This is for PetsHotel overnight stay and daycamp: We have been taking our two dogs here for the past two years since we moved here. We use them when we go on vacations and cannot bring our pooches. Pros: friendly and animal loving staff. My dogs get so excited in the parking lot and they go directly to the petshotel area of the store when we step in. The dogs are healthy when they return home. Cons: Pricey. We are moving to another state and was happy to have found out that there is a petshotel right down the road. read more

This used to be my go-to Petsmart because it was the only one local to Cerritos, but now that there's one at the Cerritos Town Center, I rarely walk into this location anymore. Great selection of animals toys, snacks, food, necessities etc. I'm the type that purchases Natural Balance and Blue Buffalo for my pets and those are two brands you will not find at Walmart for sure. Food sold at stores like Walmart is like fast food for animals! This store doesn't seem as clean and inviting in comparison the the Cerritos location, but nonetheless they always carry what I need. =D read more

This was one of my favorite Petsmart to visit to buy food and treats for my two dogs. I called into the store yesterday August 15 to inquire on availability for grooming. I could have went in at 1130 but due to another appointment I had I decided the 16th would be better. They called me three times yesterday to confirm my dog's grooming appointment. I arrived at 9am Thursday August 16, 2018 to have my dog's groomed, told them what I wanted and left. They said they'll call in approximately 3 hours, as soon as I pulled up to my house they're calling me to tell me they couldn't cut my puppies hair because he tried to bite them and to hyper. I have a 10 year old pug mix and 9 month old yorkie poo. I told them i'll be right there to pick them up, I am very disappointed that I could not have my dog's groomed by a "professional" at Petsmart. And the inconvenience of my day, I've had my puppy cut a few times the last was Petsmart in Seal Beach and you mean to tell me you or no one else could cut my dog's hair? I did speak to the Manager to Express my frustration and how I would not be returning and will be going to Petco instead. I believe the lady Monica didn't want to be bothered with a puppy or my dog just didn't like her. But as far as having your customer leave without getting the service they came for is terrible customer service. read more

Made an appointment to take my dog to be groomed this morning. Ten minutes after dropping her off I got a call from PetSmart that they could not groom her because she was scratching on a door which could be dangerous if she gets her nails caught on the door. They said I have to pick her up, make an "express" appointment so she wouldn't have to wait. Why would I have to wait? I made the appointment and arrived on time. Furthermore, why would my dog have to wait in a place that is clearly unsafe? She is little dog who is scared to be left by herself in a strange place. As far as scratching a door, she goes to get groomed so she can get her nails trimmed. What's wrong with these people? The lesson is do not go to petsmart unless you have a perfectly behaved dog with no nails. read more

Very disappointed in the Long Beach Pethotel. We have to assume that our dog didn't sleep well while there. When we picked her up she was a bit lethargic and kept that way until she got a good night's sleep at home. Disappointed because we upgraded to a suite that was supposed to be more comfortable for her. She caught kennel cough while she was there - she came down with symptoms a few days later even though she's been vaccinated. read more

I'm only giving this location two stars because they did a good job at cleaning my puppy. I paid for a claw trim and they didn't do it, but because I paid upfront, they still got paid for it. I was not too crazy about this location and would not bring my German shepherd back here. They flagged my puppy due to the fact he was 12 weeks old and barked at the dryer when he was getting groomed. Because they flagged him, I am unable to take him to any PetSmart for any grooming services. If you are going to PetSmart for grooming or doggy day camp, I would suggest the Cerritos location. The staff there is much more friendly with your dog. read more

We took our 16 year old male cat to be boarded for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. I asked to see the enclosure where he would be kept, and was dismayed that I was NOT ALLOWED behind the CLOSED DOOR. What was PetSmart hiding? I asked what the dimensions were, but the employee just waved his arms and said "about like that window, behind the glass, where another cat is using the litter box" There was no time to find another cattery as it was 8 p.m. and we had to leave next morning for our flight. When we collected him 4 nights later he was extremely agitated, crying and howling in his carrier all the way home. And panicking - trying to claw his way out of the carrier. This NEVER happened before. Once home he drank water and immediately vomited it up. It took him two hours to calm down. We will never know what happened to him during his 4 night stay, but he was terrified. This is a cat who never makes a sound when being driven to the vet or a boarding cattery. He has crossed the Atlantic twice. He spent 4 hours in his carrier being driven by me to the airport, all without the slightest sound or protest. He is normally friendly and outgoing. We will NEVER EVER leave him alone with a PetSmart employee again. Pet owners BEWARE - if you can't inspect the place where your pet will kept, they are evidently not proud of it. read more

