My happy cat after spa procedures
Katya R.

Highly recommended for cat owners! It is extremely hard to find a good cat groomer place that will make a nice haircut for your cat without looking crazy. They took such a great care of my cat and I could tell my cat wasn't stressed at all. The guys were very friendly and it's obvious that they know what's best for your pets and they recommend a lot of things. I also started to buy some food for my cat there Highly recommend to support local businesses.

Looking like she came straight from "The Lion King"

I always see negative reviews so I wanted to share that I've always had really great experiences when it comes to my little kitty JiJi. I've been coming here for years and she's always had an excellent lion cut! She always looks so snazzy. Only downside is that my other cat doesn't recognize her without her 20lbs of fur. If you want your kitty to have a fresh cut come here!

Wookie Side 2 Profile

Albert's knowledge is invaluable. He and his groomer's take the best care of my very difficult to groom dog Wookie. He needs more time because he's a rescue and still has trust issues with grooming. I'll post some photos of his recent haircut that both he and I are absolutely grateful for. I'm going to take advantage of his daycare next week while my apartment gets pest control treatment. I trust Albert more than any groomer I've dealt with.

I came here for a flea pill. Prices are reasonable and the owner does lecture from looking at the reviews lol but it comes from a good place. He also gave me food some samples to try so I'm happy about that

Pet Partners has been my go-to pet supply store for over 10 years. The owner, Albert, has always been a helpful, kind, and funny person with great advice to keep your pets healthy and happy. Now with a second location near Broadway & Redondo Ave, I recommend Pet Partners, and Pet Partners 2, for all of your pets supply and grooming needs!

Stay away from this pet shop. However my dog may have acted, I truly am disappointed that I saw his reviews here after the fact that I was a customer. He said it was a "pimple. " and to keep an eye on it. Whoever is back there grooming, needs to be fired immediately. Protect your babies .

As I asked more questions about travel they had the audacity to continue to ask for full payment for my 2 dogs , even though it was 6 months out from time of travel. I was hesitant. I then asked for my refund and that's when I discovered all the other reviews and I knew I was never getting my money back. Please do not fall trap to their scam. FRAUD! BEWARE! We…read morehave been extremely unhappy with ALL PAWS EXPRESS' service and fear that we have been scammed by its owner, Angel Torres. To date, we have only received minimal service and virtually no contact from Angel Torres, or any of his employees from All Paws Express. We have reached out to All Paws Express multiple times from January 2024 to March 2024, but we have not received a single response from All Paws Express regarding any of our inquiries to move forward with our pets' relocation service. Instead, the only times that All Paws Express reached out to us was when payment(s) for their invoice was due. Other than their requests for payment(s), we have not heard from them, including our time-sensitive request to help us choose a flight to Japan. We are disappointed by All Paw's "worry-free" promise for the "highest level of care at all stages of the relocation process," given that we have not received any answers to our various inquiries since the beginning of 2024. Specifically, we were met with no responses when we reached out multiple times when time was of the essence. I cannot recommend their services and now we're out of thousands of dollars because of it.

When we knew it was time, my wife started to call vets while I tried to sneak in as much extra time with my boy as I could. I can't say Hearts and Halos was the first place that we called, but I can say that I'm so happy that we ended up using their services. Mari was at our house a little over 2 hours after we called. She had a kind and soft presence and was extremely empathetic. She made what is an unavoidably brutal experience just a little bit more manageable. I'm incredibly grateful that this type of service exists. Being able to spend his last moments with him in the place that we were certain he was comfortable and at ease was invaluable.

Hearts and Halos is a veterinarian company that offers home pet euthanasia services. My husband and…read moreI decided to use them to help us put our beloved little girl, Muffin, down last month. We had the pleasure of Dr. Susan Chao come out to our home on Friday, March 20. We had a 9 am appointment (the first one of the day) and she arrived a little before. She had called me about 15 minutes prior to let me know that she would be arriving within 15 minutes. When she arrived, my husband and I greeted her and had her walk to our backyard, as this was the place I had wanted for our little girl because she loved being in the backyard to sunbathe. Dr. Chao was wonderful at guiding us through the process, explaining every step of the way and allowing us to take our time to say goodbye to Muffin. She also allowed us to give Muffin treats during the process (Muffin's last meal was a chicken nugget from Burger King and pureed chicken that Dr. Chao brought, which Muffin really did enjoy eating). Dr. Chao also did cut a piece of Muffin's fur for us to keep and placed it in a small plastic box, which she put in a small mesh bag and gave it to us as a keepsake. Muffin passed away on March 20, 9:31 am. Dr. Chao gave us some time to spend with Muffin right after and just walked towards the side of the house so that we could have privacy. Afterwards, she placed Muffin in a basket and then we walked with her towards the front of the home so that she could take Muffin with her to eventually be cremated. About two weeks later, I contacted Hearts and Halos to ask if Muffin's ashes were ready for us to pick up (please note that the company can also mail your pet's ashes to you, but we just preferred to pick it up in person). I had a hard time getting ahold of them via telephone, so I emailed the company and was able to arrange for a pickup time. I was told via email that someone was supposed to contact us that day that I had emailed them about Muffin's ashes though... This past Thursday, my husband and I went to Gardena to pick up Muffin's ashes (please note that Hearts and Halos office is now in transition to moving to Hungtinton Beach). When we arrived, an employee came out and gave us a small gift bag, that held her ashes, seeds to plant in her memory and also a small brochure regarding aftercare and additional resources for the grieving process. I do like the box that her ashes came in and also I love the small wooden heart with her name engraved on it and a small halo right above her name. The total cost for these services is $840 (you can pay via check, cash or credit card). You can also have additional items, such as an urn (which cost $60) or your pet's paw print, that will cost extra. If you do not wish to have your pet's ashes back, the cost would go down to $675, in which your pet will be part of a communal process to preserve their ashes and then will be scattered in the company's memory garden. Just as a price comparison, when we had to put down our other 2 dogs at the vet (both of our other dogs were of an emergent case and so we would not have been able to plan for their euthanasian earlier and so we would not have been able to utilize these home euthanasia services even if we had known about them at the time), at minimum, it would have cost $455 if we had made an appointment and had this service done during the day. However, both times we had to rush our dogs to the vet were during after hours and without an appointment, so the cost was around $560, which also did include their ashes. So, these home pet euthanasia services can cost an additional $100- $300 more but we felt it was worth the cost. We did not have to rush and deal with the stress and anxiety of the car ride from our home to the vet and also sit in the waiting room while they prep our dog and then say goodbye to them in the vet's office (where both of our dogs really hated going to the vet). The ability to allow Muffin to be in the comfort of her own home and to have foods that she enjoyed during the process was worth it for us. I highly recommend home pet euthanasia at home if you can afford it. I like to think that this was the much better choice for Muffin and hope that she was happy with her chicken treats right before she left us, keeping her in good spirits than to be stressed and anxious if we had chosen to bring her to the veterinarian instead. Thank you Hearts and Halos for helping us during this process.
