If I could give this place -1 star I would. My fiance called the day before to specify what we wanted done on our baby. On 9/28 my fiancé and I took our babygirl Zoe' who is a miniature long haired chocolate and cream dachshund to get just a wash, anal glands cut and toe nail trimmings. WE NEVER SPECIFIED WE WANTED ANYTHING CUT ON HER HAIR AT ALL. Also it was on the card for the washer/groomer to see needs to be done to the pup. They advised it would take about an hour and a half to get her washed, anal glands cut and toe nail trimmings. We returned about an hour later just to make sure everything was ok, while my fiance stayed in the lobby he seen that Zoe' was being taken to the back for the grooming portion. The groomer then proceeded to cut her hairs on her butt and then her ears. My fiance was watching because if he wasn't there the groomer would have then proceeded to trim the rest of her fur all over her body. My fiance yelled to Mandy and the groomer to tell her to stop! Mandy proceeded to go over there and take Zoe' from her because the groomer did not read the card nor even bother to listen when she was told to stop. When my fiance got our baby back her butt swirls and hairs on her ears were trimmed and we were completely hurt because we never wanted our baby to get a trim and thats what we decided because thats our baby. My fiance called to complain about the groomer and they offered a free wash for Zoe'. We didn't to bring her back because of rapport that was lost because the groomer did not listen or read the card therefore we called to asked if we could bring our mom's puppy for the free wash and they stated it was company policy that we werent able to get the free wash to our moms dog. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to get your dog groomed here unless you don't care if they don't listen or read/follow specific instructions. read more

Today I brought my bernedoodle in for the very first time. I specifically told them not to shave her. The woman I spoke to said, without even touching her, that she was matted, I ran my fingers through her hair showing her that she was not matted, I brush her daily. When I arrived to pick her up she was in fact severely shaved. All her curls are gone! There's uneven cut hair and bald spots everywhere. I will never ever return here again. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it won't allow me to give no stars. read more

You Dirt Dog totally rocks! They have been grooming my crazy little Bichon Frise Ginger for years, and now they also see my 110 pound American Bulldog since he was a puppy too. Ginger and Wasabi never love a bath but they love Kathy and Nicole at You Dirty Dog, so that's good enough for me. These guys not only groom my babies beautifully, they also alert me to any weird lumps, hot spots, or growths they find on their bodies. Ginger had a cyst removed last year and currently we are watching a strange growth on Wasabi's inner ear. I like that. My dog is a rescue and we adopted him from the pound the beginning of August. I waited a couple months to make sure he was updated on all his vaccinations and make sure he was healthy before taking him to be groomed so his fur was in pretty bad shape and needed grooming big-time. In November I brought him here and I absolutely loved it! I let them know that he was a rescue and was very skittish but he did great with them. I couldn't believe it because he doesn't act that comfortable with anyone. They did a great job with cleaning and trimming him. He looked like a whole new pup! Here is the before and after pictures! they do not listen. i specifically called in and told mandy that i have a long haired mini dachshund and i just want her to be washed and have her nails trimmed i do not want her hair to be trimmed or cut at all, i even wrote it down on the paper that they have you fill out (do not cut or trim hair at all).well after her wash shes on the grooming table and the groomer started trimming her hair. she cut off her little butt swirls and started to cut one ear like a bobcut. i immediately scream stop! what are you doing!?! she then ignores me and continues to trim. mandy comes back in and tells the groomer to stop cutting her hair and she still doesnt stop until mandy physically goes over there and grabs my dog from her. the groomer did not read the instructions for my dogs groom and started trimming away at her like it was her own dog. not to mention she also let my dog lick her mask while she was trimming her nails. mandy then offers me a free wash for their mistake and i told her that i do not feel comfortable bringing her back but my mom has a puppy that i will be willing to bring in for the wash mandy then asked the manager maria if that would be okay and the manager said i can only use the free wash for my dog. you guys have just lost 3 paying customers because you couldnt do the right thing. i would not recommend coming here unless you want the groomers to do whatever they want and not listen to your request/requirements for your dog 0 stars! 0/10 they cut off my babys little but swirls i am so disappointed and disgusted that the groomer did not read my instructions read more

I am so disappointed with this place, matted my dogs pads for three months by not doing what they are suppose to do. We paid for the hair cut, pad hair to be cut, nails to be trimmed, bathing, brushing his teeth, and cleaning the ears. His nails were trimmed but they are not doing that properly because now I saw an in grown nail in his pad. He is licking his paw like no other, my poor baby. Seems like this place is not doing their job and we decided to find a new groomer who will take care our baby well. A failure to be call groomers... way disappointed. read more