This review is for the PetsHotel. Since my cat was a kitten, I have been bringing her here to stay whenever I go out of town. The staff here is ALWAYS friendly, no matter how busy they are (especially around the holidays when things seem to get crazy). I feel like they put my mind at ease when I have to leave my kitty!! I always call to check in on her at least once or twice as well, and they're always really nice and give me a report (either bad or good, which I like because I know they're not just making all good things up. I know my cat has an attitude problem!!) The only reason I'm taking one star off is that I feel that the "kitty cottages" are a little bit small. I know cats don't need a whole lot of space, but I wish they had just a bit more room to play in. I guess I take comfort in the fact that all cats get indivdual TLC time 2x per day. The ladies there always give a report card for my cat's stay, and she seems to act normally when we get home (after the general trauma of having to go in the car!! haha). I would recommend this PetsHotel to anyone looking for a reputable place to take their cat while they're away on an extended vacation!! read more

If I can choose s negative 0, I would. They are the worst groomers in the world. They cannot handle a dog that is in distress. They left my dog with pee and poop all over him. Yet I took him somewhere else, and he did just fine. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! read more

Took my puppy here to be groomed. The absolute worst grooming job ever! He was completely uneven and choppy. They gave him a style I didn't ask for and I ended up having to fix it myself when I got home. Complete waste of money! Will stick to petco from now on! read more

Its been newly renovated with a pooch training area, existing Banfield Pet Hospital (kudos), and a Pet "effing" Hotel. Bo Dog was runnin low on grub, nutro Ultra.... So i ran down there to pick up a 40lb sack. Never fails....the customers there always know when I go, because the avg. time for me to wait in line is 10-15 mins every bloody time. Im talkin about the customers that have no clue why they came there in the first place. These are people that have pet food coupons bulging outta their purses & wallets. Two Lines are open. Each one has 3 customers. I opt for the shortest line of the two. Im second in line now, and this 40something lady is swiping her credit card. Lady: (Swipe) BEEEEEP Cashier: Can you please do it again? Lady: (Swipe) BEEEEEP Cashier: Are you swiping it correctly? Please try one more time. Lady: (Swipe) BEEEEEEP!!!!!!! I dont know why its rejecting my debit card. I just deposited money today. I swear it should work damn it. (Swipe) BEEEEEEP!!!!! Cashier: Here ma'am.... Let me try..... (SWIPE.... APPROVED).... Uh Ma'am, please press "CREDIT" next time. This is a visa card. Not a Debit Card. Lady; Oh jeeeez...I cant believe i just did that... Staff friendly and knowledgeable, store clean, prices are somewhat high, they either have what you are looking for or not, will return.

They are pretty well stocked. Petsmart usually only have one sex for their small animals this site has girls. They have a Pet Hotel, Grooming, and Classes available here. read more

3.5 stars. Friendly staff, good selection and convenient services here (grooming, pet hotel, pet daycare, pet training and a Banfield pet hospital). Okay prices. Pet food selection not as extensive as at the Signal Hill store, something one of the staff admitted. read more

I always come here for great deals on my dogs food, toys, and treats. Usually grooming is around $65 at most places but here another great deal was offered for $40 I got Lucy groomed, haircut, brush, bath and nails clipped. Great people and service. My dog was happy the whole time. Will be going back again. Only thing is I believe they bathed her before haircut. Now I have a lot of loose dog hair and they missed a few spots but no biggy. Still would recommend and come back as long as my Lucy loo is happy there (: read more

This review is for the Pet Hotel/Day Camp. Love them both. Have taken my sometimes wild puppy to the hotel and she has come back exhausted and happy. She has a great time at day camp as well and gets plenty of socializing in with other dogs. They feed her and give her plenty of water and I feel comfortable every time I take her. Here's to more good experiences at Petsmart! read more

