The moment I walked in, I immediately had a really good feeling about this place!…read more You can truly tell how much care and thought has gone into everything -- from the clean and spacious environment to all the little details. There's plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play comfortably. What made me feel the most reassured is that they don't just "keep" the dogs there -- they actually spend time playing with them, observing their behavior, and caring about their emotions. If your dog wants to socialize and play with other dogs, they do require proof of vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. They also do a simple temperament test (around 20 minutes), which honestly made me feel they're super responsible and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of every dog. As pet owners, the hardest part about traveling isn't the distance -- it's worrying whether our fur babies are truly being cared for. At Dogden, you really get a sense of peace of mind. They understand dogs so well. It's not just boarding -- they treat every dog like a little kid and care for them with so much love and attention. When the dogs are happy, the owners can finally relax too Now I can travel without constantly worrying about my little baby at home

I appreciated that they take time to understand each dog's personality -- mine is pretty social, so group play worked well, but it's nice they also offer more private options. The turf and overall setup feel very clean, and there's no overwhelming smell, which I've experienced elsewhere. Staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt comfortable leaving my dog there. Overall, a reliable option for daycare or boarding.

As he settled in my home, he became increasingly aggressive towards other people -- friends, family, and strangers alike, whether in the home or outside of the home. Sully was even aggressive towards my husband, and it felt like I was at a loss. I needed to do something before he actually ended up hurting someone. After explaining what was happening with Sully with the organization I was fostering from, they said they would need to put him down for the safety of the community. I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to keep him and find professional help. This is where John came in. After doing research online, I came across his Yelp page, where there were raving reviews of him helping aggressive dogs, so I took a chance. On his first day meeting John, Sully growled, hissed, and lunged at John. Sully tried to bite both him and me. John spent about an hour with me explaining what was going to happen and some training basics, and honestly, it was hard for me to focus because I was so nervous of Sully hurting someone in the moment. John was very patient, and showed me 5x how to hold a leash properly because I just couldn't focus from nervousness. I've never seen Sully so aggressive, and John explained it's because it was the first time someone was checking him and keeping him in his place. Sully stayed with John for a little over two weeks, and in that time, they went on ADVENTURES. I mentioned to John that Sully was afraid of water, aggressive with strangers, and other very specific things, and John made sure to tackle all of them. He sent me pictures and videos of his adventures throughout their time together. They went on a ferry, hiked to a waterfall, and so so much more. When there was a concern or something to celebrate, John was sure to communicate with us what was going on. In addition, due to personal circumstances, we needed to have Sully stay with John a few more days, and John was so understanding and accommodated us. I finally have my sweet boy back, and I see so much of a difference. He is calmer, more responsive, and he's running through my sprinklers now. LOL. It still takes him a bit to warm up to other people, but he's not as on guard or on edge as he was before. I'm excited to continue his progress at home, and I'm sure we will see John and Sara for future stays! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of his adventures with John and Sara. :)

A few months back Raymond was recommended by our pet store and we left it for later hoping something would change and it didn't it became worse ... I finally called Rey and set up an appointment for training from the moment he arrived I felt relieved Oreo was responsive and quickly got with the program. Today was a huge day for Oreo and I! We met with Rey and other dogs with their parents there was a lot of anxiety and nervousness in the beginning, but within half session Oreo was comfortable walking around other doggie friends and around people in a fulled open concept mall. This is just the beginning and can't wait to see Oreo develop to his full potential and fully enjoy walks and adventures together! Thank you so much Rey!

When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

The program focused on comprehensive obedience, off-leash reliability, recall, and behavioral modification, all through individualized and consistent training tailored to Ringo's specific needs. Juan and the entire team are amazing--compassionate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand Ringo and worked patiently to help him build confidence, improve behavior, and develop reliable obedience skills. It was clear throughout the process that they care deeply about every dog they work with. What stands out most is the level of professionalism combined with the love and attention they give each dog. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with Ringo, and the communication throughout the program was excellent. Even after training, I continue to bring Ringo there for daycare and boarding, which says everything about the confidence I have in their team and facility. Ringo is always happy to go, and I know he is safe, well cared for, and in great hands. If you are looking for a team that delivers real results while treating your dog like family, The DOGGO USA is the place to go. Our experience with The DOGGO USA has and continues to make a lasting difference in Ringo's life. We are grateful for everything they have done for him. What really stood out to us was how thoughtful and selective Karla is about the dogs she accepts. Some of the other places we looked at had some dogs that seemed a bit reactive, but she clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure her environment stays calm. She suggested we do doggy daycare a couple of times before boarding so our corgi, Kai, could get comfortable with her, the space, and other dogs in her care. Our dog immediately loved Karla, had a great time with the other dogs, and came home happy and exhausted every time. She also sent us daily videos, and Kai always looked genuinely happy playing with the other dogs. We're so so glad we went with Karla and will absolutely be using her again for daycare and boarding next time we go out of town. She clearly has a real gift with dogs. We can't recommend her enough!

She's less anxious, more calm and even dealing with other dogs better while out on our walks.
