A family friend slept over and Equipaws came over during the day several times to feed Rio, play with her and let her out. I am absolutely happy with the service and will definitely use them again if we ever travel with our entire family. Thanks to Flavia and her entire team! Well done, well done, well done!!!!

We boarded our dog, Buddy, at Dog Dude Ranch for 17 days. When we brought him home, we immediately…read morenoticed a distinct patch of hair loss and skin abrasion on his leg that was not present when we dropped him off. Minor friction rubs can happen in boarding environments, but transparency and attentive supervision are baseline expectations. Staff never mentioned the issue at pickup. When I reached out via email asking if staff had noticed it during his stay and requested care/incident notes, management repeatedly evaded those direct questions. Instead, they sent canned boilerplate text about chronic elbow calluses and deflected responsibility. If a facility cannot tell an owner whether a physical change was documented over a 17-day stay, it signals either inadequate daily supervision or a culture of avoiding open communication out of liability defensiveness. Trust is critical when leaving a pet for an extended period, and the lack of proactive care and accountability here means we will not be returning.