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, Bianca was the cashier checking us out and she was absolutely rude. My family and I came in 5 minutes before closing, and as soon as we walked in she immediately advised us that they were closing. I understood right away since I myself work in retail, I told her we knew what we were getting and that it would take us 2 minutes. We got our stuff and headed to the register. When we were paying we missed understood the promotion and she said " it says buy 4 get 1 free if you buy a bag of dry food, you can go back and read it again or what you don't understand English?" We did not appreciate the tone of her voice and most definitely not her comment about us not understanding English, this is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we had ever encounter, if it wasn't for the fact that our dogs need food, we wouldn't have bothered giving business to this location. we decided to just get a set of cans instead of what we wanted originally and get out of there. her face gestures during the payment process were disturbing She kept rolling her eyes and at the end just said to us that her coworker would let us out. We will never come back to this store, and we will make sure everyone we know doesn't either. We run a foster home for puppies and we rely on petsmart to buy everything we need. How can a nation wide brand hire such ignorant Individuals who will discriminate their customers for mistaking a promotion? We are proud of our Hispanic roots and we will not allow this kind of disrespect. We also find it pretty weird that after we were literally rushed out, they let another customer in. This happened 5/7/17 at 6:55-7:05. Bianca was the cashier 407324. read more

We needed a good place to take our dog and wanted a place that our dog would feel comfortable and well-cared for and safe. We adopted her from a local shelter just about two months before we needed to board her, so it we did a lot of research into what would be best for her. We found several fine places in Long Beach/Lakewood (CA) area, but after thinking about what would work best for her we decided on PetsMart Hotel. We went into the Hotel at the Towne Center and talked with the Hotel Staff members a few times and got a lot of information on how everything works. I took in the Vaccination record ahead of time and got that all cleared. We wanted to bring her bed and two toys that she is very fond of and we did that. We also wanted to bring in our Dry Food for our dog and they said that would be fine. I put the dry food in baggies (with some treats included in each bag) so that her food would be easy to give to her. We gave the staff three cell phone numbers we could be reached at and they said they would definitely call if they needed to. Also, they said we could call and check on our dog anytime. I called twice and it seemed all was going fine. I really appreciated the staff's wonderful approach to taking care of us--as well as our dog. They were so patient with all of our concerns and questions. Our dog was there for six nights and she did fine. I think i was more nervous than our dog was by far!! I also like that the staff kept a daily record of what they and she did. Also, just before we took her to the Hotel, our Vet prescribed a medication for her and the staff did a beautiful job of administering it and we appreciated that too. In addition, when we went to pick our dog up, the staff member with her daily record for us offered to wash her bed and toys-I was so surprised they would do that. So, they did! I picked the bed and toys up the next day and sure enough-they did need washing and they looked like new. We are so grateful for the care all of us received at the PetsMart Hotel. And we will go again when we need the PetsMart Hotel for our dog. Thanks to all of the staff. read more

I've had my little one stay at the Pet Hotel several times and the staff has always been amazing! The staff is extremely well trained and very attentive to my pet. It's a tough choice to determine who is going to take care of any loved one, pets are no exception. This location is my choice. read more

Their selection of pet care products and food products is really nice, and most of their employees are really nice too. Some of them, however, talk to you like you're stupid or the scum of the earth for not knowing everything about pet care. I never personally brought my dogs in to the grooming place, and I wouldn't want to based on how I saw their employees there treating pets. They're pretty violent with them and the dogs pull away from them when they're being bathed enough that it causes the collars the employees use to tie them up to choke the animals. I'll still be going there to purchase food and pet care products because it's close to my house but that's about it. read more

I have placed my 3 dogs for over night stays at this facility in the past and had a great experience. Today I called to make another week stay for them and spoke with Danielle who was NOT pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately this experience is forcing me to choose another location or even different place to have my pets stay. For 3 dogs and a full weeks stay they are losing out on a lot of money. read more

Do not board cats at the pet hotel here. They put our cats in the wrong cages, gave medication to wrong cat, making him really sick, and did not open the door connecting their cages so the cats could be together. They also did not give the cats the blankets we left with them, and the cats were more stressed out than when they come back from the vet. Maybe they're better with dogs, but I would never board a cat here again if it was free. read more

most petsmart locations aren't too busy nowadays. I was in the area and decided to come into here. I always check expiration dates whenever I buy anything and luckily I did. there were a couple of stuff I ran into that had best by dates that were 6 months past...maybe that's why there were alot of reduced pricing. some things were okay. just be sure to pay attention. I believe that items close to their dates should be reduced prices, while things past their dates should be removed off the shelves..especially if they're more than 6 months old. read more

