looked at all his paws. One or his front left nails had been cut so short it was bleeding. Luckily I was able to get the bleeding to stop but I now had floors I needed to clean and a dog who had a bloody paw and some blood spots on his fur. I reached out via text immediately with pictures and requested someone to contact me. They said they needed to come to my home to "validate" what I was saying (As if I left my floors a mess and my dog bleeding). There was a few back and forth texts but then nothing. I called twice asking to speak with the person on chat or a manager. I'm still waiting for a call back. Guess it's time to look for a new groomer! I waited until 2:30pm and gave them a call to see when the groomer was estimated to arrive. They said he was on his way. At 2:50pm they called me to tell me they were downstairs, they couldn't find parking, and that their groomer was being chased by cops. Basically, I waited three hours for a sham company because I was downstairs at 2:50 walking my dog AND waiting for the groomers - and there was no groomer. I am very confused and annoyed and felt like a review should be made because a three hour window is a huge chunk of time to wait for a groomer during the day. Horrible service! I was very happy with the groom until I realized my yorkie was bleeding and stressed. When I turned her over I saw a horrible wound on her stomach. Im upset first because the groomer didn't notify me so I could take care of it So she was stressed and in pain and secondly because its 5:30 And the promised vet has not arrived and everyone went home without following up. I specifically request groomers that are able to groom dogs that are temperamental. It is UNACCEPTABLE FOR THAT GROOMER to have cut our dog! She then took a picture of the credit card (which I believe is illegal) in order to charge us because she was new and did not know how to work the credit card machine. I adopted a golden doodle and have been grooming her weekly\biweekly for the past 2 months. I specifically asked for a groomer who I liked. They told me ok. A completely diff one shows up. Not only that but they suddenly want to charge me 20$ more without telling me prior. I call them because I am at work and the guy tells me prices went up. I said ok I wasn't informed. I paid almost 80 dollars and my pets nails were not cut at all! On top of that I had to take him to the vet because after a few hours I notice all these red spots on his belly area. Which my vet concluded was most likely due to the use of unsanitary conditions or tools that were not properly cleaned by the groomer. He was polite and prompt and professional and let Chai come up to him to get to know. His new sparkling clean totally equipped Grooming van had all the modern conveniences. Air conditioning is important in Miami! He took just short of 2 hours working with Chai and it was worth every minute because he just looks so darn handsome ! Not sure what happened to this grooming company. They were really good and did an amazing job with my 4 dogs. I've tried to be patient and understanding due to Covid but I can't anymore. They show up 3 to 4 hrs late, waste of an entire day for me. "If" they show up at all. I've had to cancel appts too because I couldn't wait anymore. I'm a healthcare worker and work 7 days a week. I only get a two hr break during the week with Sunday off to do everything I can. My first experience with the Mobile Unit was exceptional. Alberto and the young lady that was with him did an incredible job on my Yorkies, to my specifications and they were both done in just over an hour. However, the second visit was less than desirable and put me off enough to where I may just find another groomer. I know I live in Miami and Spanish is a very most common language, but I still believe that service providers should speak enough English to communicate and understand the desires of the customer. My girl Yorkie has had a top knot for 7 of her 8 years of life, and much to my dismay the groomer cut her bangs, so now the front her hair just sticks straight up and is about an inch long and doesn't even fit into her top knot anymore. The cut was choppy at best, her tail wasn't trimmed, her ears are uneven, her nails are still super long, and the "teddy bear face with short beard" that I requested was totally ignored. The same is to be said about my boy, who not only has uneven ears now, the Mohawk that I requested AND provided a picture of, absolutely did not happen. Additionally, she convinced me (via text translator) to pay $20 for a medicated shampoo which did not treat the dogs' allergy prone skin as she stated it would. Needless to say, $130 later, my dogs look like they were groomed and cut by a blind person, my requests for her to NOT TOUCH my girl's top knot and bangs was ignored (amongst my other requests which I showed pictures of to avoid any misunderstandings) and it took over 3 hours, which hardly makes sense. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and feel that compensation is necessary considering it will take at least 6 months for my girl's hair to grow back.
