no idea what they put in her eyes.. this was 5 minutes after I picked her up
    Filippo V.

My dog left this place with eye damage and a very spotty haircut. It's been 5 hours and she can't open her eye, her tail is half cut and there are a few spots that are clearly not cut on her paws. I would not recommend taking your pet here Update- I took my dog to the vet today, and they found severe trauma to her left eye that has caused an ulcer to form on her cornea. They said this definitely occurred in the past 24 hours. I would not recommend going to this groomer. (Attached is a picture where you can see the massive scratch on her cornea in grey)

Had a really bad experience with my Yorkie Lola last Saturday. They basically ripped one nail of her paws. And they didn't even let us know, not until I saw blood coming from her paw and when I called the groomer that's when they told me that the groomer had an accident when cutting her nails. I've been to Neo pet spa a few times before. But changed groomer due to the attitude of personal in there. For more than one year she's been with another groomer and NEVER had a problem with her nails when cutting them. I wanted to give Neo pet spa another chance but I made a mistake. I can't imagine the pain of my little dog. Never again

I took my dog with her own shampoo so that they could cut her hair and shower her. The reason she want with her own shampoo is due to the fact that she has a skin problem. The only thing they did was cut her hair and did not bother to even shower her!! Is this what I paid for? The following picture is of my shirt full of her hair because they didn't shower her. This is also another picture of the bathtub full of hair.

I've taken my dog to this place before and everything was fine. But today I took him there (it took 4 hours to get him back) and both of his eyes were blood shot and very bothersome to him. I didn't see it until I got in the car so I even tipped them. I put some eye drops in but I hope my dog is okay. It has been 4 hours and his eye is finally not bright red anymore ( picture is from now). I will not coming back here. The hair cut came out fine though. The other dog who I saw was being groomed there was yelping in pain as his hair was being yanked out of his ear.

If you zoom in you can see a church of my dogs tongue missing.

I give this place a 0. I took my dog in from grooming in December. I was called that my dog was ready and no soft had advice me that there had been an incident. Apparently while grooming my dog they cut a piece of her tongue and it was non stop bleeding for 3 days. It took over 3 weeks to completely heal. Calle the owner múltiples times. Finally reached him. Nothing was done. Do not bring your dog here.

Well since my daddy hasn't given me a Yelp account (wait isn't that what pups do, Yelp!?) I'm going to wite about my spaw day at Neo Pet. My dad gets his paws trimmed next door https://www.yelp.com/biz/neo-nails-miami and I had to get pwetty for a doggy party the next day. Stephanie went right to work giving me a bath with good water and spray, trimmed my fur and my nails so I don't scratch dad or gwandma's furniture. Another thing I like is that when Stephanie was finished I didn't have to go back to a scawey cage. They have a room with lots of windows where I can play with other doggies or see dad when he comes in! Stephanie also didn't mind posing me for pictures so daddy can put on the inter webs. This place also sells doggy toys and food fishers. He actually brought me back a new toy today since he was out at some night club the other day and I had to eat from my plate, like a dog! The moment the clerk told me my dog is loosing hair , I should had run the other way but I give it try . They have absolutely no knowledge of hairy hairless Chinesse Cresteds. No only the cut is terrible , the shaving also , her skin is super dry with patches that did not got shave but the amount of perfume on the dog made me literally sick . There are tons of videos on YouTube about how to Groming HHCC. I feel like crying when i saw her. Wont b coming back

The girls are lazy and do bad job don't go to this place and are over priced they quote you one price and charge more

My dog is dog aggressive and had never been to the groomer before this. Ivy is a 5 year old, 45lb blue-heeler mix. My partner and I just moved to Miami from Tucson, AZ where we previously only took Ivy to self wash dog washes. We called Neo Pet Spa and they let us know they could accommodate Ivy by keeping other dogs separate and were welcoming of her being a larger dog. Ivy got a bath, her teeth brushed, ears cleaned and nails clipped all for $50 and she got a super cute collar for free with her name on it. The staff were friendly and helpful, very understanding of all of Ivy's weird quirks. She will be going back for her next bath here for sure!

Town and Country cut on a 6lb teacup poodle

I tried Neo Pet Spa because I've been to their nail salon a couple times and I was a little fed up with PetSmart after my dogs last grooming. I have a teacup poodle with very coarse thick hair and she tangles very easily and hates getting her hair combed lol. They had to demat her in order to give her the cut that I wanted. It was a bit pricey at $1 per minute but she came out looking like a new dog. I appreciate how much time they spent making sure she looked exactly like the picture I showed them. I'll definitely be back!