Okay, as an owner of a private grooming salon, I'm a bit bitter about my experience as a beginning bather/brusher at corporate Petsmart. NEVER would you have found a young woman more eager to become the most dedicated, hard working groomer! I first applied to work at the Torrance location, where I sat with the manager who did nothing but downplay the job, acting as if it were the most disgusting job on the planet, while gauking at me up and down as if I was not "fit" for the job. I never got a call back. So I decided to call the regional manager and beg for a job. He recommended I go in for an interview at the Long Beach location. I worked like a dog (no pun) for 6 months (the necessary breaking-in period before they send interested individuals to their grooming school) all the while begging to be sent to grooming school. I easily covered for absentees, and took on the brunt of the work while other bather/brushers came and went, quitting, calling in sick or not showing up at all for work! I kissed royal butt in hopes that I'd be sent to school. Apparently, our salon wasn't doing enough business to accommodate the amount of groomers we already had, and they're always in desperate need of bather/brushers who will work just has hard as the groomers for minimum wage. We also had a nice little incentive given to us that when we scored a 100% on a secret shop (secret shoppers are paid to come in and go through a series of checklist criteria to judge the performance of employees), our GM would buy us lunch. Well, not only did I not get my lunch, but I wasn't even aware that I had been secret shopped and scored a 100 % until one of my fellow groomers told me! Our salon manager was always off hanging out in her car with the GM, or just missing in action from the salon. She hardly ever groomed, and she was hardly ever in the salon! After 6 months, when my managers still refused to send me to grooming school, I quit, and found a job as a veterinary assistant which paid for my grooming school. As far as I'm concerned, PetSmart abuses and under appreciates their hard working dedicated employees while promoting the lazy rude ones to management! read more

I would like to complain about services at PetSmart PetsHotel (store#112) located at 7631 Carson Blvd. Long Beach, California 90808. I boarded my 2 dogs at this PetsHotel from July 5-9, 2015. I really have a bad experience with the staffs and I swear I would never board my dogs at this store, if not any PetSmart PetsHotel again. I went to the store to make a reservation on June21 (2 weeks before the boarding dates) because I was afraid about limited availability due to long holiday weekend. At the front desk, I talked to a young African-American staff (I couldn't remember her name). I told her that I would like to board my dogs from July 5-9. Without checking the computer, She told me right away that no space available during that time because of the 4th of July. My wife told her that there might be some spaces available because our dates were after the 4th of July. So, she checked her computer and later told me that there were spaces available. If we didn't told her to double check, we would not have our dogs boarded here. Moreover, this young lady should be working at the front desk because she doesn't have a welcome face to customers. She never smiles or speaks nice (even though she doesn't speak rude). She doesn't make customer feel welcomed or feel like a valued customer. On July 5th, the date I checked my dogs in, the very same African-American staff was working at the front desk again along with another young female staff. I completed all the required paperwork and instructed her and another staff about how to feed my dogs. The front desk girl wrote it all down what I said. I gave her a bag of dog food, a bag of dog treats, and another bag of dog treats that I cut into small pieces. I instructed them to mix the small dog treats that I cut into the dog food because my dogs don't eat plain dog food alone. I told her that my wife and I will be out of the country and will not be able to take any phone calls. In case of emergency, I put my phone numbers of my friend and my cousin on the paperwork. I also requested that I prefer PetSmart to email me directly if they need to. I put my email address on the paperwork. The front desk girl said okay. On July 9th, my wife went to pick up the dogs. The same front desk girl told my wife that, during their stay, our dogs didn't eat much and hadn't pooped for 3 days, so they were brought to see a vets from Banfield (inside the store). The vets gave them medicine to soften the poop and that costed me $200 extra beside the boarding fee. The front desk girl said she (or with other staffs) tried to call me but couldn't reach me and couldn't leave a message. Okay, fine, may be she can't remember I said I was out of the country. She also said she called both my friend and my cousin and couldn't reach them. However, I checked with both of them and they confirmed no one from PetSmart ever called them. When I asked why she didn't email me, the front desk girl said PetSmart doesn't contact petowners via email. Great! Why didn't she said so at the beginning!!!!!! I noticed that the small pieces of dog treats that I requested to mix with dog food was still in the same amount when I first gave to the staffs on the check-in date. I believe the staff didn't follow my instruction. I believe they didn't mix it with dog food and that's why my dogs didn't eat their food which resulted in no poop from my dogs. The dog treat remained in the same amount. The staffs obviously didn't feed my dogs as instructed. When my dogs got home, they were so dehydrated and starved. They drank a lot of water and ate their food hungrily. I don't mind if my dogs will be treated if they're sick during their boarding. I'm willing to pay for my dogs. However, I'm convinced that I had to pay another $200 for my dogs to be treated because PatSmart PetsHotel staffs didn't take care my dogs properly as instructed. When my wife pointed this out to the staffs, she saw that the staffs didn't want to take the blame, especially the front desk girl. They all have attitude!!! I noticed that most staffs at this store are young people, and I don't believe that young people have enough responsibility and take their job seriously. I'm extremely disappointed with this boarding and will never ever use PetsMart PetsHotel service again. read more

