Got my cat Lady Lloyd some wet food. I got greeted the moment I walked in. Everything was well Organized and clean. I was told that they will be revamping the cat section, so looking forward to that.

Stopped by PetSmart this evening to pick up some dog food and visited the groomer to see if I could schedule a pedicure for our puppy, Coco. I talked to Lauren, Salon Lead who was extremely helpful. She ended up seeing Coco (as walk in) Lauren was patient with our squirmy puppy who quickly calm down and allowed Lauren to file down her nails. The entire process took about 10mins. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd also like to add the cashier and store manager who helped checking out were also extremely friendly. I'm sorry I didn't get their names.

Boarded our puppy here when we had to go out of state. I would call daily to check in and they were very kind. Said to call as often as I needed. The daily pictures of her were the highlight of our day. She was very shy but they worked with her. When we picked her up she was so happy with them that it took her a minute to notice us. Was very pleased with our entire experience. The PetHotel employees were so sweet and patient with our girl.

My 3rd time taking my dog there and she looked great! I can not recommend and thank Milo enough for her patience and grooming skills. I have a Siberian Husky and of course she sheds crazy during the summer. Milo and the staff dealt my dogs barking and wolf like howling great, and recommended some grooming scheduling options to keep my dog's shedding under control as well. I plan to return for all my dog's grooming needs in the future!

First day of doggy day camp for my girl, Chloe. She's completed the basic commands class at PetSmart and passed successfully. I decided to have her do a trial run of the day camp since I wanted to start using their doggie hotel. EASY CHECK-IN. I completed the liability release and contract form on the spot. PetSmart had already gotten her vaccination records on file for her doggie hotel stay the day before. The form is basically 2 areas to initial, contact info, emergency contacts and all the standard fine print of legalise. DOGGIE DAY CAMP is not doggy day care. I found that out over the phone. When you call PetSmart to schedule for day camp, the call operator is not on site at the LB Towne Center location. The doggy day care is when your dog stays in an atrium whereas the day care allows for intermingling and socializing. DOGGY WINDOW for the pooches are to the right if the entrance to the pet hotel check-in. I took photos from the outside looking in. My dog was nervous and a bit emo, but appeared to adjust well after about 20 minutes. A worker was in the play area with the little dogs and played ball with them. I'll be picking up my girl in about an hour, so hopefully no issues.

My dog had a great time boarding here for 2 nights while my husband and I went out of town for Halloween weekend. We added the Spooky Special package, which included an adorable nightmare before Christmas themed bandana, a bewitching bat cookie, a coupon book, and a digital photo of our boy in front of a haunted house. The petshotel staff, especially Melissa, went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Wheaties is looking forward to more daycare and boarding.

Please do not take your pet here for any type of services. I took my Pug here for weekend stay. (Friday to Sunday) included dog day camp and bath exit. I called on Saturday to check up on him per the staff they said he's doing fine, playing and little needy. Eating well. My daughter picked him up at 12:00 noon on Sunday and notice he was panting badly and his tongue was blueish/gray. We rushed him to emergency department and was told he was severely dehydrated, and upon his physical assessment the Vet noticed a punture wound on his upper arm. Called PetSmart demanding a explanation still waiting for a return call back.

Prices for a bath are ridiculous and they charge you extra on Friday, Saturday and Sundays even if you've had your pet boarded

What really stood out to us was how thoughtful and selective Karla is about the dogs she accepts. Some of the other places we looked at had some dogs that seemed a bit reactive, but she clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure her environment stays calm. She suggested we do doggy daycare a couple of times before boarding so our corgi, Kai, could get comfortable with her, the space, and other dogs in her care. Our dog immediately loved Karla, had a great time with the other dogs, and came home happy and exhausted every time. She also sent us daily videos, and Kai always looked genuinely happy playing with the other dogs. We're so so glad we went with Karla and will absolutely be using her again for daycare and boarding next time we go out of town. She clearly has a real gift with dogs. We can't recommend her enough!

