We were looking for a new dog groomer in the area and was excited to see such great reviews here. I…read morecalled and tried to make an appointment and person answering the phone did not speak English (which is fine - I don't care about that), but I was hoping there was someone else who could help me make an appointment. Unfortunately I had to ask my boyfriend to call again since he speaks Spanish, and was surprised to hear that for a 10 pound short hair Italian greyhound it would cost $40. In Wynwood where the prices are 3x the price of anything in Kendall, our groomer charged $25. It would have been nice to have pricing listed online or ability to book online without calling. The price makes sense for a long haired dog like a golden doodle, but seems steep for anything with shorter.

She has a beautifully outfitted and immaculate van, and was able to park just outside my building, (tho it would've been fine with me if she'd had to park elsewhere.) Emily has a lovely and professional manner that instills confidence, and she will listen to and discuss your preferences with you, (as ideally, all groomers should). I don't have my own before and after handy, but I recommend that you find her on Instagram to see her excellent work. Unfortunately, pro grooming is no longer within my budget (I paid $125 in the fall 2023), but fortunately, I've always liked to work on my poodles... tho I'll never come close to Emily's meticulousness and artistry ~ Obviously, I HIGHLY recommend her. Fwiw, had one experience with Petco, and though less expensive, was too costly for the store environment and inferior work, which doesn't even come close to Emily's. I'm so glad we found Emily at All Paws. It's not easy to find a groomer for a Bichon Frise! She…read morehelped us figure out the right schedule that works for us. Every 3 weeks she sees him and hand cuts (I need to be diligent with my combing in between appointments- that's the life of a Bichon owner!) she is always there when she says she will be. She has to give us an approximate range of time due to traffic and the parking situation. The only tricky part is that we have to schedule our afternoon to be there because she is not able to leave her truck to pick him up from our apartment.-but she can be flexible if we need to move the timing for some reason. My pup loves his grooming appointments! He is always very pleased with himself after his grooming! I wish she did big dogs too!

This whole experience has been so intense, so having someone who's willing to guide you while also providing so many of the services needed, helps so much! Pachanga is thriving! We get a lot of her stuff at Good Boy and I wouldn't have it any other way!!! Also, the amount of research and integrity as well as ethics that are taken into consideration for the products carried at Good Boy, should be reason enough to come check them out!!