I took my dog here once, NEVER AGAIN. I stayed to watch them because it was the first time, I don't trust people I don't know. I watched one groomer pulling on a dogs legs while it was standing on it's hind legs. Anyway, when I picked up my dog she had razor burn tracks all over her body. I then spoke to the manager about it and he took my dog to Banfield that is inside the Petsmart. He came out and said that my dog had an allergic reaction to something, I THINK NOT. These were obviously razor burns I have seen them on my head when I shave my head. I will never take my dog to this place again. read more

Do NOT take your pets to this dog hotel!!! The workers there are scamming customers!! We had several good experiences here and friendly service at first, and we spent a lot of money here paying for little extras like day care play and treats, but then we were hit with a nasty surprise ... The last time we used this place, staff there said our dogs had blood in their pee (something that always happens a little from stress when we go away on trips, and something that always clears up within a day or two). Although it was never an issue before, the manager there, Ashley, called to say they were taking one of the dogs to the vet. When we said that was ridiculous and told her we would not allow it or pay for an emergency vet visit that wasn't needed, we were forced to have a friend pick up the animals early. This was a huge inconvenience. The manager did not apologize or offer us any discount on the stay there. The animals had no blood in their pee before we left or when they were picked up. We were fortunate that someone could pick them up for us or we would have likely had a huge vet bill and our pet would have been subjected to unnecessary treatment. We will never bring our animals here again! Please don't support this business or it could ruin your vacation and cost you hundreds of dollars! read more

This review is exclusively for the services offered: grooming, boarding and doggy day camp. The people on the floor are awesome, if overpriced. When we first started coming here, this place, options and services were awesome. Over the last year we have seen a decline in those services. As soon as the grooming switched to online booking (great idea), there has been problems. Workers complain about booking, calling me repeatedly hoping to reschedule, because either it's "too much" or they don't want to work, not sure. In any case, continually disrupting my day. Ultimately, this last time, my dog didn't get groomed properly, and I was still harassed to pick up my golden doodle, the most innocuous dog right away. Similarly, the doggy day camp also reported problems. He wasn't doing anything specific, he was just rowdy, so we put him in time out. Huh? I get it, you don't want to work. I get it, you're corporate, and you get so many people, so many old ladies, you don't have to work that hard for your business. I get it, you are lazy, and don't make enough money. So unless you are a little old lady, with a bichon or Maltese, stay away. Try the Rover app for dog boarding or day care. Try Wag. Try Go Fetch in Belmont Shores. Don't settle for mediocrity, constant bickering and complaining. Don't go where inept people can't do their jobs, and panic and call you frantically throughout the day. Go to places where people want your business, and actually LIKE animals. read more

I brought my baby girl here for a 3 day stay. I hardly write bad reviews but I HAVE to share my recent visit. First off, Petsmart Hotels do not honor "written" in immunization records from your vet. They need an actual printout (I found out the hard way). With that said, I was worried that they wouldnt accept her, however, they made an exception as I was leaving that night so they took her and placed her in a separate room and called her vet the following morning to verify if her shots were current (which she is). They would call me the following morning to give me status otherwise, if she isn't current, then they'd take her over to their vet and administer the shots with fee. Around 12 noon the next day, I received a voice message saying that they called her vet and was told the only shot she has was rabies and that she will be getting her shots today by their vet. I was in total shock that I called them back immediately. As soon as I got a hold of Tiffany, I explained that this was absurd and there must be a mistake but her response was the same. So I hung up and called our vet and explained to them what was happening. My vet told me that they NEVER receive a call from anyone at Petsmart. As soon as heard that, I saw RED. I called Tiffany back and demanded to speak to her supervisor, Ashley. Ashley was rude and not helpful. I asked her what vet did they call and she gave me the wrong information. I told her that was inccorect and I specifically wrote down her vet's information yet they called someplace else!?! She then placed me on hold and I kept getting transferred around. At the same time, I still had no information about my baby girl and if she received new shots, etc. All I was told was she was being transported. It was obvious they were trying to pull some sort of scam! I wad beyond angry b/c I was placed on hold for over 25 mins until a sales rep informed me that Petsmart Hotels telephone lines were down. REALLY?! The sales rep apologized and said she would find Ashley and have her call me back. After what seemed like forever, Ashley called me back and told me our vet verified her shots and she will be transported back to her room. Never once, did I hear an apology from Ashley or Tiffany. My trip was not pleasant since I worried about her daily. I came back a day early just to get her out of there. I will definitely not bring her back. read more