We are thankful that Karla is nearby and was a great match for our pups. She took great care of our dogs and sent videos of them playing with the other dogs at daycare. The dogs had a blast and we'll definitely bring them back for daycare and/or boarding in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew from Leader of the Pack OC. After trying two other…read moretrainers, one strictly positive reinforcement, and another online, I was starting to feel like I'd never get real control over my two small dogs (poodle/terrier/bichon mixes, 20 lbs each). One of them, Mocha, had repeatedly gotten loose and chased people and dogs, and even nipped once. Lily, the younger one, was starting to copy his bad habits. I was honestly overwhelmed. Then a neighbor recommended Andrew. From the first session, I could see this was different. We did five in-home training sessions using e-collars, something I had tried before with poor results. In the past, Mocha would shut down with e-collar use: hiding between my legs, refusing treats, and basically going into avoidance mode. But with Andrew's guidance, both dogs adapted quickly and comfortably. By the third session, they were walking calmly by my side, off leash, with the leash literally dragging on the ground, something I never imagined I'd see. But it didn't stop there. Their behavior at home transformed. No more chewing walls, no more accidents inside from Lily, and Mocha stopped spraying constantly on walks. Even behaviors we hadn't directly worked on started improving. They were calmer, more respectful, and somehow still the same affectionate, happy dogs, just with clear boundaries now. And they listen. They come when called, even at a distance, even with distractions, even at the park. It's like a whole different relationship now, I finally feel like we're connected in a way that's calm, respectful, and fun. With the new boundaries they've learned, I now have more control, and they actually have more freedom. On long walks in nature, they're able to enjoy time off leash because I know they'll listen to me when I talk to them. They will immediately come if there are distractions or dangers. That balance of trust and freedom has changed everything for us. The can be off leash without getting into mischief. One of the most incredible moments for me was when I told them to sit outside, walked 40+ feet away, and they just stayed seated, watching me. That kind of control used to feel impossible. And keep in mind, this is with two dogs, trained together, not in separate sessions. Other trainers had told me that couldn't be done. Andrew proved them wrong. Andrew is also incredibly professional and responsive, he was always on time, gave me a discount for the second dog, and was available by text throughout the week to answer questions between sessions. After the in-home training, he also hosts weekly group training sessions in the park, where you can reinforce the skills in a real-world setting with other dogs, bikes, skateboards, etc. These sessions are just as valuable as the private ones. In short, this training changed my life with my dogs. It was worth every penny and far exceeded my expectations. My family can't believe the change. My neighbors have noticed the change. My dogs are thriving, and I'm finally able to enjoy them without constant stress or fear. Andrew didn't just train my dogs, he helped rebuild my relationship with them. I am so grateful.

As he settled in my home, he became increasingly aggressive towards other people -- friends, family, and strangers alike, whether in the home or outside of the home. Sully was even aggressive towards my husband, and it felt like I was at a loss. I needed to do something before he actually ended up hurting someone. After explaining what was happening with Sully with the organization I was fostering from, they said they would need to put him down for the safety of the community. I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to keep him and find professional help. This is where John came in. After doing research online, I came across his Yelp page, where there were raving reviews of him helping aggressive dogs, so I took a chance. On his first day meeting John, Sully growled, hissed, and lunged at John. Sully tried to bite both him and me. John spent about an hour with me explaining what was going to happen and some training basics, and honestly, it was hard for me to focus because I was so nervous of Sully hurting someone in the moment. John was very patient, and showed me 5x how to hold a leash properly because I just couldn't focus from nervousness. I've never seen Sully so aggressive, and John explained it's because it was the first time someone was checking him and keeping him in his place. Sully stayed with John for a little over two weeks, and in that time, they went on ADVENTURES. I mentioned to John that Sully was afraid of water, aggressive with strangers, and other very specific things, and John made sure to tackle all of them. He sent me pictures and videos of his adventures throughout their time together. They went on a ferry, hiked to a waterfall, and so so much more. When there was a concern or something to celebrate, John was sure to communicate with us what was going on. In addition, due to personal circumstances, we needed to have Sully stay with John a few more days, and John was so understanding and accommodated us. I finally have my sweet boy back, and I see so much of a difference. He is calmer, more responsive, and he's running through my sprinklers now. LOL. It still takes him a bit to warm up to other people, but he's not as on guard or on edge as he was before. I'm excited to continue his progress at home, and I'm sure we will see John and Sara for future stays! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of his adventures with John and Sara. :)