I'm a mommy of a 2 month old havanese and I was extremely scared to take her anywhere! but decided to give this place a shot, because out of almost 10 places I called they were the most nicest patient and calm. I work at a law firm 10 mins away so it was perfect! I asked for wash/ dry, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning and nail clipping. They did an amazing job except they did anal cleaning and I asked not too. she was honest and apologized proceeded with explaining the process and Made me calmer about the situation. Regardless of that misshape everything else went amazing. They did a super b job on Pochii. Finally they gave me a customized collar!!! I loved it!! Unfortunately didn't notice It fell before I got in my car :( hopefully I can get a new one next time This is now the only place I'm taking her from now on Would recommend to anyone reading this post :)

They explained that the dogs play all day, have activities, are separated by temperament, and that puppies are carefully monitored. This gave me peace of mind since I had concerns about his joints, breaks, and being around larger dogs since he's just a baby. When I dropped him off, the man at the desk was also professional and explained that Murphy would receive a temperament assessment around lunchtime, and I'd get a call afterward with an update. He said I could either pick Murphy up then or leave him longer depending on how things went. Unfortunately, I never received a call or text. When I finished work and called them, the woman who answered was short and unenthusiastic -- she simply said, "Oh yeah, we have Murphy. He's in with the dogs, he's fine." Her tone left me uneasy. When I arrived, I found Murphy sitting off to the side in the large dog area, panting and looking unhappy. The dogs in the group were very large, and one was jumping excessively on top of other dogs (I'm talking like a kangaroo. 6ft in the air. The dog should be named jelly bean). Murphy, normally playful and confident, seemed timid and off. To make things worse, he was completely soaked -- his belly, legs, tail, everything. The floor of the play area was covered in large puddles of liquid, and while the staff member tried to tell me it was just "water from the hose," it was clearly urine. Once home, it was undeniable from the smell that he had been sitting and lying in urine (possibly mixed with feces). I was told dogs are only walked once a day and use a grass area outside. From what I saw, the indoor space has no toys or stimulation, and the floors are left wet with urine throughout the day. This means the dogs are essentially playing and laying in filth for hours. I left with Murphy timid, drenched in urine, and completely unlike his normal happy self. When I raised concerns, I was met with a dismissive response rather than care or reassurance. While I was in the lobby, I actually asked other people dropping off their dogs if they would recommend this place, since I was so concerned. To my surprise, they said they would. So perhaps some dogs are less sensitive to the environment, need less enrichment, or hygiene isn't as much of a concern to their owners. It's possible I caught the facility on a bad day. I am grateful this was a free trial because I would not have paid for such substandard care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be bringing Murphy back. I sincerely hope the facility improves its sanitation, communication, and oversight, because the way the dogs are kept now is unacceptable. - I felt providing an update on this review is important for anyone considering bringing their pup to DogTown. After I picked Murphy up from daycare and wrote my initial review, he slept for hours and hours. When he finally woke up, he had developed a severe limp in his front leg. The limp worsened, and he ended up at the vet today. Thankfully, there are no broken bones, but the vet believes it's either a soft tissue injury or a hairline fracture. This almost certainly came from the rough play that's allowed at Dog Town, as Murphy had no issues prior and had just been cleared at the vet the week before during routine vaccines. My poor 5-month-old puppy is now on pain medication and sedation so we can keep him practically on bed rest while we hope his injury heals on its own. The vet also noticed a growth on his lip, which is canine papilloma virus. While I can't say with 100% certainty that it came from here, research shows it's commonly spread in dog daycare and boarding facilities, and the timing makes it very possible. With both of these things, I truly wish I could rate this place negative five stars.

On one stay, my dog was actually bitten by another dog. The only thing they offered was a 10% discount, which barely touched my $800 bill. It didn't feel like they took the situation seriously at all. 2. They also signed me up for their membership to give me some small perk, and when I tried canceling it a month later, it turned into a whole ordeal. I had to reach out multiple times just to get it taken care of, which was ridiculous. 3. And then recently, I booked a short stay on a Monday and wasn't told it was non-refundable. When I asked for a refund two days later, the owner wouldn't give it and only offered credit. I explained that I've already had several issues with them, but it didn't seem to matter. The lack of transparency was on their end, yet I was the one stuck with the loss. At this point, I honestly regret ever bringing my dogs here. The owners seem more interested in sticking to their policies than actually listening to customers or owning up to their mistakes.

Most recently my husband dropped off our dog and also gave them a bottle of medicated shampoo we'd purchased from our vet, as our pup has some mild skin allergies. When I picked him up I didn't need to remind them about the shampoo; they had it set aside for me to take and even placed it in a large plastic bag since it had some shampoo residue on it. She then checked her screen and gave me the groomer's notes about the dog's behavior during this visit and the fact that they did see signs of his skin allergy while bathing and grooming him. The grooming and services we requested came to about $80 with gratuity. The only slight downsides to this place are that I had some difficulty finding it, as it's not well marked and is kind of tucked in next to the entrance to one of the large condo buildings. Also, the parking situation is not always the best. I was lucky to find an open streetside Pay by Phone space a few blocks away, but that's not always an easy feat.