As far as the products ... It's an average pet store ... Not much to say about that. But this review is for the grooming. If you can avoid petsmart grooming... Please do. I took my skittish rescue dog there for her first groom, they were extremely cold, not really rude... Just not polite or personable at all. I dropped my pup off and about 25 min later they were done. They called and I came strait back to get her. She was horribly shakey and couldn't get out of the groomers hands fast enough literally jumping at me. I didn't think much of this given her skittish behavior. The second time I went in my dog was shaking again, and I just had a bad feeling. I asked a question to clarify the timing of when she would be done. Got an answer, and when I questioned the answer (which could have easily been a misunderstanding on my part) every single person in the grooming station ganged up on me and literally yelled their personal comments/opinions at me... keep in mind this was a scheduling question... No big deal AT ALL! Needless to say after all the scoffs and eye rolling I asked them to retrieve my pup from the kennel in the back, and I found a new groomer. read more

First of all the guinea's were stuffed into a small glass cage and the bedding was so filthy that it was compressed, not loose at all. They had poop all in there food. When i asked an employee if i could see them, as soon as he opened the back of the cage it stunk of pee! All the guinea pigs looked sick there eyes were watery and pee was foggy:( its quite concerning! I will be writing there corporate office regarding this. THESE ANIMALS ARE BEING NEGLECTED!!! I worked at PetSmart for 4 years and was NEVER allowed to turn a customer down with a price change. Proof or not, it was a 'NO NO' in my managers eyes. Sadly, my mom was turned down by an associate. I was pretty surprised. Besides that, PetSmart has come a pretty long way from when I left (4 yrs ago) not in the best ways though. This one in particular was intense. You can cut the tension with a knife. The girl watching the dogs at the PetHotel had the most disgusted look on her face. I had actually never been here until yesterday, thinking it wasn't any different than the Petco across town, but I was really impressed with Petsmart (so much so that I'd even be willing to once again navigate the annoying Towne Center parking lot in order to return). The place is huge, amazingly well-stocked, and remarkably clean. The employees maybe aren't the awesome knowledgeable pet lovers you'd find staffing a smaller place like Wiskers on 2nd street, but they're at least a few notches above the surly teenagers working at Petco. I loved the little "Pet Hotel" attached to the store - it actually looks like a real hotel lobby! Awww! (As you can tell I'm a bit of a sucker for this kind of cutesy stuff.) They also have a full-service groomer, though it doesn't look quite as frilly and pamper-y as some of the smaller, independent groomers around town, but I'm sure they'll do in a pinch (and I'm also sure they're a lot cheaper). And they have a vet, though he wasn't open when I was there. The reptile cages looked very clean, and the little green guys inside looked happy. The guinea pigs looked very clean and were frolicking merrily. The bird cages were remarkably clean and didn't smell at all, which is pretty impressive given the amount of parakeets fluttering around in a few of the big cages. As for what I came for: The dog toy selection was above average. The dog grooming aisle was amaaaaaaaazing, they had doggie shampoos to rival the (human) beauty supply. I was very impressed. My little dude's gonna smell like green apples! They also have a section where it looks like they have some dogs and cats up for adoption, who appear to be rescues, so, yay for not supporting puppy mills! read more

I started coming to PetSmart for my MaltiPom's grooming and my English Bulldogs nail trimming and all I can say is,they are amazing! Super nice and they really care about my dogs. The groomers are always welcoming and truly have a passion in their work. My little guy loves to spin in circles when he is nervous and drive groomers INSANE! At PetSmart, they handle his nervous tick like a pro. He is never afraid to be dropped off and loves to be taken to the back. Great place! read more
