This is my third time with Dogi's and it's always a disappointment. 1.) The customer service is horrendous. Vanessa, who responds to the text the messages, has no customer service skills. She's very unclear with pricing and scheduling. 2.) Vanessa said 10AM and the groomer arrived at 12PM. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others' time. She blamed it on traffic. There's no excuse. Adjust the schedule and consider travel time before scheduling a person. First, she said the whole day was free on the schedule. I said okay let's do it at 10am. At 10:15 on the day of my appointment, no call or notification. No Dogi truck in sight. I had to then text Vanessa (who is miserable at her job) and she said it's impossible to schedule a time. The window is 10 to 12pm. She could have told me that the day I scheduled so I can better plan my day off but since she's so horrible at customer service, she didn't think to be clear and set expectations. How convenient that she was late because of another appointment. Just a pure disappointment. 3.) The price is a huge problem. They said one price over text and charged me another. A cleaning starts at $150. I was charged $310. $210 for the deep teeth cleaning and then $90 something for grooming (a cut and wash). These people are scam artist and want to maximize their winnings. Not only did they overcharge me for the teeth cleaning, but they charged over $90 for a horrible grooming job. I could have done a better job myself. I recommend my regular groomer called Christian to anyone who wants a real professional grooming job. His phone number is +1 (786) 877-9288. He is punctual. Full service was not provided and yet we were charged an astronomical price for a bath and nails. The main service we needed was the cut. They arrived late. The time slot was 12-2 and they arrived after 2. I had called multiple times because I had an appt at 3:30 pm. Explained to them this would be my pup's first cut from the initial call and that he was a rambunctious pup. They said they were used to that. Since my pup went in the van, it was already a negative with how it would be difficult to do the cut. He's a 6 lb , 6 month old Maltipoo and they couldn't handle him. Basically did not do the cut at all. He had already been bathed and his nails trimmed only 3 weeks before at a pet resort we had left him at and it was fine but I wanted to finally give him the cut which was not offered at the resort. At the end of the day, they charged me $80 (the price for the whole service including the cut was $95) and would not take accountability . I do not recommend them at all. And to show the unprofessional behavior of the company even further, they actually blocked me on Instagram because they do not want anyone to see what they did. Buyer beware! read more

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY DRUGGED AND INJURED MY DOG! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I just got my dog back from their mobile grooming service, and he can barely walk. He appears drugged, sick, and completely lethargic. This is not speculation--I have videos taken just before his grooming appointment showing him full of energy, running happily in my backyard. The dog I got back is not the same. He's stumbling, hitting his face on the ground, and clearly in distress. When I called the owner to confront her about what happened, she mocked me, laughed, cursed at me, and hung up. Instead of showing any concern, she called the police on me--just for demanding answers and refusing to pay for the harm done to my pet. She refuses to provide the van footage from the grooming session, which only deepens my suspicion that something went horribly wrong and she's hiding it. No responsible business owner would ever treat a concerned pet owner this way--especially not after injuring their animal. This company is dangerous. They take no responsibility for the harm they cause and show no compassion whatsoever. The owner has absolutely no business working with animals, let alone running a company that claims to care for them. I pray no one else has to go through what I did. PLEASE STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY!!! They completely destroyed my poor dog. He went in happy and came out acting very off, next day he could not walk and lost complete use of his back legs. I had to rush him to emergency where it cost me $14,000 to get him surgery. I was also forced to give him away because I couldn't afford the rehab for him. I got an attorney but we couldn't prove anything. So I hope this review saves other dogs and owners from having to go through what Monty and myself had to go through. 1 year later, he's walking again, the new owner sends me videos. Ive used dogi's mobile grooming for a while and never really liked that they send a different groomer out every time. They dont know your dog and your dog doesnt know them. The guy they sent today watched me struggle to pick up my dog and put the dog in the van and didnt help - even after I asked for it. Nonetheless, thats not even the reason for the bad review. The groomer put my dog on the floor outside the van without a leash when he was done. My dog ran out of the property and luckily I caught him on the grass before he ran into the street. He blamed me and said the leash was too big (that he didnt even have on him). The truth is he did not know how to put the leash on. Then the owner of the business blamed me for having a leash that was too big - so thats why Im discontinuing service and leaving this bad review. I have never complained about 1 service, and the first complaint is met with resistance, no thanks and good luck. (Also, Im based out of Miami - just using a VPN). read more

