NO NO NO! Never use this company. I'm still looking for 6K back from them for a deposit that was made. As I asked more questions about travel they had the audacity to continue to ask for full payment for my 2 dogs , even though it was 6 months out from time of travel. I was hesitant. When I started to call and try to reach someone, my messages were never returned. A month later.... I then asked for my refund and that's when I discovered all the other reviews and I knew I was never getting my money back. Please do not fall trap to their scam. FRAUD! BEWARE! We have been extremely unhappy with ALL PAWS EXPRESS' service and fear that we have been scammed by its owner, Angel Torres. To date, we have only received minimal service and virtually no contact from Angel Torres, or any of his employees from All Paws Express. We have reached out to All Paws Express multiple times from January 2024 to March 2024, but we have not received a single response from All Paws Express regarding any of our inquiries to move forward with our pets' relocation service. Instead, the only times that All Paws Express reached out to us was when payment(s) for their invoice was due. Other than their requests for payment(s), we have not heard from them, including our time-sensitive request to help us choose a flight to Japan. We are disappointed by All Paw's "worry-free" promise for the "highest level of care at all stages of the relocation process," given that we have not received any answers to our various inquiries since the beginning of 2024. Specifically, we were met with no responses when we reached out multiple times when time was of the essence. I cannot recommend their services and now we're out of thousands of dollars because of it. read more

I brought my dog over to LA for his trip to Australia - once he was in the pet boarding place, there was zero communication and extremely poor customer service. All Paws and Angel took my money, and did not offer a refund despite not arranging PEQ quarantine, the flight and other expenses. I would give them negative 100000 stars if I could - it was a horrific experience and very distressing for my dog and me. Not only did they take nearly a month respond to me, but this company tried to charge me $1750 for my dog's health certificates to fly to UK via France. Unfortunately for them, I have done my research, and the highest quote I've ever seen for this was $800. When I asked them if that quote was correct, they tried to justify it to me by saying I need two exams to fly to UK, which is absolutely not true. ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT work with this company. Angel is using this company to scam people!!! This was the absolute WORST experience we could have had to get our dog to Australia. Once they received our initial deposit everything went south. Our initial agent, Cara, went on a "leave of absence" and no one from the company reached out to let us know. We had to reach out to every phone number and email that we could find, only to get a response days later that the owner, Angel, would look into it. There were no apologies on behalf of the company for going dark, just an "I'll look into it". From then on we spent months BEGGING for communication. We had to book the quarantine facility ourselves, something we'd already paid All Paws to do, because they failed to do so in the time allotted for it. When we asked for a refund due to us paying that fee twice, he said he'd have his accounting department do it. We have NOT received any refund. If that wasn't bad enough in itself- We got to five days before export and then delayed 5 weeks because All Paws wasn't checking to make sure our vaccines were in line for export, part of their duties int he contact that we signed. So our dog had to receive vaccinations again, that he did not medically need (that he'd already received) due to this lack of attention. Worst of all, after months of preparation, a 6 week delay, an immense amount of extra money paid, driving 8 hours to LAX, our dog's flight was cancelled DAY OF and he notified us 10 minutes before we were meant to meet Angel at Qantas Freight, due of failure of payment on All Paws end. Qantas told us that this company is no longer an accepted client because there has been too many issues with payment from All Paws Express. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the time, the money, the headache and heartache and go with another company. Angel is a scam artist and shouldn't be able to do this to someone else. This company is a total scam. "Angel" the owner took our money upfront, despite the contract stating that we should only pay 40% upfront and then went 100% incommunicado. On top of all we had to do in relocating our lives to a new country, he has added significantly to our stress. Claiming when he popped up again that he had been "sick" for two whole weeks. He has our personally identifiable information, so who knows how he is using that too. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. We nearly lost our quarantine booking and all the timing we had lined up to get our animal out of the country because of this company. "Angel" if that's even his name takes advantage of people in desperate situation of high stress - relocation and that you will no longer be located in California to appear before the small claims tribunal. How he lives with himself treating humans and animals in this manner is unconscionable, all the while claiming he is a member of IPATA. All who work at this "company" should be imprisoned. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give 100,000,000 negative stars I could do that! We were responsible for our son's dog after he and his wife moved to Australia. Due to issues with transportation (no fault of our son) and rescheduling PEQ, we had the sweet girl for 4 months. Angel, the owner of All Paws Express was incredibly unresponsive by either phone or email. All appointments were last minute with no contact to us, even though Angel knew that we had the dog (and were responsible for her) and had our phone numbers and email address. The last straw was when Angel picked up the dog - after 6 hours we texted to ask how things were going. Lo-and-behold he did respond, and told us that there was an issue and Quantas would not allow her to be shipped!!!! Our son had him return the dog to us immediately! To say that I was upset and furious would be an understatement! Our son had to hire another transport company (they were wonderful) and pay additional monies that he had already paid to All Paws to transport the dog. She is now in quarantine in Australia, waiting to be reunited with her parents. The stress that we all had to endure was ridiculous and uncalled for! Angel called us to explain in detail how the travel process would work going to New Zealand - which has very particular importation requirements. He even contacted the customs agent - with a 14 hour time zone difference - to ensure that the chip that our dog got back in 2008 would work with the new rules! I just experienced the service of All Paws Express who assisted in the domestic portion of transporting of my dog. She arrived from overseas and then needed to connect onto a domestic flight. This could be a very stressful event. All Paws Express in particular, Angel Torres, was a huge help to me. Communication was often, via both phone conversations and texting. The information given to me was understandable and correct. If there were any questions that arose, Angel was available to assist with those. Even when there was a flight delay, it was explained to me and adjusted were made. Trying to move 3 pets internationally is always going to be a challenge, add a pandemic to the mix and the difficulty/stress goes up exponentially! Due to air carrier changes I was in a bind to find someone to help with alternative arrangements last minute. Angel was prompt and thorough from the initial quote and through the entire process. I collected several quotes and for a move from the US to New Zealand, All Paws Express was about 30% below the other rates. Our two cats arrived safe, healthy, and without a hitch. I did a lot of my own research and made sure I had an active understanding of where we were in the process. While I initiated most pre-travel communications, All Paws was always very responsive and detailed in their answers to my many questions. Summary: All Paws Express got my dog safely from Hawai'i to New Zealand, one of the most difficult countries in the world to import pets. Angel is very professional, kind, and communicative. Price was average. My only complaint is that it was not a hands-off experience; I had to double check stuff, ask lots of questions, make lots of calls, and fix some mistakes. Apologies for the long review, I figured it would be best to include more info, since it is one of their first reviews. First of all, New Zealand is, by their own admission, the most difficult country in the world to import pets. Their biosecurity is outrageous. I got quotes from three different companies, All Pets Express (APE) was right in the middle. I got the impression that since it is a new company, Angel cut me a deal on the price, but since the invoice did not have an itemized cost breakdown like the other companies, I do not know how much he charged for his services. Overall, it was a great experience and most of my complaints were due to the extreme difficulty of importing to New Zealand from Hawai'i, when the relocation company is based in California. I have zero doubt that if you were shipping a pet elsewhere, Angel would do a perfect 5-star job. Angel has lots of experience and connections in the industry, and is always available by phone or email when you need him. Both Angel and Lenny (the boarder he works with in Honolulu) are friendly, honest, and really hardworking dudes. My only complaint is inattention to details. A few examples were:  -Several important typos of things like airway bill # and import permit #. Easily fixed, but could have been a big holdup if I hadn't proofread documents carefully. -APE booked USDA and vet appointments in Honolulu early morning, only to find out that early morning Hawaiian Air Flight to Honolulu does not actually accept pets. Had to board the dog an extra night in Honolulu, which Angel graciously offered to cover this cost since it was his own mistake.  -There was a desperate last minute scramble to get all lab results revised on the original lab letterhead, with lab vet signature, and typed microchip number (a lot more difficult than it sounds, we all spent many hours trying to make this happen). This was not communicated to me until I already received original lab results from the vet 3 days before her flight, and then had to go back and ask for them to meet all these requirements. Revised results came through at the very last minute. All this stress could have been avoided if APE had established clear expectations with me or my vet when the blood was initially drawn. That being said, I doubt that other countries have as strict lab testing requirements as NZ, so this is probably not an issue for you. Other companies describe the process as "you pay us, we take care of everything and tell you what to do and when." This was not the case, as I had to do much of the work organizing quarantine, import permits, lab tests, vet appointments, etc. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to figure out exactly what lab tests/vaccinations were needed and how/when to get them. That is probably the case with every company though, so just know that if you are foolish enough to ship your pet internationally (like me), you better have a lot of time and money since it ain't cheap or easy. Overall, I would recommend APE, especially if you are shipping out of California. For shipping to NZ, they will only get better with experience, so it would be a good bet too. read more