I have been looking for a new groomer and was hoping that I found one that I actually liked but I'm disappointed. I like that I was able to schedule an appointment pretty immediately, but I can see why. For the price, this haircut just doesn't cut it. When I dropped my dog off I showed him a cut that I wanted to be similar to my dog. She has been to groomers that have been able to execute a poodle-type cut similar to what I desired. Today was not it. I also felt rushed after the service and felt no sense of customer service. Her cut is uneven and was more of a trim vs a "cut" that I specifically requested. my dog had a grooming appt. when in the van the tech texted me that my dog had fleas. my white dog is treated monthly for flea prevention a long with my cats. tech sent a photo of a speck which he claimed was a flea and requested a flea treatment at an additional cost. i got back a clean dog infested with fleas. never again maybe the van should be cleaned properly in between appointments. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life, but I'm at a loss for words after my recent experience with my dog's grooming. They shaved my 15-year-old cocker spaniel down to his skin, causing him to break out in a heat rash in the middle of a Florida summer. He was incredibly uncomfortable for days, with irritated and itchy skin. I tried to resolve the issue through text--since they don't answer phone calls from upset customers--for over an hour. They even had the audacity to blame me for requesting a haircut. In 15 years, no groomer has ever cut his hair so short that it exposed his skin. It's very disappointing that they didn't apologize, offer a refund, or show any concern for what happened. The last text said he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me, he never did. I asked for a refund and he never replied. Their lack of knowledge on how to groom properly and then their lack of customer service was all very troubling. When I first booked with them I had a great experience but when I went to noon with them the second time they where an hour late and when I went to text them when will someone arrive they told me the groomer called out of work so they won't be able to groom my dog. Which is fine for someone to call out of work but they never keep you informed til you reach out. Fine I left it at that didn't say anything they booked me for another day. That day comes and Again I had to reach out they kept telling me they were busy and I just told me to cancel me because it was already almost the end of the day. So I tried ONE more time to book a third appt and they booked me for this Thursday I texted to make sure the appt was still on being that the last two experiences weren't the great and i didn't want to wait all day being that my appt was early. They didn't respond to my messages and I called and left a message and til this day I haven't received and phone call which brings me back to say that this is so unprofessional. One you guys don't keep your clients updated on what's happen with their appt and you guys don't call back nor care if you loose clients but save your money because they're not worth is. I got the appointment right away and the price was good. But when they said it was only 40-45 minutes I was a little shocked as normally it takes over an hour...now I know why. My dog ended up coming back crying and I thought it was because he was upset about the van and the haircut experience but I think they are just really rough with the animals because he continued crying through out the night and wouldn't walk or lift his paw, he would growl when I tried to touch his neck. WARNING NEW MANAGER HAS TAKEN OVER - TOTAL STAFF TURNOVER - Owners have stepped back letting a new manager take over. Our very favorite grooming service along with our very favorite groomer is no longer our favorite. They've gone with A/I & you'll get multiple text messages that make zero sense. It has become almost impossible to get a human at any of their several phone numbers - answered by some service not an employee - when you do & ask to speak to one of the owners you're told they're not available. We have heard nothing after sending multiple requests to speak to the owners about our last very awful experience including several nicks on our cat - we have given up all hope of every using this company again. Mind you prior to this - for the last 3 years - we ranked them 5 stars - had very responsive owners who got back to you within minutes but they've stepped back - had the best care & treatment. We even recruited other folks in our building to use them.
